This is regarding the policy of DMART Safilguda Hyderabad and not the amount.
1. At the customer care I went for exchange of a product but they returned the amount instead, along with deducting Rs 1.00 for every Rs.100.00 and the reason they mentioned is that it is paid through card therefore the company policy is to refund with deductions
2. When I was at the billing counter the employee at the customer care came all the way to the billing section and talked with the cashier there in local language to give him Rs.1.00 as if it had no value. He was continuously saying this and mocking.
Suggestions: Do provide training to employees on how to behave with the customers.

      Total bill amount given to me is 2642 but the actual addition of the prices of product adds up to 2584. I have no idea where does the difference of 58 rupees went. I want a refund for the same

            D Mart - Satelite Ahmedabad did not allow to enter the store though fee customers were covered with handkerchief and stall (dupatta). Can you please explain this? Though the PM and Health Minister has clearly informed we can cover the face with any cotton cloth.

              I had just swiped my card for 3121 Rs through axis bank debit card but not verified the items at that point of time. They have added/charged 499 for the item I have not purchased i .e BATA LDS R, can verify this from CC TV, attaching my bill, pls help me to refund my money back.

                As a Cuatomer i think I am a king of the market, But today I visited to your Kalyan West (Bail Bazar) store wherein few of your employee-Mr Shubham and Suraj Jaiswal was so errogant. I tried to discuss with him somithing but he totally disgree to talk with us.

                I belive that as a enterpreneur you have to listen you customer and have to think about customer satisfaction

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            On 04/11/2021 I visited Dmart store at, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur around 19:00 to 20:00.
                            I purchased Items of Rs. 1460.78 and while doing payment with my paytm account with upi ID [protected]@paytm, I did not get confirmation message due to network issue but payment got successful. UPI transaction ID for the same is[protected].

                            My friend Harshit Jangid carried out payment using his debit card No. [protected] with transaction ID [protected].

                            Can you please look into this as for one bill similar amount deducted twice.

                              Hi I had ordered from Dmart ready for the my household items which was supposed to get delivered between 5p to 7:30pm on Monday 29th Nov. I got a msg at 7 pm on same day that order will be delivered late . I even called customer care at 9pm for the delivery update they said they cannot help as the delivery ll happen by 10pm if not it ll be delivered next day. I requested them that I have taken leave to take the delivery order as no one is at home post that but the customer representative didn't bothered. I got message at 10:15 pm stating my order cannot be delivered. Is this how the treatment given to the customer. They should atleast have courtesy to respond properly.

                                        Sir, Dmart Anantapur Branch staff is non professional. They are arranging some reservation facility to some known customers. Customers who are in Queue are suffering to wait long time and staff is allowing/providing quick billing facility to some customers, by stopping the waiting customers. This is unfair.

                                        If you are providing some reservation for billing, it should be known to customers. Instead, you can arrange some VIP billing counter, to facilitate for staff and other VIP customers.
