This is regarding order no 3912721. I received the product but I was shocked to see that the trouser under the blackberry suit belongs to some other size. The size of the trouser received is 91 cm where as the actual size is 86 cm. I wonder how could Shoppersstop do such a blunder. This is absolutely a case of cheating. Also this is not the first time they are fooling the customer. Before this I placed an order for blackberry coat order no 3914273. They cancelled the order giving the reason that product is not available. But I shocked to see that the product is still available on your site. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Shoppersstop.com — Parts missing from the product

Order no.3443849, paid in full by my side, Product- Mothercare feeding starter set.

Inspite of many complaints by phone and email, i'm not receiving the missing parts if the order. Customer care or any concerned department has not communicated any status update on their own even once till date and are least bothered to give me any proper response. The only statement I'm hearing from last 1 month is " That it will be shipped in next two days" ...
