[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

I have purschased fully automated washing machine nano technology from Mani Electronics MG Road pudhucherry. The washine machine get fault in the month of september i have complained to the Sri Padma Costomer Care 17 Natesan Nagar 2nd Main Road Nellithope Pudhucherry 605 005

As on date I have compalined several times to M/s Sri Padma Customer Care and no response on their side. You know without washing machine running day to day life is very hard. To repair a washing machine for three months is to long time.

I request higher official to look into this matter. A customer should not panished being purchasing the fully automated machine of the brand Samsung

Balaji TV Services — Cheating

Mr. Balaji (Phone no - [protected]) serviced my Onida TV. Initially took Rs. 300 from me for component replacement. On the next visit, informed that the Motherboard needs to be replaced. On the pretext of getting a new board and fix it, he took another Rs. 1000 from me. But in that process he took away my old existing Onida board + remote and got back an old Videocon board.

The fixing of the Videocon board has been done so shabbily. I have lost my money and inspite of repeated calls to Mr. Balaji...he doesnt respond and give me a new board and return back my older faulty board.

Please consider this complaint seriously. Its been more than a month that he has promised to return back my calls....but till date no news from him.

I would request Sulekha to blacklist him .... so that other customers are not cheated similarly
sir i had given my FLAP MODEL samsung mobile for repair @ NASHTE SYSTEMS, KOLHAPUR 416001 FOR REPAIR . HE HAD EXAMINED MY MOBILE AND ASKED TO CHANGE THE BODY OF THE MOBILE AND BATTERY AND TAKEN RS. 800 /- AND ASKED TO COME ON EVENING, I GONE HIMTHEN HE ASKED TO COME AFTER 1 DAY, I HAVE GIVEN HIM 2 DAYS AND GONE AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS HE ASKED TO COME AFTER 1 DAY LASTLY HE GIVEN MOBILE BUT IYS BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO AGAIN HE TAKEN IT BACK AND GIVEN IT TO ME AFTER 3/4 DAYS. Samsung — white spot in tft screen

one pinhead white spot in screen after starting the monitor since last 6month .complained last month .no action taken only some suggetion which dosen't worked. Repeat complain again some suggetion only.no technical team visited.monitor is in warranty period

Samsung — Home Theatre is Dead

I bought a Samsung Hometheater HT-TZ425N on 21.09.2009 from Audio Voice, Gurgaon (Samsung Showroom) which went dead in october 2009. A complaint was lodged for the same on[protected] vide complaint No. [protected]. Their engineer visited next day informing me that the SMPS of the system was deffective and needed to be changed. After that I waietd for one week but ever day I was told that the component will be recived fro Okhla (just about 5o kms from Gurgaon). Aftre one more week (and several reminders) the service man came to replace the part. Buts the system did not work. He said that the home thetare will be replaced as the same could not be repaired. Then again they vanished. It was only on 16.1.2010 that after several remonders they came and took a copy of the bill for the system but till date I have not heard anything from them. I again called the service center today (21.01.2010) only to be told that they have sent the complaint to higher authorities and they have still to hear from them. Kindly help me in the matter.

Samsung Mobile Phones — Faulty Mobile Phone

I have purchased a Samsung mobile model No. S3310 bearing serial /IMEI no.[protected] from “The Mobile Store”, Cottage No. 37, Near Agarwal Sweets, Patel Nagar, New Delhi. On 06th November, 2009. After a week of operation it got hanged when FM radio was being tuned more than 10 minutes. I visited Samsung Service Centre Located at Motil Nagar, New Delhi the concerned person told me that the hand set requires updation of software, you can leave your handset here and you will collect it tomorrow, next day I received call from the service centre the person told me that your hand set is OK right now and you can collect it

Now, after 15 days again it repeats the same problem.

Kindly look in to the matter to get resolved ASAP

my automatic washing machine Samsung model WA85HAG purchased on 13.03.08 has gone out of order since November 2009 and service centre shillong are yet to fix the machine. Complaint No: [protected] has been recorded by Samsung Service centre, Shillong on 03.02.10 when the original cash memo was deposited with them. However, till date, no remedial action has been taken by them to rectify the problem as per warranty given by the company. So much for Samsung customer service.

Ido agree with the other customer complaints.

Mail Today — not giving product

I subscribed for the mail today news paper edition for 15 months by giving an advance of 1000 rs to their agent on 20.02.2010 but till now not a single copy has been delivered to me my address is bet 2 greater noida

2. Themes are not applicable .may i know why
3. How to change the time setting into 12hrs format.
4. whats the setting to transfer data directly to memory card
5. i am unable to connect GSM GPRS & more over we can't find any feature in settings
6. As battery backup is also very low
