my booklet i coplained at that time but they not issue me booklet while they book lpg in my

I booked gas on 03.03.2009 at vijayawada in indian gas counter we have double cylender the other one has been complited. The cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach. My coustmer id no is 1001. Plz take an action that it full our problem. As soon as possible.

Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.
Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

i live in palampur in himachal pradesh and the local gas agency refuses to book gas cylinders.they tell u that u can refill your cylinder every 21 days when they send the truck to the local market.as i live alone, i do not usually come to know about when the truck comes and end up buying cylinders in black.can the dealer refuse to book a cylinder on my copy.what should i do and whom should i contact.please help
Indane Gas — not receving cylinder
My consumer number is 14481 with Chandni Gas agency of Indane Gas company. The staff either does not pick up the phone calls for booking cylinder or keep the phone receiver down and consumer will hear engaged tone or error in connection for the whole day. If you try after 6.00pm or before 10.00am then ring starts ringing.I have booked for refilled gas cylinder through #1260 and it is over week time and I did not receive any gas cylinder. I will request the owner of the company Chandni Gas agency to instruct his staff members to work properly with honesty and serve its consumers with good services as i have lost all my efforts.Thanks and regards,

I am a customer of Indane gas Having customer No 13793. with distributor code 8593841. N.C.S.Agencies, Indane gas distributer, Door no 5016-12, NCS Road, Vizianagaram. I have gas refill on 24th April over telephone and went personnaly on 30th April to the counter, they have promised to supply by Monday i.e.4th May but sorry to inform you that when I telephone to-day i.e. 4th May at 9.15 A.M. they are telling they ahve alreaddy supplied the refill .I donot know to whom they have supplied. after then when ever I am giving telephone call, Nobody lifting the phone. Hence I request you to please look into the matter and try to supply the refill at an early date.

My suggestion is why do not u have the egas booking services like Bharat Gas has because some time if booking is done by phone agents avoid to give booking numbers and these days hot seasn as well as busy life, it is very difficult to go every time personally for booking.
It will be better if Ebooking is started by you.

I have a connection bearing customer number 1121/640 with Vishwa Indane agency at Hadapsar in Pune. to my dismay the agency is not prompt in supply the agency always delays the supply by more than 6 to 7 days.further more the employees are rude arrogant and uncivilised, they misbehave whenever contacted on Phone, on 06.5.2009 one by name sachin was very rude when i enquired about the delay in supply.
there is a dire need to discipline these indisciplined staff and have control over the agency.It is disheartening that IOC officials have not the customers seriously and have left them at the mercy of these agencies with no control over tham.
i hope that this comlaint is addressed in the right earnest.
