[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

AROOP ENTERPRISE, 138, G.T.Road(South) Shree Apartment Shop No: 14 Howrah-711102 is our Gas Supplier. takes 10 - 20 Days to supply Gas after Booking in last 3 months More-over do not accept New Booking before 15 Days after delivery date.

I, am having single cylinder only, which lasts for 20-21 Days Only.

Every month at least 10 days we remain in No Gas, No Cook, condition - Pl. advice relaxation.

I have booked my Indane gas cylinder on[protected] from Indane Gas Agencies Rudrapur, Uttrakhand having booking order number 3520 i had promised that gas will be delivered to me on 10.02.2010 but everday after 10th Feb. when i called there, reply is gas vechile is not comming from the godown.I went there today and it comes to know that gas will be deleiverd only for those who had booked their cylinder on 11-02.2010.

My question is where is my order cylinder?

It is heard that cylinders are sold to non-customers for higher price. please take the matter seriously and try to solve the problem at the earliest

My consumer No.A.G.726 &agency name AVERY GAS SERVICE DELHI.
Ibooked my gas on 12/02/2010 on phone No.1260, but till date ihave not recive cylender.

Indane Gas — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi ,

I had a bad encounter with the Mukund Enterprises franchise of INDANE GAS. I have problem with the Cylinder regulator which has to be replaced by franchise. Every time when I went to them I was asked to come later. So far I had visited 4 times to replace it but in Vain.

Would appreciate if some sort of action is taken against this. It is very horrible service.

Indane Gas — WAITING FOR GAS BOTTLE FOR LAST 20 DAYS

This is for your information i have booked indian gas dtd 08/02/2010 now 15 days over but still we have not reced gas bottle from indian gas.

i have book APNABAZAR ALKAPURI AND THEY ARE NOT GIVEN PROPER REPLY WHEN EVER I CALL THEY SAYS IN TWO DAYS YOU WILL GET BUT STILL NOT RECED.

I have applied for new indane gas connection at "Shree Chella Agencies, 4 Muthalamman Koil St, Selaiyur, Chennai - 73", the application for new gas connection is registered on 07/11/2009, and today is[protected] still i havent received gas connection, i have allready made 7 round of visit to this gas agency, but all the time i got some excuse, i got address confirmation letter and they received acknowledgment for the same, then when i went gas agency they told i have to opt of stove check, i gave application for stove check, and then i waited for 1 month, no one turned out to my door, today i went again on[protected], and i asked them from 1 month no one came for stove check better i will buy new stove itself, then i got as usual negative answer, wait for another month, next month we will get regulator stock, visit us after one month like wise i got an answer with rude look and expression, indane gas agencies are treating customer very badly.

can some one please let me know how take some necessary action against such agencies.

Indane Gas — non- delivery of gas

My name is Jagmohan and i live in Najafgarh, i have connection of indane gas from the branch Shanti Gas, Palam Colony Delhi and my connection number is-016715. I had booked a cylinder for refill on 12 FEB but still i didnt received the gas. I have called them many a times but they dont pick the phone. I am in problem as my family and i are consuming foods from outside which is not good for our health. SO request you to please look into this matter and sort out this problem at the earliest for our good well being.

HELLO SIR OUR GAS AGENCY IS M/S BALAG GAS SERVICE, BADKAL ROAD, SGM NAGAR, FARIDABAD, HARYANA. OUR GAS NO IS BLG-254, IN THE NAME OF ARJUN SINGH. VERY LONG AGO MR ARJUN SINGH GIFTED THIS CONNECTION TO OUR DOUGHTER RAJNI. FROM THAT LONG PERIOD WE NEVER GOT ANY KING OF COMPLAINT FROM THIS AGENCY. WE HAVE SHIFTED IN HOUSE NO FCA-1899, BLOCK B, SGM NAGAR FARIDABAD, HARYANA. BUT THIS TIME THEY REQUIRE SOME DOCUMENTS . WE HAVE SHOWED DOCUMENT OF RENT, ELECTIRIC BILL OF LAND LORD BUT THEY ARE NOT AGREE WITH THESE PAPER .THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOOKING C0NNECTIOIN AT THIS ADDRESS. WE ARE IN PROBLEM, SO PLEASE IF THEY CAN NOT SEND CYLENDER TO OUR RESIDENCE THEN THEY CAN PROVIDE BOOKING SLIP TO US SO THAT WE CAN COLLECT GAS FROM GODOWN. BUT THEY ARE STICTLEY SAYING NO FOR THAT.

Indane Gas — very much delay in delivery

i booked my gas cylender as on 20.02.2010 and the same should be delivered within 48 hours of the booking as per company schedule. my booking number is 470 but the same is not delivered till date i.e.24.02.2010.The agency Gemini Enterprised,Najafgarh, New Delhi. The agency never response telephone calls.This is agency general practice. you are there requested to take the matter concerned higher authority and concerned vigilance authority.

My Gas connection No is AE 8438 of Amrit Enterprises Yamuna Vihar-Delhi-110053 When we asked for gas booking the booking person misbehaved every time we asked for booking no he never give & said you have ask the booking no after 10 days & cylinder will deliver another next 10 days.

Officals are requested to look into this matter & advise the behaviour when he was talking to ladies.

We have somany time complaint but till date no resolution met

Indane gas -Maheshwari Gas Agency — Gas booking & delivery problem

The Maheshwari Gas Agency Madangir, New Delhi(Gali no 13,Tel: 26058586,[protected] never attand phone calls for bookings gas. Although there is 2 phone available for Consumer Gas Booking. But From last 2 years. If any consumer want to book the gas. He always face lot of problems when he try to phone call contiously ring the phone till 3-4 days but no response coming. When we try to complaing to Manager he also misbehave with customers. They also always givedelivery after 8-9 days stating that there is crisis. but the main fact is that ther sell cylinders on black basis.

We the resident of Madangir request INdane to take proper action.

Kindly take the necessary action in this matter.

Several attempts have to be made for several days just for booking if it is through Phone Nos 23209122, 23305262 of Kalpana Agency for Indane Domestic Gas supply . The arrangements may be made to post persons to receive calls in respect of the said phone nos given by the ahency and inconvenience may be reduced.

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 17345 and have been registed with gas agency Indian gas, Sukhdev vihar Code # 9107307 New Delhi 110025 (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . I am trying to book the gas since friday 18.02.2010 no one pick ups the phone / it is always busy .

Indane Gas - Mohnil Gas Agency — NonBooking-Bribe

Reg- Mohnil Gas Agency

We have been shifted to South Delhi in Nov 2009 from Chennai. And when we ask for transfeering to this Agency, they were very rude to behave and somehow asking for some money for taking faster actions. They were also forcing us to buy the Gas Stove set along with connection whereas we don't need it.

Pls take necessary action.

Indane Gas — NOT GIVING CYLINDER ON TIME

Let me introduce myself, I am rajeswarri d/o Mr. Meenakshi Sundera Raj writing this complaint onbehalf of my father.

With reference to the above said customer id, past 15-25 years we were residing in the same address & had taken cylinder connection through blue flame agency and paid deposits Amt for the 2 cylinders usage per month.

we were in joint family, our consumption of the cylinder level is maximum 20 -25 days, that is the reason we had booked for 2 cylinder, We would like to bring your kind notice that Past 2 years we are not getting even 1 cylinder per month and if we asking them for the reason; stating that production is very low and could not meet out the customer requirments. Is it so? Pls confirm us & provide us the solution for our problem.

As we are not getting kerosene from the govenment being booked for 2 cylinders. How can we survive in this circumstances and even we are not wealthy & healthy persons to invest on other grounds.

Indane Gas — Abnormal delay in receiving Cooking Gas Cylinder

My consumer no. is PI-0870N. I am residing at Purulia in the state of West Bengal. My connection is for Indane Gas. My distributer is Balrampur Indane Gas Agency. Its a normal phenomeno that after booking for gas cylinder, the cyliner is being delivered after one and half month. We always run short of cooking gas as the cyliner is never delivered on time.
