[Resolved]  Sleepwell Mattress — Mattresses Size are Small then Asked

Sir,

I purchased 6 SLEEPWELL mattress in October 2005 from a authorized dealer "shah joharmal" SIROHI, Rajasthan.
I asked him for Mattress size as 3*6 feet but they gave me smaller then the size asked.
I complained to dealer many times to change the mattress, he said that this matter will be sorted out from company side.
And, today (AFTER ALMOST 2.5 YEAR) 1 company representative(Mr. Gautam, [protected]@sheelafoam.com) came to my house and investigate the Mattress and found that our complain is correct, the Mattress size are really small, he said that DEALER had given you these Mattress by mistake and also said that this issue will be sorted out by the Dealer.

Earlier, when we told the Dealer to change the mattress then he always told that he has booked our complain and company is not responding to this issue.

NOW TELL ME TO WHOM I SHOULD CONTACT FOR PROPER JUSTICE.

Please help me to sort out the issue ASAP as i helpless both from DEALER SIDE AND COMPANY SIDE.
Very BAD COMPANY.

sleepwell mattress — Problem with this site

This site is not good...
Just typing, nobody listens from this site.
i made complain but did not get any response till date...

I have purchased a new bed for 8500/- with a two year replacement warrenty. However the bed has gone down form one side and i am unable to sleep on this bed. because if i sleep I had a back pain in the next morning so i have launched a complaint with the dealer (Dealer: Ramdhara in Khadki area, Pune) now this dealer is avoiding saying that the company is not responding and from last 2 months i have not got any reply from the dealer or from the company.

Please can you help me on this.

I purchased sleepwell mattress one and halfyearback. six months after purchasing the mattress gone down at centre position, and its very difficult to sleep on that.But i continued and for that reason i have got heavy backpail and its unable to bear.If i thrown out that mattress at that time than this my backpain situation has not been arrived.Iam very upset with the brand like sleepwell. They have to give the instuction when to stop using the mattress.
and one morething i have ask is it any recycle procedure for old mattress or company will take the old mattress, just i have to discard it.
please suggest me in this regarding

Mattress — Asking for money

Dear Sir,
I have purchased the mattress last year from daliganj Lko. the servant of the shopkeeper cheated us saying that the mattress are fully comfortable but after few days the wires came out and we were troubled a lot now when we gave them back to the shopkeeper he is asking for Rs1100/- for changing of the jute sheet and putting the foam sheet .Kindly look into the matter.

Sleep well is very absurd company, they don't have any after sales support.Plz never buy any product from this company. They considered that customer is fool. They always selling rough products by there authorized dealers too.

I have purchased sleepwell mattress 11months back. It gone down at few locations. when i tried to sleep, i am getting back pain. I gave a complaint to dealer. but nobody turned up till now.

i have purchased sleepwell mattress 11months back. It has 15 year gurantee but after 4 month some black spot comes on the matress & its tear from the edeges. I have complaint to the dealer but there are no respone from the company so now i am going to complant to consumer form.

I had purchased queen size matress and i used for two days ,we got back pain and asked them to replcae,they are not ready to do anything for that what can i do

it is a cheat company the product is of poor quality or duplicate product is available in market. I purchased OMEGA matteress from dealer BRM Furnishing World, Cuttack Odisha on 22.10.11.The mattress serial no. 10881755. The matteress went down and became unserviceable in one or two months. Even after complaint no response from dealer.

We purchased a sleep well mattress in may'12, but noticed that if the water spills on the bed..it leaves the colour to the bedspread. We have been trying to contact the dealer..but no use. In fact it has 12 yrs guarantee. We r really disappointed wit this brand. Ramesh
