Unitech presently is surrounded by many problems. Some problems they could solve, which they have done. But solution for others is not in their hands. So they have to wait.
As for as construction o[censored]nihomes is concerned, the key problem is of Finance. In good times it is easier to get finance but in bad times it is nearly impossible to get it. Uniteh is passing through bad times.
It will be incorrect to assume that because the labour problem is sorted out, finances are available. If the finances are there, every thing else falls in line automatically. I think they are hopeful of getting some money by end of this month.
The project is at a stage, where they do not need much of the planning.They can start working from where they stopped the work.The pace of work will depend upon availble resources.Subsequently they can do the planning.

All around near unitech minimum square feet area is 4100 per sq feet ...i.e Amrapali platinum //Rg//Prateek//Amrapali zodiac //////Gaur is ready for pocession hence rate is 4500+ per sq feet //Guys currently only unitech is selling at the rate of 3500 per sq feet all inclusive rest any where in noida i.e Noida projects near sector 77 ...78...79 etc on Noida express way ...02 bhk any where will cost 45 lakh plus but it is only in unitech will cost you under 30 lakh 03 bhk and 27 lakh 02 bhk ...golden oppurtuniy for buyers very sson rate is revising by unitech and rate will be 4000 per sq fee ...so rush booking
It seems some people are busy in promoting unitech unihomes rathar than seeing the actual problem.
There is a lot of problem in this project .Court case is still pending for sec-117.There is a problem of funds with Unitech.
Their MD is in Jail.So I dont think in near future construction will start unless we stand united and put pressure on unitech
to complete this project.

For your information court case was never pending on sector 117 so good morning its all sorted long back ...in google groups that court judgement copy was already esclated long back stating rejection of appeal by farmers on this sector as land was aquired 13 or 14 years back ... ...it is good to read news paper in morning atleast a front page ...and as far as pressue is concerned ...putting unwanted remarks on complain .com would not help you it is like master of all traits ans f...r of none ...wake up and be there at unitech some fine morning rather then just shooting bullets in the sky ...i have forwarded minutes of the meeting held on 5th nov and it is there at the last page ...FYI ...and who said jail me hone se paisa khatam ho jata bhaisaham jail wohi jate jinpe paisa hota ...history hai current me bhi numerious names are there ...
Conflicts are good if we take them in positive way:-) so we appreciate these discussions and hope that builder will keep words. Forget about Unihomes, see other projects in Noida like Grande, Uniworld, etc. and in other cities they are all abandoned for years so nothing with the labor, it is all due to financial issues. Join us on Facebook there also you will find healthy discussions.
On unitech site you can see status for other Cities where they have Unihomes as well as other projects launched long back.
Googlegroup users please put similar request there as well to join Facebook, find and join "Unitech Unihomes buyer". we are 100 buyers for now. I heard that GoogleGroup is also having good amount of buyers.

We will have another meeting in Dec-11 but before that we will meet to create core committee who will take decision for us. Next time hopefully we will sit for half day dharna on their office gate.

Mr. apaarsingh thank you very much for your positiveness towards unihomes 117 project. We all the geniune home buyers, would be very happy if everything went smoothly and according to the plan of Chandra Brothers. By this time we all dreamt, to be staying at our own house. But that has not happened and not sure also when this will happen. so dont spread wrong info. These stunts will not help unitech to buy their unihomes II.

Krishan ..paul bhaiya ...bate banane se to kuch hone wala nahi hai ...builder koi doodh ke dhoole nahi hote ...apne unitech walo ko kya samjha hai pata nahi ...bhaisahab jis jis project ke naam liye hai apne jaise ki amrapali platinum ...gaur grandure ...kisi ka be pocession time pe nahi they all are delayed with more then 02 years now ...i nver though off that unitech can give pocession in 24 mths though they comitted which was certainly their stunt of selling the project ...and mind it everybuilder do so ...whatever builder comit it is always 1+1.5 years it will take extra ...unitech phase 1 pocession will be in either late 2012 or mid 2013 for sure ...

Well i thing that dear freind Mr paul is getting too much impatient and there is nothing wrong with unitech ...mind it am not supporting them but mr paul logic of appealing people not to purchase unitech is insane ...it seems there must be some agent of their competitor group who is getting negative publicity for them ...who know ...yes their is some problem of delay in work but we all knowthat will get sort out soon ...hope for the best ...

Is it good to buy Unihomes Sector 117 project. Hopefully, Will get possesion next year.. I am getting 2 bhk around 27.5 lakhs (top floor) all inclusive.. is it a good deal?

I visited the site today... and Did not see any construction happening... My Budget is up to 33lacs.. I was impressed with this project at the same time having very less knowledge about this... They are selling me flats in phase 1 and giving assurance of possession in 8months. Please let me know if this worth project for a End user to Live? Should i or not go for this??????
