Indane Gas — nonsystematic delivery for 1st and 2nd cylinders

Hello Sir,
I residing in Darsi in Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, I have received 2nd cilender sanction order I went to take for concerned Sneha gas service centre. They are not response to give the cilender. They are not in systamatic delivery for 1st and 2nd cilender very huge peoples are suffering for taking cilenders

My consumer no.29418 and I am a resident of Kochi(Ernakulam) (contact no.- [protected]). M/s Surya Gas(Indane Gas) Correy Road, Pachalam , Kochi -12 is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 35 days now) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],2396665) remains either busy or does not answer/receive calls. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Also the waiting period for the gas is almost a month plus. Recently the agency was temporarily shut down due some reasons of black marketting and we our connection were transferred to some Super Gas Agency, but the service is now again restored to Surya agency and we are again facing lot of problems,

It is requested that the matter may be taken with deep concern to solve citizens day to day reoccuring problem and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

Today at about 9.00 a.m. in the morning when I changed my cylinder suddenly the new gas cylinder which I changed got fire at once. My husband phone fire brigade which turned on after 40 minutes when the fire was not there and one policeman also came at my residence B 109, Rama Park, Uttam Nagar. I was told to contact Indane office for help to change my cylinder as there was still danger of cylinder burst. Gas was still in the cylinder. I tried gas agency on phone from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. nobody turned up. At last I myself (my age is 57) in heavy rain when their office personally facing the dirty water of rain. I sat in their office for more than 40 minutes but nothing was being done. At about 12.00 one boy came and took the leak cylinder. If something happens who will be responsible. I have to white wash my house. Who will pay for this and who will labour for whitewash. I will be highly obliged if I get a reply for the action taken. I have lost faih in all. I know I will not any reply and I know what should I have to do ... I along with my family members have not taken even a cup of tea from the morning as nobody is helping us we are very sorry for this should I further move for -------
I am the customer bearing the No: 1214, we have this connection from last 11 years and now we are operating the account through Sri Kala Indane Gas Services, 17, C.D. Ood Post Office street, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu.
First thing is they keep the phone lines busy and dont respond, and I went to their office to book the gas on[protected], there was a person namely Pandiyarajan sitting at the booking counter and he is least bothered in answering to my queries properly, he was very rude to me and harshly answering to the questions asked by anyone, i strongly suggest you to either terminate him from services or punish him in such a way that he will not repeat this with any one, try to send him to a Phychiatrist for counselling, they need to be counseled properly. We didnt appraoch them for any favour, they are sitting there to give service to people and if they are not able to do it properly then ask them to leave the job so that atleast unemployed youth will get employment and he will do it with dedication.
Please take action and acknowledge the mail or forcibly i will have to lounge a police complaint against him for the misbehaviour with me.

Indane Gas — issue of second cilider in andaman deep

in the capital of an islands there is only one gas that is indian . very difficult with one cylindar after jan 09 there is no second cylidar issue . so in the island the people are suffering .kindly take action

No body cares to attend the phone.I called the no [protected], 25252663 while standing in the shop and the man sitting on behalf of kwic gas service did not care o attend it . I asked him why he was not attending it he then stubbornly and rudely replied and said 'do what you can, nothing will happen'. I was embarrassed in front of other people.
I even talked to miss geetika but all in vain

My Indane consumer no is 102136 in Pune under Fernandez Enterprises.
I had booked gas on 22-08-09 but itis not delivered til date.
My booking no was 38.

Again, I booked the gas on 11-Sep-09, still it is not delivered till date.

This has started since we refuse to pay the delivery man extra money which they were asking.

Pls note, we were trying to book the gas for the last 7 days and all the 3 phone nos were engaged throughout the day.

I am Having the Indian gas connection From the branch from Hivari nagar, nagpur Named Risha Gas Agency. on name of My Brother Mr. Harshal D. Tijare.

The branch Officers Put Down His Mobile Switched off & Put The receiver awy from the phone.
in this condition we cant lodge the booking of cylinder. due to this i have to travel at list 5 km. to lodge the booking.

GAS INDANE — Problem while booking GAS Cylinder

Dear Sir,

Ref. Our cust ID no: 32944. Everytime we are facing problem while booking order for gas cylinder.
The number[protected] &[protected] which Iam trying will comes engage everytime and also sometimes it rings but nobody lifts the call.

I think this need to rectified or else there is a need to take out the tele booking service.
Since no one can waste time calling unnessesarily
