I have mobile model Samsung GT-C6625 purchased in Feb, 2010. Now mobile has problem in windows media player and incoming and sms ringtone. I have deposited my mobile for servicing at your service centre Mobile Dot Com at G-2, Sri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow with work order no. WA[protected] dated 22.09.2010 with the verbal assurance that mobile will be returned back after service on 23.09.2010. Today personnel of your service centre informed me that my mobile will be returned back on monday i.e. 27.09.2010. Is it your after sale services??? You take so long time to give serivces. Your service centres are not fully equipped with all accessories of mobiles so that the services may be given within 2 or 3 hours?

I bought samsung lcd t.v a week back.There is a problem regarding the picture quality.it gives a yellowish shade.Tried to adjust its color settings also.And now it has started generating new problem.its producing a cracking sound from within.even after calling to the customer service support, the service has been not delivered.hope to get your response regarding this complaint as soon as possible.

i have purchased a samsung corby GT-B3410 phone on 16 of may 2010 from one of the mobile store in jodhpur( Rajasthan) and i m having a display problem as the screen appears white and nothing else appears on it. I have given my cell in the samsung service centre and they didn't repaired it for free by giving a silly excuse that the motherboard of the phone has been damaged due to water and they will not repair it for free, although the cell is in warranty period. They also gave me an estimate of around 2500 to repair my phone. How can i pay this amount when my cell is in warranty period. I got my cell leminated on the very same day of purchasing and there is no chance of water getting into it.
Now i want a fovour from the company that they should replace it as soon as possible otherwise i m going to take this matter to consumer forum.

Samsung — mobile shutdown
i had bought a Samsung Corby a few months back..one day i feel that it has become hot and the battery power has dwindled to the minimum. i had shut it down and put it for charging but it is not working now!!Samsung — customer center not respond

i gave my mobile for repairing at 9th sep, 10 but still no any answer from sai communication. i disappoint from it service. and they r not giving me any answer. i call them daily but they do not receive my phone. i[censored] can do something for my mobile then do it as early it can possible. and take action against sai communication.

i went over there for 7 times to know about the status about my cell-phone but every time they give unappropriate answer. This is the most pathetic company on After sales service . My advise to anyone who is going to buy a SAMSUNG product ... dont ever do that . Samsung — not satisfied with service
I purchased samsung GT-S8000 on[protected], and in sep’10 I got touch screen problem. I lodged the complaint at service centre Ram Mandir Kolkata. They kept my cell for 15 days. My that problem was solved but they damaged my cells battery, now when I am charging my cell it get exreamly heat and after full charge, cell get discharge in 3 hrs.I again showed it to service centre but then they told me that my battery is damaged and it is to changed. For which I had to pay.
Please help me what to do.

I have bought Samsung C/TV Model UltraSlim Easy View Sr.No.134032AS606448 from my local dealer M/s Star Enterprises, Shop No-41, Main Shopping Complex,Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala. on 19/07/2010 (Invoice Attached). Unfortunately its remote control stopped working on 8th Nov,2010. I took it to the dealer for necessary action. He assured me to get it repaired from Service Engineer or replaced on next day. But the remote was not repaired next day. I visited to his shop many times, but his response was very poor. On 18/07/2010 he returned back the remote telling that it was repaired. But it is regretted to inform you that the remote is not rapaired at all. It physical condition shows that it is not even touched or opened for the necessary repair.
I am totally unsatisfied with the dealing or service of M/s Star Enterprises, and forcing me to never purchase Samsung products. I hope the dealer will be asked for this type of irresponsible attitude and to take suitable action for the repair of defective remote.
