I am SM. Rabbani. I have used the site "http://www.redbus.in" to book my travel ticket with my Credit Card. I booked the Ticket for "Kaveri Kamakshi Travels". The Ticket was booked from
Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 10th May 2010 at 6:15 PM. My journey time was "11:15 PM on the same day[10th May 2010]". The total fare was Rs. 460.00

Hi All,

redbus website did not allow to cancel a single seat if youu have booked more than one.

i had booked 2 seats from belgaum to bangalore @950 and wanted to cancel 1 seat in that.

redbus.in dont have the option to cancel one seat as i tried to do that in the website it asked me to call the customer care.

When I enquired about refund they asked me to contact Redbus. When I contacted red bus they first asked me to contact the bus operater. I had very bad experience with Redbus and I would not recommend anyone to use this service.I had booked my tickets for Mumbai to Bangalore through Red bus over phone and asked for door step delivery . The journey date was 2nd Jan 2010. I had specifically asked for ladies seat as I was travelling alone. I have booked a ticekt via Redbus.in from Coimbatore to Chennai for 25/10/09.
From the options available, I chose Sangita Travels Ac 2+2 Seater for 750/-.
The rate was too much considering the train rates (3rd AC even)

But what was all the more disappointing was, by charging Volvo rates, the bus which was available was a decade old Leyland with very bad suspension ( It was not Sangita Travels- It was Sam tours...
