i had purchased an E2120i model mobile phone from poorvika mobiles chennai parrys branch on 12/7/2010 via invoice no.3786 and my mobile is in warranty. I had on/off problem for which i approached poorvika mobiles chennai parrys branch and i was directed to Sri Raja Rajeswari Communications your authorised service centre for rectification of the problem. My mobile was rectified by them and delivered to me. After a week my mobile once again had the same problem and i once again approached the above service centre for rectification of the problem. My mobile was taken for service on 26/11/2010 and yet not delivered to me. They had given me a service time of 10 days. I request your goodselves to kindly help.

I bought Mobile phone of samsung wave touch screen recently the next day problems arised, in 15 days I have given three times for servicing again same problem. I dont have any words or things to compare the samsung service -- THEY ARE THE LEAST THING IN THE WORLD TO COMPARE

Respected sir,
I Harpreet Kaur would like to tell you my problem. I have bought SAMSUNG MONTE S5620 set from my near by store in the last week of july 2010.Then my new set gives me problem, it gets switch off itself whenever I make a call. I gave my set to service center for replacement and i got my replaced MONTE set on 7th august, 2010. Again after sometime it gave me problem, i was not able to listen the voice of the caller from where we listen voice. Then i gave my set to service center and they return my set after 15 days, but still it was creating some disturbance continually and now also it is creating disturbances. After that it jack stop working, and firstly the service center told me that its motherboard will be changed and i have to wait for 20 days as the mother board is not available. Then i waited for 20 days but still they were not having the motherboard. Then they kept my set and change the jack, but after receiving the set the next day the new replaced jack was not working, then i again went to the service center and gave my set for the replacement of jack. This time they just keep my set for some time and gave me back but still it was not working and they haven't made job-sheet this time. For the next i talked with manager of service center that i don't want to keep this set and i requested the manager to appeal the Samsung company to refund my money. Then he told me that i should get changed the motherboard of the set and this time i get changed the whole mother board of my set, but again it gets hanged when i was just checking my set standing in the service center while i receive my set. Now also my set gets hanged, it is having very slow processing and now also i can hear some continue disturbance while talking to the caller. A set within its warranty period is giving me this much problems and what about after the warranty period????
The manager of service center told me about the approval process that this process is of 45 days and i have given my approval there. But today i called at customer care number and they told me that approval process is of 15 days, and within 15 days we can get our money back. Now tell me how can a customer trust the manager of service center.
I have requested many time at Samsungmobile.com to please solve my problem and refund my money but there was no response. Now i am requesting you the last time that PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY otherwise i will take legal action. I am tired by roaming here to service center.
Now you can think yourself that how much i am satisfied with your services and with your equipments. Please refund my money and take this set from me.

my self rahul thakur, i m from jabalpur, i m using samsung mobile phone, samsung mobile accessories r toocostly in service centre, before some last days, i asked for mobile charger at the ALPHA ENTERPRISES at jain tower, russel crossing, jabalpur, they told me the cost of mobile charger at 450 rs, after i asked a local shop, he told me at 250 rupee. this is not fair
I purchased a mobile SAMSUNG champ in the month of October within 2mths Ear phone got problem i claimed that in a service centre in anna nagar before 1mth. They asked me to come on 5th of January but they said it was postponed to 7th. Then they said on 10th, and on 15th likewise they are extending but not giving the assurance and after tat wen ever iam trying first ring will no response after that line bc for a long time they are not picking the phone at all. iam fed up with this kind of poor service in this area.
on 23rd november 2010 i bought a 7722 mobile after a month i found malfunctioning in the working of phone and visited the service centre for about three times and again the problem re occured .so i have called the call centre for immediate help but it was in vain .after repeated calling they asked me to call jogarao and this person said he was not in the samsung service department and he gave the mobile no of mr balasubramani who said he was not the specified person and gave the no of balu and this person did not respond properly and the executive failed give the contact of the related person who would solve the problem i am totally dissatisfied by samsung customercare .with last hope i serviced this in anticipation of solving the problem immediately.
really not satisfied with the samsung care center in amerpet, and the sansung products are not reliable.

Samsung — Faulty mobile phone
I purchased a mobile phone SAMSUNG Omniapro B 7610 for Rs.23000 in Jan 2010. Eversince I purchased the phone the phone is not working properly and I am fedup by visiting at their service center at Ramesh Nager, New Delhi. They have changed its many parts at many times but in vain because the phone is still not working and presently the call of the fault is open with them since about 04.12.2010. During this call first they told that some part is defective and shall be replaced as and when received by them . after waiting for many days and calling repeatedly they changed that part but the phone was still not working. Now they told that the LCD will have to be replaced and are unable to replace that for the last three to four weeks.In view of the facts mentioned above I spoke to the owner of that service centre , Mr Paramjit singh with a request to change the instrument as I could not use the instrument even after spending the large amount of Rs.23000/ and many parts of the instrument have already been changed but did not take care of my problem .
Then I spoke to the Area Manager of Samsung Mr Abdul Ansari with the same request but his response was again very bad .
Now I request the authorities to hel me to change my instrument

when after 3 years of buying, my samsung LCD went wrong & there were few wrong diagnosis in the beginning i also had the wrong view for samsung.in due course some how i managed to have a talk with the service head(jharkhand) mr.james mathew(cell no.[protected]).within 24 hours of talk one engineer visited my place & diagnosed the actual fault(the panel which costs approx.25, 000 had gone wrong).i was desperate as it was really a costly affair now.but i'm really thankful to mr.mathew & mr.deepak(cell no.[protected]) who looked into the matter with all care & gave me all sort of comforts that a customer deserves.i thank mr.deepak for being so polite. today my problem is over & now i can keep myself into the category of a proud buyer of the samsung product.i must appreciate samsung for keeping thoughtful & caring people at key posts.

samsung-LCD — Dealer unsatisfactory services
I have purchased Samsung LCD TV32C480H1LXL on 25/10/10 from M/s Akanksha International ( Retail), 84, Model Gram Kochar Market, Ludhiana. The Airtel DTH connection provided with it. But they have not provided the original Bill , gurantee Card and manual till date.Besides it the Airtel DTH also not functioning due non providing of Customer ID and non registration of mobile number. The dealer has provide the activation card which has been already scratched.
In spite to repeated request they have not solve the issues till date.

I had purchase a samsung chat 3222 mobile on dated 02/02/2011 in kolkata(silicon telepoint pvt.ltd., 2, saklat place, kolkata-13 ph. no.-[protected]).In this mobile, bsnl sim do not catch network in different-different location, so i am very suffered from this reason because i am working as a junior engg. in bsnl, kolkata.

I lodged my complant on this site keeping this idea in my mind that my problem will be resolved but it is really surprising that no one has yet contacted me during this period of almost one and a half month after lodging complaint .
Further more, on not getting any resolution, I contacted the compnay personel one Mr Ansari, probably the Regional Manager of Samsung, and am surprised to listen his reply that the Guarantee period of my mobile has expired, hence now they can not atten my complaint . Then I told him that the jobcard No WA[protected] of my complaint was opened in dec 2010, well before the expiry of the Guarantee period which still open . Then after checking he replied that job card mentioned above has been closed with the comment that the customer was not ready to wait hence the job card is closed . Then I enquired as to how the complaint on the same job card was attended after the expiry of the Guarantee period when I was called in service centre in an arttempt to reapair the set and some parts were changed but on not getting the solution they again told that the LCD will have to be changed and shall call again on receving the LCD.
But Mr Ansari had no reply of the above querry .
However I am in the process of taking legal action against The Compnay and Mr Ansari but felt it better to update the postion on your site also with a request to take up the matter with the appropriate authorities
