[Resolved]  ShoppersStop — Order not delivered

Hi,

I have placed an online order on Nov11th, 2011 on ShoppersStop. Order No-3086545 with Item Number- 5922638_9900. They provide me a tracking number- [protected] www.aramex.com and told that order will be delivered in 3-4 working days. But its been 3 weeks. i am calling them daily. They told first they delivered at wrong address and now they have lost an order. neither they are delivering it not they returning back. Please Help Me

I want compensation for it. Because i have already spent lots of money on calling them and placing that order..
