[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

Samsung — Servicing

Due from 1 month, Microwave Owen Part Pending, no updates from Samsung
i have purchase samsung guru and i am not satisfied its battary backup Really samsung has show its self as a guru who make other person foolish.
I made the unfortunate mistake of buying five Samsung mobile (2on SCH-W619) and have found lot of problem like battery back up, network, disple outo swich on/off then in tention i submit one set at your customer service Lalbag road Bangalore but he charge 450/- and told me that we will send this at high athotiry center but not responce so please help me what i do i am not setisfy with this model... and my boss is torser me daily and i unable to pay amount my boss...

Till today one year not over this is under warranty.
I fully agree with the above comments given by other consumers. I am also presently experiencing the problem with Samsung services. I purchased a music system MAX DC-650. Now the music system started giving problems and it was was given for repairing at Samsung Service Centre in Hyderabad in the month of July 2009. Till now the system has not been repaired. Every time I enquire with service centre they give us a false promises. The call centre of Samsung is another defunct establishment. They do not have any information with them. Getting their number is very difficult. God only knows when I will get back my music system back from Samsung centre. I, therefore, request the prospective buyers of Samsung products to think twice before purchasing any product of Samsung. I hope M/s Samsung will see the comments of customers.

I have puchase a samsung I450 (mobile) on 22/10/2008 from Aligarh (U.P). i have got a problem of slide. it is not working. i face this problem after 4 months. then i went to a nearest service centre they said me that, "we will order a new slide potion for your mobile and you will collect it after 1 weak on the same day" then i reaches again after 1 weak then i got the same answer. and i am going there and listning the same answer from 6 months.

now i am exauhsted.
hope that yow will give responce.

i am facing a problem for my slide. it is not working from about 6 months iwent to my nearest service centre they said to me that "we will order it you can take it after 1 weekon the same day".
then i went after 1 weak then they says the same. then i went again and again and got the same answer.
Now i am exauhsted to go to the service centre.

Hope that u will give good response. if don't then i will not purchase any product of samsung in future.

My samsung beat sucks big time. I had it for almost a year and a half and even w/ a replacement battery and charger it still don't want to work (charge let alone turn on). I hope that they can replace it for me.

Samsung GURU Mobile — Poor Tower & Batry backup

Dear Sir,

I purched the Guru samsung moblile on 23.09.2009 from Haldwani. Batary backup is very poor after 15 minuts talking batary showing down and Tower is very weak nearest Tata indicom Tower too showing no signal.
We have also complaint in Samsung service center in Haldwani on 12.10.2009 they said to me that i have written the complaints and after 2-3days i will call to you but this time no responding from customer service.
yeah i do agree its worst in the world bcz im still suffering from it.

The mobile store kukatpally — they cheated me

The venkat (manager of kukatpally) had cheated mee when i went to buy a charger of IPO
D but he had given unsupportable charger to mee that to these charger is regarded to mobile charger when i call to his number he had used a rubbish words plz beware of these

I am a chemical engg. student studing in Mumbai, 3 months ago I purchased a good handset under my budget (S3500).so i was actually thankful to samsung for providing such good value for money.
my friend constantly made a point for purchasing Nokia phone for the resale value and service they provide, but than i though that its just a myth in minds of people that only Nokia provide good service.
the major difference for me to buy Samsung was the 'value for money'
as it was my first handset of my life for which I collected money since one and half year
so i was happy with the features but the happiness was not long lasting
with in 3 months my cell stopped working completly.(some beltproblem) I went to service centre, my dealer assured my that i will get it repaired freee of cost.but service centre incharge estimated the cost of 5000 rs .I asked him are u joking the cell cost 6700 rs, his reply was cant help it in less than that.I tried calling service centre many time but no one turned up, so now i am just a helpless guy cursing the day I purchased samsung cell phone
so called 'value for money'
dont worry people like us cant go to consumer court because my parents are not literate enough and I dont have that much time and guts
but please do something.
6700rs didnt matter to big multinational like yours but for us we know how much it was.

SAMSUNG/MOBILE S3310 — FAULTY PHONE MODEL

We have purchased 4 Samsung S3310 Mobile on 31st Oct 2009. From the first day of Purchase all 3 Phones sometimes HANGS when disconnecting incoming call. All keys gets disabled, we have to remove battery & restart the phone.
This happens once / twice in 1 or 2 days.

This problem is coming to all 4 phones. This model is Faulty don't Buy. SAMSUNG after sales service is very bad. They are not ready to accept the problem in phone model.

I had already made complaint about my samsung sgh - i200 Mobile that it's LCD is not working from 28.10.2009 I made complaint to the Santacruz (W) Mumbai service center about this to Manager Mr. Madhusudan and he told me that he will arrange LCD and replace it But till Today 17.11.2009 LCd is not available and this guy replies that I confirm from courier comapany? But Now I am fed up off from SAMSUNG product and Third grade service I Just Want Money back I will never use any samsung product in future it was my mistake that i purchased i-200 So please give my money back and arrange LCD for that peice take your own time to just bring LCD

Even I faced the similar issue with Samsung Service Centre at Hyderabad. The response was very very bad and the way they resolve the issues are not at all satisfactory. No one is having sufficient knowledge about phones.

I recently brought Samsung Omnia II (I8000) which ships with windows mobile 6.1 and went to service centre to upgrade to Windows mobile 6.5. There is only one person who do upgradation of softwares named Naresh. After seeing my mobile he said, it is not at all a windows mobile and it is symbian OS. I explained him clearly and showed the version, and then he agreed and told that I need to buy Win Mo 6.5 seperately for Rs.10000/- to upgrade.

Very disappointed and Unsatisfactory experience.
