Well i have taken 2bhk flat through a real state firm call bricks and mortar and dealing with them was great everything was as comitted thyough i was scared off once that when unitech will start construction but al last they have done every weekend i visit this place and construction is started well you can see heavy machines been installed piling is been done for phase 1 b block and phase 2 as well slowly slowly they have digged all land in last 02 weeks of my visit very soon floors will be rising where they have done piling .I have recived recipts at all times whenever i made payment first 02 from 3rd my loan got approved from Andhra bank and been disbursed as well i am waiting for their recipt though i hyave checked with unitech that they have recived my third installment by draft ...some people say unitech is doing work only on weekends this is wrong work is started and uniform at all days .this is only project in that are whose work been started and i being litrate know 01 thing any firm will start work only when thay have too it is not you book flat and they will build your floor only as because you paid money to them they have to go hell lot of approvale and people who say they waited a lot as purchased flat long back in 117 arnt you got good rates as well isnted now rate is 3025 per sq ft people got that booked at 2700 .just wish that things go well and unitech should fastned construction as if they not we will sit their and will do agitation they shoud know this is their middle class project and this class is very fussy to get value for money
Mr Apaar Singh seems to be from Unitech or a broker who is head over heads in luv with unitech. I[censored]nitech is that good, why only andera bank is giving loan to unitech unihomes. Now people have options near sec -117..too many projects of amrapali, prateek, rg residency, anjara(slightly out of vicinity) ...but we have options now.
Now unitech is luring customer that they will give 8% discount on every installment if they opt for down payment.. these people want to suck the last drop of blood from the common man..too much greed...why unitech now giving allotment letter on stamped paper..why dont they properly tell the date of possession etc

Yes i am from unitech as have booked flat with them once project will be completed all who will stay there address will be unitech unihomes builder will be called as unitech unihomes .First when some one has booked a flat he she should have faith in them that is why peple booked flat there not in any other project this is middleman project and everyone have done enough RND before booking they never comitted any daye for construction and pocession but they have started construction rather putting in dates to console and doing nothing on sight .Andhra bank is nationalise bank and once they have recived all approvals from unitech then they have started disbursing loans before that they were not doing and peple were after them as every one prefer to take loan from nationalise bank only .it is not necessary for being the project to be good only if been approved by many banks big deal ha ha ha ...Now talk about groups been suggested by dear sanju first amarpali till date have not seen any of their finished project all are under construction ...second ajnara till date no finished project all under construction ...are are are are are ...prateek rg residency too small companies to be compared with unitech the brand listed in bse stock exchange have an good shared value have completed many projects and construction is been praised by people living there banks like icic idbi dhfl doetch post bank syndicate sbi hdfc andhra all are giving loan to people booked there sanju ji jara jake one time bank me apply to kijiye reponce will be automatic ...it is easy to talk and write anything you want when peope have no knowledge argu karna hai to dhang se karo moreover we are group of employees who have booked flat there and trust unitech tabhi to paisa lagaya hai and now when have done that to fir to uniteck ke liye koi bakwas nahi sun sakte ...kayoki ham to unitech wale hai bhaiya andar ki baat andar hi karenge sanju agent age badiye ham pade likkhe log hai .
On a lighter note:-) here go some updates that i have
1) Unitech has started sending demand for 4th installment (on commencement of const.) for Phase one, due date is 17 Feb, this may be helpful for some one:-)
2) Phase two will follow this, may be in a month or so at least for D & E block. For block F construction has already started so may be demand would be sent early, don't know:-)

It seems Mr.Apaar is too obsessed with Unitech Project.Mr.Apaar critics are
always good for the betterment of any work.As you said all the projects of
Amarpali, Ajanara, Prateek are still under construction, That is the same case with
Unitech.Your dreamproject Unitech unihomes is still under construction or you can say yet to be started & the track record of this company is not too good in home projects,
You must have seen projects like GIP etc, But the way they handled the residential projects in Gurgaon was really vaery pathetic.People got their possesion after 2 years that with incomplete work & the other project Unitech Grande is yet to be started although it launched one year back.
If you have done enough R&D before buying your dreamhome then you must talk to Unitech Accounts manager Mr.Sinha who purchased his
dream project in Faridabad as he said off the record that he dont know when unitech gives him possesion.That itself show howmuch trust an emplolyee has on its own company.
I did same R & D and invested my money in 3 Cs where I got my allotment letter in stamp paper & all the project is sold out.Most of the
buyers are from corporate world.that itself shows how much trust they have in amarpali.Now, Can you give me similar example about Unitech.

just wanna add one more thing gurgaon project was delayed by 2 years, I mean to say people got their flats with 2 years delay
I agree with Mr.Dinkar, Unitech people are cheating people, I just want to ask Mr.Apaar where is the sample flat ?Even though you have purchased a flat

I agree that Unitech is not handling situation professionally. I got to know about the 4th installment from this forum only and the due date is 17th-Feb. Atleast they should give 1 month of notice time for giving the demand. They can send SMS for getting the entire downpayment but they are not bothered about sending SMS for important announcements.

I was going through your message which was posted by you 10 days back.In that you have written that you have purchased your so called dreamhouse from bricks & mortar.I just want to inform you that this is a one of the fraud company I have ever seen in my life.I am a senior advocate in ghaziabad court and I have purchased a flat in eldeco from this agent & till date they haven't given me my 2% commission which they promised .Now, whenever I calls them they say that the agent through whom I booked the flat is left the job and they cant do anything although it was duly signed by their director.Inspite of my repeated requests they stuck to their stand and now I have registered a case against them.
Mr.Apaar dont be so confident about any group as you have see what happened
to Satyam.I know many cases where bank disbursed the loan and project is not completed after 6 years & my clients are still paying the installments for their so called dreamhome.
I know this is a middle class project but precaution is better than cure.
And Atlast, no match can be won till the last ball is bowled so be careful before making such statements.

Well i can say only one thing that till date Unitech project 117 is going fine as it has got all approvals merely 1500 people have purchased flats there and i can see out of all only few very few i.e people mentioned above have some problem's may be some frustrations which is unanswarable as cribbing is human nature for which there is no cure every person try to prove himself right but my message was infirmation for those who are in unitech not for people booked in Eldeco or 3c .Confidence is very important but it is not blind and was not because after looking at all circumstances hundreds of pepple booked their flats in unitech 117 three four people above is the smartest people in this world but unitech 117 member's should ignore them ...pros and cons will always be there but quantity should be considered over here out of hundreds only 3-4 are disagree which are not even been booked here .
I also purchase flat in Unihome PH-2, I got loan from HDFC.I paid 20 % from my pocket.I think other banks also doing the same thing.You have to first pay 20 % from your pocket then you will loan from banks.
I went to Unitech office two days back to get the permission of loan letter from them.They said their signing authority is not available so come tomorrow, they given me a no.[protected] and asked me call them before coming.Last two days I am trying this number but no one pick phone.Sometime a lady pick phone and says she is not able to conect the phone as no one is available.They are treating their customer so badly...Its very unfortunate.

I was planing to book 2BHK at unihome. Now I am confused after reading all these comments posted here. Please suggest me whether I should go for it or not.
Flat is decent if it is finished in time, unitech has started contrcuction at reasonable pace now. In my view it is a good property if you keep 3-5 years of perspective. I want to sell mine as I am living in UK and finding is very difficult to manage it from here...
I am planning to go and see the construction progress...will post in few days.Btw,[protected] this number is still not accessible.Unitech put RAVI from commercial dept on this phone directly to answer customers...

I think we should continue with payments reason 1 : as most o[censored]s are in CLP plan which is according to construction .
Reason 2 : Unitech constrcution is started and work in progress i stay close in noida and visit site in every 10-15 days till now it is ok .

I would like to know from reliable person, what is the carpet area of 2 BHK (766 sq. feet). What is the status of construction of Phase II.Secondly for obtaining the home loan the unitech is supplying the documents as sought by the nationalized banks and SBI is disbursed loan to any one so far. .
