Bangalore Devegowda Petrol bunk DMART store - Thugs are employed as managers. They manhandle customers, push and pull them. It is unprofessional behaviour. They are just focussing on increasing sales and everything else is secondary. The staff is rude and do not care. Women and children are unsafe. I can say if this continues, it will make national headlines soon. you may want to check police compliants against dmart stores in bangalore.

We have ordered LAKMÉ PRIMER and we have received a product which is not for sale. It is a Tester product not for sale.

The rules are charged as they feel good, how can a family with kid keep kid outside and go? Yesterday I brought a dress for my daughter from DMART Moshi Pune. The dress not fit to my daughter due to size issue and at that time there was so much rain so I lost my Dmart receipt.

But next day when i went to refund they are arguing that compulsory they want Dmart reciept. I am showing the bank statement in that it is cleary mention the transaction was done on DMART account.

But they refuse to refund amount saying that they want invoice

I had purchased shelled walnuts from your sec 20 panchkula peer mushalla store and that too of your self brand packed packet of 1kg, but while eating, I found deadly insect in it which could have take away my life if I could have not seen them before eating along with those walnuts and still if something goes wrong with me then Dmart is only responsible for that by all means as I being the one who hold family responsibilities.

I had made payment worth RS 2801.50/-
to Dmart on 08/09/2021 but later is claiming that they haven't received any amount as of now. Request you to kindly check, either refund the said amount or lodge complaint to concerned beneficiary bank regarding the same as it's already 3 days. I filled a form in ur store and made payment again with my debit card but I haven't received any call as of now for my money status....

On Thursday, Sept 09, 2021 we shopped at Mulund East Dmart store between 4 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. We paid bill of Rs 4145.74 using credit card. In first two attempts we were told by counter serviceman Lane No 25 (girl) that the attempt of payment was not successful and we needed to enter PIN again. After third attempt we were told that payment was successful.
Bot when we checked for payment status by logging into card portal we noticed that three consecutive successful payment transactions towards Avenue Supermarkets.
Since Sept 09 evening, we have been facing severe mental stress account of poor handling of payments at billing counters. The unnecessary haste by billing counter (No 25) has cost us both mentally and financially.
We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and refund our two additional payments of Rs. 4145.74 at the earliest.

I made a purchase of 5000 and tried gpay mode of payment. However staff mentioned that the servers were down and hence the payment would not be processed. Hence, we made a cash payment. Later, the initial gpay payment was also deducted from my account! I have paid 10000 instead of 5000! Please arrange for my refund!

I haven't take any kurti pants but he has billed me with extra 399...

With reference to above subject, there is no Home Delivery at Chikloli Outlet Badlapur east, creating unnecessary trouble to customer.

I don't understand why is it like that with so many staff.

It's high time that you think about this one.
Also do focus on crowd management in the times of Covid, which should be monitored. No sanitization is followed, no distancing. Please work on your quality of service.
