sir,
when i was booking the ticket on 18.01.2011 from chennai to tiruchendur(Jeppiar Travels) .At the end of transaction , i didnt get any response and the page has been going on loading .. the concerned seat has been blocked but i didnt get the ticket .Then I called REDBUS customer care ,they said that the seat has been blocked ,not yet booked and said that they would release in half an hour and asked me to book again.
Finally i waited for half an hour and booked the same seat and travelled .. The thing is i got debited for two seats ..till now i didnt get the refund... i request you to refund the price of one ticket(RS 590) as soon as possible.. Regards,

i've booked the ticket on 11th feb for feb 13th journey of Rs.400, but they debited Rs.1200 from my account.Their customer service is not satisfied please do request for my issue and i've already submitted my bank statement to their support team but no response still in sharma travels through redbus online booking.i'm going to complaint regarding this problem to consumer court after a day.Thankyou.
I have booked 2 tickets online in December 2010 and have cancelled it online too.
I have sent e mails and even called them for refund but there is no answer from them till today.
My brother booked 3 window seats with Omar travels via red
bus and we were informed by Omar travels that the bus has been changed and we
will not get window seats and we were given last seat and it was very
uncomfortable for my family members as there were two senior citizens. Later
they were asked to board a ST bus and part of the journey was in ST
bus. I sent mail to Redbus and CC it to their supervisor to provide me with 50% refund but they haven't replied to my mail

I have booked bus ticket for rajkot from baroda at 1:45am on 5/08/2013 by Redbus.in and also booked return ticket on 6th august from rajkot to baroda.

but they are not allowing me to travel on 5th august and saying that that ticket is booked for 6th august so i have to travel on 6th.

i told them that i have a ticket for 5th august. but they have not allowed so i told to refund my money back because I dont want to go on 6th august because i have an important work on 5th august so it is meaningless for me to go on 6th.

Then i contact the redbus customer service, and they at that time agreed to refund my money
but when i talked to them today (6th august) they are saying that my bus was on 5th august . and i was not traveled on 5th august so money can not be refunded.

So I need to refund my both the ticket as my return ticket also not useful as i was not gone to rajkot due to this issue
Please provide as I try book ticket on Redbus 24 Aug 2013. But unfortunately in the last minute transaction was failed. once again I tried, but failed again., and the amount was debited from my account., They told me that I will get refund within 5 working days and that my refund was initiated on 24th itself. Till now I did not get my refund and so I contacted Redbus.in Customer Care, from that day, every time they used to give me the same excuses that there is some problem in the payment gateway and you will get money today or tomorrow. It was very frustrating. Then I thought of going for filed complaint against them.much information as possible...

Soon i Shared the post asking refund to this complaint forum with my number- some one called from

[protected] asking my card details and all other information - and informed me from redbus and they will refund the money - please be inform that this is not from redbus, if any such activities pl inform to the police complaint cyber cell and track the guys -they are cheating people and taking money from the account - pl track it down.

Payment was done through Payumoney. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. But i received message and mail from Payumoney for successful payment. My seat was not Booked. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money

You are all making fool of the customers. You never seemed to be bothered about the treatment to your customers. There is no feed back once the tickets are booked and care a bit once you take the money. I had an unpleasant experience with the way your system works. I had booked 2 tickets for me & my wife from Chennai for the up (29.02.2016) & down (01.03.2016) travel from your site believing that I could reach home the next day but when i reached the opposite direction destination of Virudhunagar on the same day i got a message saying that the said return bus to Chennai had been cancelled.Is this how you treat a customer, not even giving me an option of any other alternative bus service.I was really worried because I had to be in Chennai by the next day(as I had left my kids and father alone) but some how i was able board a train and reach Chennai. Apart from bad service you had also not refunded the said amount even after 10 days for cancellation. Now I had to wait for the refund...

I cancelled two tickets a month back but haven't received the refund amount yet.
Redbus is not at all considering such requests resulting in loss of money.
Hereafter, I won't book tickets in redbus.
I recently cancelled the ticket from Hyderabad to Pune.price I will get after cutting cancellation charges 1098.please make sure to be deposit in account.ticket number : TJ8D25395282.
Through Redbus, I had booked ticket from Pune to Indore for[protected] with Rajratan Tours. I received message that bus got cancelled due to low no of passengers. They give me booking for very next day but again it got cancelled and this time even didn't send sms. Rajratan just called and settled on phone call.

I raised concern with Redbus (Tkt #1843514) for the same. But Redbus helpline people asked me to send details through mail and then didn't respond.

I again called helpline and sent them mail with all the required details. Still no reply received from them.

Big time frustrated with such a weird behavior. Please help me with correct contact person.

    I have tried to book a ticket through Red bus website from chennai to Hyderabad. I had chosen the service and confirmed the payment after that i received a Transaction failed mail from Red bus Website. But, the actual ticket price has deducted from my account and i didn’t receive my ticket yet. When i contact redbus helpdesk they conformed the transaction failure and said money will refund in 2 business days. I didn’t received upto now.

      hi,
      i have booked tickets for Ajmer.The pick up point was from IFFCO Chowk,Vikas Travels (GGN). redBus ticket TD2G23274349,PNR[protected].
      The reporting time was 10:00PM however we reached boarding point at 9:30PM but bus did not stopped at IFFCO Chowk. we have tried to get in touch of REDBUS customer care but they were also not able to help us. The total money wastage. we have tried to contact RedbUS customer care and Shri Vikas Travels (P) Ltd over call. they all misguided us and the total money was wastage. i wait there till 11PM and tried to get in touch with customer care. they provided me wrong information again and again.
      However the REDBUS has rated the survice very poor although they should not hae mentioned the pick up point IFFCO chowk. its their fault. request you to kindly look into this and get my money refunded.
      i want full details my booking confirmation.

        My name is Dipesh Mistry
        I had booked two tickets for Mumbai to Gao for Paulo Travels having ticket # TCDH65358864 on 22nd Dec'2010. I had booked the ticket at price of Rs.800/- and choosen seats are 29,30(Total of Rs.1600/-) for 21st Jan'2011. Now for the same bus the fare of tickets have dropped to Rs.700/- per seat. In that case I would like a refund of Rs.200/- or transfer my seats from economy class to Business class. I have called so many time to RedBus Toll free no. [protected] but no one is responding to my queries. Request you to please do the needful.

        Paulo Travels is the worsed service provider.
        They are not at all punctual, and staff behavior is also not good.
        Bus condition is also not good.
        because of high rating(What i have seen 4.5 out 5 in web site), I hope that Paulo travel is the best bus, but it was my misconception.
        I have travelled from Goa to hyderabad( on 20th Feb 2011), it has taken 23 hrs to reach to hyderabad.
        I suggested everybody never ever to travel on paulo travels.

        Bus not come though i have valid ticket

            I have booked trip of shirdi to baroda for 5.1.11 and cancelled on 25.12.10. At that time help line executive taking my bank details on phone & told me that 4 or 5 days your refund will credited. But on 3.1.11 I got email for furnish bank details so I can mail same on 6.1.11 but further till today i have not get my refund. On yesterday I further talk to abad helpline no & further executive say me to credit your refund on 10-1-11 night but till today not credited.

              I have booked a ticket through REDBUS online on 28th night. From Goa to Chennai on 1st of January 2010 and the fare was 4300rs. I have received a confirmation call from some travels on 1st of monring regarding my journey and i said yes am travelling.
              By the time when i reach the mentioned travels for boarding there is no bus and no one is responding. I was roaming to national travels & shama sadar travels but no one is answering my calls and no resposnding tried calling up the number mentioned in the tickets but no use. Very very pathetic service.
              Through my taxi driver somehow i got tickets through kadamba travels and reached banglore and chennai. Now i have spent soemwhere 6k+ to reach chennai and more over mental and physical pressure. Now i called up REDBUS helpline number[protected] and cancelled the subjected ticket on 3rd of January. And I spoke to the person called vasanth who assured that my money will be refunded within 3 or 4 days, but still its not refunded . Am keep on spending money by calling you customer care chennai & banglore no response really very pathetic service by redbus.
              Please refund my money for above mentioned ticket. And i have gone through a big torchure by booking ticket on REDBUS. How can i file a complaint on this REDBUS? Please advise me

              i have booked 4-tickets delhi to manali on 25/5/12 new himachal holidays tour from direct red bus office at karol bagh delhi.i have suffered many problems 1-i have to waited the bus stop for 3hours bus standing time was 6pm but bus reached 9pm i have to do many calls at your customer care no but not attended.then i call bus operator many times but not any response.i have booked the bus volvo semi sleeper but bus which reached simply ac bus seats are in very bad condition. then i called to head of the red bus mr. Vijender his mobile no. is [protected].we leave the bus but he request us to copreate with the bus. it is due to some problems in volvo. when we reached around mandi the RTO stop the bus and asking for papers of the bus but the driver has not complete papers. The bus has stopped there for 3 hrs. we call at Vijenderji many times he told us that we will return your difference amount after journey. we returned from there on 30th of may. i called at your customer care no. and request but no response.after that i called to Vijenderji. he said that call tomorrow with all details. we will transfer your refund amount in your bank account.after that he has not received my any call.after that i have to go somewhere from office tour and i returned from there on 20th of june. then we called but not recieved then i sent sms if now you not attend my call i will file this case in consumer court.then next day i call him and he attended my call and suggested me to send mail at our website then you will get your amount in your a/c my a/c no.is[protected] icici bank please solve my problem as soon as possible thank you your sincerely tarun khanna a-1/68 g.f sector-6 rohini new delhi.
              i cancelled a ticket on 10th may 2015, the refund amount was Rs. 1260.i called the customer care, they said it will be refunded within seven working days, but its been 9 days and i have not received my money.i called the customer care two times, but they always say it will come soon.i dont know what to do now.please resolve this issue as soon as possible

              We tried booking through redbus.in on 8th june 2015 for Anand Vihar to Kanpur in Volvo departuring at 10:30pm on seat number 37 and 38. Payment of 2386 was deducted but no ticket was issued. However we got the ticket booked thorugh our ticketing agent later on but our money deducting in early failed transaction with trransaction ID: 52492087 was not refunded till date. No customer support line picks up any call. We have got frustrated calling them again and again but no call pick up. They are just fooling us by providing us such numbers which have no support. We want our Rs 2386 refund.

              Kindly support to get it back.

                Hi,

                This is in reference with the ticket which I travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad with OMER TRAVELERS, booked through RED BUS for Rs 700 (Non-AC)

                I belive OMERS TRAVELERS are . "Ashok" who was representing OMER @ Bangalore Megestic office was trying to help people arrange with the seats & asked me to forcifully getup from my allocated which I unfortunately booked it through RED BUS.

                He asked me to sit on the seat which was behind with drunken people, since my seat-14 was booked by some agent and the customer visited the agent personally.

                Tickets which were booked through internet were given second priority.

                When I objected to this and tried to call RED BUS, Asok did not retun my ticket which he snached from me. I did not have RED BUS number with me to call either. When still I objected for not comfortable sitting on the other seat Ashok & other 2 people from OMER travels came to beat me.

                I asked for my refund so that I will walk away, but they said that its a Online booking and they cannot retun my money.

                I was totally in a panic and pissed away situation --got sandwitched between RED BUS & OMER.

                Unfortunately I had no option to get down also, since the bus was moving they were not allwoing me to get down.

                Nothing to do, I had to travel, BUT CAN ANYONE HELP ME GIVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST RED BUS & OMER TRAVELERS SO THAT THIS KIND OF CYBER CHEATING WILL BE STOPPED.

                  We had booked tickets from Mumbai to Pune for the 24th Dec’10 by Neeta Travels thru’ Red Bus. We were very happy to use the online facility until evening of 24th when our return to Pune turned out a bizarre experience.

                  We reached VilleParle East Bus Stop at 6:00PM. Arrival time of the bus as mentioned in the ticket was 6:50PM. We waited at the stop till 9:00PM and there was no sign of the Bus. We called from pillar to post but kept getting the same answer that the bus got full at Andheri itself and it left without touching Ville Parle stop. Neeta offices at the bus stop cared less as we had an online ticket.

                  We were two ladies stuck in the middle of the road with barely no help from either Red bus helpdesk or Neeta travels. At the end we had to find shelter for staying back in Mumbai that night and next morning we had to pay once again to travel back to Pune.The purpose of advance booking was a total waste that too at a premium price. Red Bus charged us Rs 330 each instead of regular fare of Rs 250.
                  We have lodged complaint with Red Bus but till date there is no response.

                    I booked an ticket from Tanuku to Bangalore on yesterday for 16th jan,2011, For particular transcation money got debited from my account.
                    After payment gateway reply the response i got was "The amount of rs 1250 has been debited and ticket could not issued".
                    For Tracking no:3814766 has given for particular transcation.The amount can be refunded by sunday i.e, Jan 02,2011. So,Plz let me know about status of refunded amount

                    I had booked ticket in red bus from Hyderabad to kakinada for 3rd October 2016 AC bus Amaravati service no 2676 . But I have not received any ticket and message from red bus.But amount had been deducted from credit card 1210/-

                      I booked a ticket on dec17 2010, for make a journey to travel bangalore on 19th dec 2010.while booking my amount from bank had debited. but my ticket was not booked, i didn't get my ticket number. i talked with their customer support on 17th dec itself they said that my ticket was not confirmed and they didn't get the money from bank. They said to put a mail to their support team. i put two mails on 17th and 18th dec 2010. they replied that they getback soon. but no response from them. But on 20th dec at 6.33p.m i got a mail from them saying that sorry for the delay your ticket confirmed on 19th dec 2010. and sent me a ticket number. Then i called them and asked they say to put a mail again.
                      Rebus team had cheated me. there response is very poor.

                        I AM BOOKED ONLINE TCKET THROUGH REDBUS FROM PUNE TO BANGLORE ON 24/11/2010 BUT DUE TO SOME TECH. PROBLEM MY TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED BUT AMOUNT WAS DEBITED (RS. 1200 ) ON MY CARD REGARDIG THIS I SUBMITTTING COMPLETE THROUGH MAIL (REF. NO. 1097683 ) BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY RED BUS.

                        I AM BOOKED ONLINE TCKET THROUGH REDBUS FROM HYDERABAD TO BANGLORE ON 15/01/2011 BUT DUE TO SOME TECH. PROBLEM MY TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED BUT AMOUNT WAS DEBITED (RS. 770 ) ON MY CARD REGARDIG THIS I SUBMITTTING COMPLETE THROUGH MAIL (REF. CC11AACK609IG[protected] BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY RED BUS.

                          With reference to the above i wish to bring the following:

                          1. We have booked ticket from Chennai to Madurai for travelling on 4th November 2010 but cancelled and informed through mail on November 2 at 8.30 PM.
                          2. As i have not received any acknowledgement for next 24 hrs I have reminded them by mail on November 4 at 10.27 am.
                          3. Subsequently i received a confirmation mail on on 4th instant at 10.50 AM informing order Number as 2581849.
                          4. I have also received one more mail from redbus stating that the ticket is not cancelled within 12 hours but the first intimation was sent on 2nd November itself.

                          Furthermore they have sent few mails that already a payment was made but later understand by myself that it is some other payment transaction which they have wrongly sent to my for my query which also i noticed them by few mails and till now i have not seen any reply for the same.

                          Though the ticket was booked during Diwali, cancelled well in advance.
                          They have charged very exorbitant rate and also there is high demand for seat as such the seat was not empty when it traveled from Chennai to Madurai on 4th instant.
                          I have also filed a complaint to the police commission and a copy is enclosed.
                          A copy of complete mail communication is also enclosed for your easy reference.
                          A copy of booked ticket is also enclosed.

                          I prey the concerned, the travel agency people should be punished for their wrong doing as most of the cases things will not be brought to the concerned because of one or other reasons.

                          I need a reasonable explanation along with the refund.

                          Attachment could not be loaded as the file format what i am having is acrobat may send separately by mail if confirmed.

                            Beware Redbus charges customers for their system's fault. Read their terms and condition and before buying tickets from them.

                            May be ticket was booked and you got some ticket number in your system. But how would a customer know whether his ticket is confirmed or not unless you give him some kind of notification. I have not received any kind of notification(mail, sms, call) for this ticket. And moreover, your system showed an error to me that at the end of transaction "sorry the seat you have selected is no longer available, please choose other seats". In this case what would you do if you were a customer ? Obviously, you try to book some other seat on the same bus or on some other bus. I did the same.

                            It is a clear case of failure of your system, so, I think you should refund the money for that transaction. Please let me know what is your decision.

                            As discuused with one of your employee Named Naval I had discussed with him that I had booked four tickets on dated 1st June 12. From Delhi To Nainital as per your ticket bus arrival time was 9.45PM but your bus came at 11.45PM meanwhile I was calling to redbus but my call was not responding and two landline numbers was also mention on ticket which are also not responding at that time when a bus came at that place from Kalpana Travels which was mention on ticket I had go to bus to confirm that I had booked four tickets for Delhi to Nainital in same bus but as per bus staff his all seats were already sold out and there was no vacant seat for us I had called up to redbus and all those numbers but no one bother to respond me back for my help now I requested to you please help me to cancel my ticket and refund my money because I had some urgent work in Nainital on 2nd June so I take a Car on rent for Nainital because I am a journalist in HT (Hindustan Times) and I have a very urgent project in North India I just reach Delhi yesterday that is why I write it to you people for help.

                              I had booked 5 tickets from goa to bangalore by online portal Red Bus (paulo travels) on 1st nov, non ac sleeper. Pick up time was 9.15 pm from canocana bus stand. We reached there at 8.30pm and called paulo travels and informed them, we even asked them drivers number but they did not give.

                              Later we kept waiting and after 10.15 we felt that something is wrong. We tried calling paulo travels for an hour and then another bus of paulo travel came and they told us that our bus had already left.

                              We were stranded on the road at 11pm with no hotel bookings and no means of transport available.

                              We then requested driver of another bus to drop till the other bus if possible.

                              Five o[censored]s (3 girls) travelled standing in a sleeper bus for three hours to catch the other bus, two of our friends (girls) have fallen sick because of this torture.

                              The drivers of our bus informed us that they had no information of any pick up from canacona so they did not stop.

                              I had booked these tickets from red bus and hold it accountable for this mess up.

                              redbus should improve their service because reporting is not done to the bus operator about the seats especially for mumbai redbus.in (sujatha). So its our humble request to you.

                                I am complaining against redbus service.i have booked a ticket from trivandrum to banglore on 28th november from some agent online.My date of journey was 4th nov. They charged Rs1450(More than double) for the ticket.Time of departure was 6.30 pm and arrival time was about 9.30 am on 5th nov.Bus departs 1 and half hour later.Then they say there is some problem in AC .they stopped somewhere at road side and start repairing but doesn't work.There is no A/C no Fans are working(starts only for an hour during whole journey).Bus condition was very Normal after paying a huge some of money.Bus was late too much so they move fast and we are unable to sleep properly.They provide only one driver for such a long journey of 750 km.so he stops for refereshment after every 2 hours.We call the agent who guides us to the bus at that day.he said i am not"responsible".We all psengers in the bus feels cheated.Bus reached 4 hours late from the scheduled time.We were too much haarased by the deteoring conditions in the way.I was not providing the image of the ticket coz they took ticket from us before journey and give us a card .And moreover ticket was issued on the account of Dharma Tour And Travels which seems not exist.My boarding point is Madivala.The card was boarding pass which i was tagging .

                                Redbus.in — travel Fare differences

                                Hi,
                                I booked ticket few days back and the price mentioned on the redbus site was 600 and suddenly the price is changed to 700 when i spoke over the phone. the website still shows the price as 600 .
                                I can see that the government has no control over such bus operators which charges depending on the seasons .

                                Please take necessary action immediately.
                                I booked 3 Tickets (2Adult+1Child) (also with infant) from Pune to Hyd Sleeper Bus in Redbus.in and got confirmed tickets; I was in Nasik traveled to Pune only to get the Sleepr bus; so night I stayed in Hotel and went to Boarding Point Mentioned in the Ticket; The Operator is SVR Tours; To my shock they do not have Sleeper Bus at all running from Pune to Hyderabad; After my repeated calls to SVR & Redbus.in they told they will arrange in a Vovlo Semi Sleeper and told the rate difference will be reimbursed;

                                Then SVR Fellow Took us in mini bus roamed around Pune finally enede-up in APSRTC Bus stop and told 3 Tickets are confirmed in A/c bus; SVR Refunded the amount difference and deducted 600/- towards Redbus.in service charges; Finally I accepted and the fare difference; to my shock SVR has charged 3 Full Tickets and refunded 300/- per head. but APSRTC conductor gave 2full and Half ticket and I again cheated by SVR Tours. Redbus.in never turned up to my complaints and never bothered to call me ever the case with SVR Tours & Travels;
                                REBBUS.IN CHEATED BY BOOIKNG A SLEEPER BUD WHICH IS NOT AT ALL RUNNING. AS I BOOKED IN REDBUS.IN THEY DEDUCT THEIR SERVICE CHARGES EVEN SVR TROURS FAILED TO PROVIDE A SLEEPER BUS.
                                SVR FELLOWS BOOKING IN A RTC BUS AND GETTING COMMISSION OF HALF TICKET;
                                SO "NEVER BOOK TICKETS IN WWW.REDBUS.IN" AND "DO NOT TRUST SVR TROUR & TRAVELS"

                                  I have booked a ticket on 1 Nov 2010 from chennai to coimbatore for 03 Nov 2010, Via Redbus website for Rs 660/- ( High Fare cos of diwali season ) . on 2 Nov 2010 Evening i got a call from redbus office[protected] and conveyed message that bus has been canceled since the bus i about to travel got Accident (unbelievable! he provided me some option to book the ticket in rredbus network for rs 800/- ) but i rejected the option and asked him to cancel the ticket ,and he canceled the ticket and i got confirmation in mobile also. I waited for 3 days still there is no info about money refund. I have sent many mail to redbus Customer care,but no reply from them.here is my ticket details, TCBV45758724.There is no reponse from redbus customer service yet.!!

                                  I booked a seat via redbus on 26 Dec 2010, Rs 350/ was debited to my a/c but within I got a call that bus was full and the seat is not available. I was told that refund will be made within one week, no refund so for .Kindly help me to get the refund.

                                    I have booked two tickets to travel from Tiruvarur to coimbatore on 03.10.10 through this website. but on boarding time the travels people did't gave us boarding pass and not allowed to board in the us mentioning as online ticket issued by the redbus is invalid. we faced high difficulty to travel from tiruvarur to coimbatore. after sending several mails and making several phone calls there is no proper answer from them. Still now they did't apologies for their mistake and did't make the refund amount.

                                    I was highly cheated by redbus.

                                    Same thing happened with me on the Mumbai Bangalore out despite having a valid redbus printout, SRS travels said name was not on their list. Redbus call center was most unhelpful and unapologetic!

                                        I would like to share my worst experience with the worst bus operator - Sangeetha Travels, Bangalore booked through Red Bus.in

                                        After paying 2 times more than govt A/C volvo bus charge, I booked the ticket through red bus service.PNR # TS-RB19299

                                        As per the travel schedule on Friday 18-06-10 at 11.10 P.M., I have arrived the travel office at 10.30 P.M to catch the bus. In the traval office more than 40 poor Customers - ladies, kids and gents stood outside the travel office to get the bus on the road. The road side liquor shop bad smell and the drunker walking that way also made the atmosphere very ugly.

                                        To get the boarding pass, I tried to enter into the office in the crowd of 25 people, I got it after 15 minutes of struggling inside the crowed to get the boarding pass.

                                        Somehow I managed to got the pass and relaxed outside of the travel office. The clock touch 11.30 P.M.the bus number 8899 as per the agent was not arrived the location.

                                        Meanwhile the agent's assistance said bus is standing at the next road which is 200 mts from the office. We managed to took out luggages. But the bus not arrived.

                                        Again we came back to the same office. Poor ladies also moved to and fro with the small kids and luggage at that time due to irresponsible information.

                                        At last around 12 A.M. one bus had come. All the passengers asked to board that bus to reach other bus Sangeetha travel office. But no information about the magic bus 8899.

                                        After 15 Mints travel we reached that location and again asked to wait for that mysterious bus on the road. So many adult lost the control they shout at the agent. No reply. One of the dog started barking against us.

                                        Time reached 1.15 A.M.some other travel bus came. Travel agent asked some passengers to board that bus for the Chennai.

                                        mean while during their talk, we understood that the assigned bus was taken by other travel agent and sent to Chennai, So, he did not received it.

                                        I got the 2nd bus to board and the seat availability was allotted as per the availability in the bus which made our travel hell. The bus reached chennai at 7 A.M. which totally affected our morning schedule and work.
                                        This type of idiotic service and stupidity in the management of the travel agent ruin the customers happiness and travel plan.

                                        So, I really lost my joy of travel on that day which made my entire day unhappy.
