damaged production (thermosteel flask 500ml)

Hello all,

We had purchased thermosteel flask 500 ml from d-mart store located at ranip ahmedabad. We paid rs 299/- for that production.

When we have used that production first time we found that it is damaged the product. Top cover of the flask has just opened up with use of just 15-20 days. And also we use the flask to keep the tea it gets cold within 1 hour while the d-mart product has marketed that it will...

D-mart sanpada. Worst place to buy clothes. I went with my mother to buy a shirt. I picked one and went for trials. Lady said you can’t try this you have to pick one from shirts which are reserved for trial. I told her that i know the rules there is only 6 shirt which are reserved for trials and i don’t find any one belongs to this brand please arrange one with same brand and size. On that she started arguing that it doesn’t work like that try one of them with your size with different brand. I told her every brands fitting is different from each other. There are many types slim fit, regular fit and many more in size 40 only how can you asked customer to use only 5 shirts with chip brands for trial and deside for the one he picked. Staff was very arrogant and definitely we are not going visit d-mart again.

Unnecessary they have been tag our bag it really making no sense and just maki g customer a victim

    तुमच्या संपुर्ण मुबंईतील डिमार्ट स्टोअरमध्ये मराठी भाषा जाणिवपुर्व वगळली जात आहे तुमच्या ठाकुरगाव, कांदिवली पुर्व येथील मी नियमीत ग्राहक आहे, तुमच्या स्टोअरमध्ये मराठीत उद्घोषणा देण्याबाबत उत्पादनाची माहिती मराठीत देण्याबाबत मीतीन वेळा तक्रारही केली तुमच्या स्टोअर मॅनेजरने त्यावेळी हो सांगितले परंतू कृती काहीच केली नाही. सदर प्रकार राजभाषा अधिनियमाचे उल्लंघन केले जात आहे. आपण सुचना देतो, जर आपण यात त्वरित योग्यती कारवाई न केल्या मला, राज्य शासनाच्या संबंधित विभागात तक्रार वर्ग करावी लागेल हि नोंद घ्यावी . All over MUMBAI In Stores are don't provide services in State language MARATHI, Your Thakur Village, Kandivali (E), store, I personally complain three times to Store Manager about this matter, But they are ignoring.

      I bought a pack of eastern pani puri masala, at only 10 % discount when it is clearly written in the rack that all variants of eastern masala are given at 30 % discount. They should take care in labelling the offers and also pricing them at the time of billing. I think this is negligence by the dmart management, as they often fail to update the offers properly and manage the store.

        Today on 9/11/2017 around 3.30 to 5.00 pm happened an incident, where my mother in law has brought some groceries form d-mart store and billing is done correctly and she proceed to exit counter. Then there she found some extra products in her baggage and she said that its not hers and she is willing to leave it there. But the dmart manager had shouted on her and called her she is a thief and she should be punished and wants to lodge a compliant to police and uses some abusive by language in front of all the people.in which she went to shock freezed to say anything and phoned me... Its a big plus that am a police so that i managed to avoid any further torment she is undergone... And when i entered there the manager talks doesn't seem to have much talkative and talks some illogical theories of theft and denied to show cc footage to me or any police man there. And the more problem there was that she doesn't seems to recover from that scene at once... Please be guideful for my futhur procedure of lodging complaint precisely... Thanking you, we want the justice for what happened to as it is.

          I recently bought a pack of paperboat aamras 500ml, which is priced at 50 % of it's mrp. Those packs in the store did not have screw caps, they just have a silver layer like one of those 200 ml packs through which you insert a straw, with some dried gum around it. Later, when i was checking about that pack on the internet, i found that these 500 ml packs actually have screw caps on them and then i started to doubt if the dmart management is actually selling us packs that may not accepted by other vendors.

                    I had purchase some items on 27.08.2017. At billing counter i requested them to update my gst no. So that i can get credit of same in gst returns as the items is for use in my office. They refuse to update the same and said that they dont have any systems o[censored]pdating gst no. Of customers. This way customer is lossing on itc of gst. Please clarify the same. By not geting the gst credit the customer has to pay tax on tax - cascading effect.

                      Your security gaurds at surat branch are very stange, they even know how to communicate with customers, one of the main branch in surat in pandesara krushna kumar singh named person argued with me regarding entry time at the 9:55 please i was standing outside & he closed the doors saying not entry on 10 i showed time even tough he is not giving proper responce & very wrost experiance at d mart not going to visiting any day even tought i have visited there more then 100 times but not now, shame d mart please produce some customers freindlyness

                        Jira sal rice which is selling at d mart mota varacha branch they won't sell 25 kg packaet bcz they will get less profit and selling last year stock price was 875 per 25 kg at rs. 38.50 * 25 kg = 950.

                        They stop selling 25 kg package just because reason is gst. So they sell fortune oil 15 ltr which amount is equal to that. As d mart staff said you can buy in 5 kg package which is equal to 5 total package. So you cant buy that 25 kg as they sell before. What is this # harrasment public faced.

                          Today i purchase some material from dmart thane kothari compound.
                          I purchase some biscuits and juice, when i come to billing counter and half billing done then one staff at billing stop billing and cancle billing.
                          When i asked to staff that why you stop billing she called her supervisor.
                          The lady supervisor come to that counter and i ask her for same then she dont allow to take material out bcoz of some more.
                          When i ask her that why you dont allow me to take out she told its our rule, when i ask her where is in writting then she started searching the.
                          After 10 mints i ask her to show me where is in writting then she call mr. Sunil yadav and he has also dont alow to take out material and started argument with me and dont given me proper explaination.
                          I was waiting there at billing counter more than one.

                            I had done a shopping for rs. 600 from dmart, near kartar road in pune on 13.08.2017. Firstly the transaction failed but my amount got deducted. Then i had to pay again. I haven't received the amount yet in my bank account and it's been 9 days.
                            I do not have the bill with me though, as i was told that money would be back in my account few hours i had trust in d mart, but it's been quite long and i am. Wondering wheather this is a trick played by d mart on it's customers.
                            Kindly get back to me as this is not how your business should be dealing.

                              I had done the shopping on 16/07/17 from d-mart, kompally, hyderabad vide bill no:08-0125 at 07.35pm. The bill amount was rs.403/-. I did the payment through my debit card but the transaction failed and the cashier swiped the card again. But rs.403/- was already deducted from my account for the first swipe. On enquiring with the cashier, i was told that it will be credited in my account within 48 hrs. But now nearly 24 days has past but still there is no refund of the amount. I had lodged the complaint on the d mart site also and my compliant id is d-c/tel/hyd/kom-27812. But there is no reply from there either.
                              Please reply what is the status of my payment?

                                Bill no_ 17-0138 dated 27-7-17. Complaint given on 2ndaug but no reply dear sir, my compaint regarding excess gst charged on following items, 1 santoor shop charged 28% insteade of 18% '"' 2 wim bar 28 % instead 18% 3 wheel bar 28% instead_of 18% all above items are fmcg and not laxary items, it should charge 18 or less than 18%.                                   Exploiting customers: i have bought a bagrrys fruit $ fiber muslie, which was and still is listed 375 but they charged 425. I called customer service to look into it, they took my number and said "they would call me in few minutes". After 1 hour wait, i called them to check the status some other person answers and said the same thing, took number and they would call. But no call since 2 days. Any way i called in again after 2 days, told them the whole process but that person was so harsh and said we have so many other things to do, so just bring product and receipt to check. I was very annoyed deciced to raise the issue. It is not about money but we all pay a lot to get good service and quality products but not to get # from your company. I would have to think about going back to dmart, suggest others to choose other source.

                                    They charg excess gst on following items
                                    Santoor shop 28%

                                    Vim bar 28%

                                    Wheel washing powder 28%
                                    Above items are not luxury items theses are fmg items should be charge12%
                                    I ttalk with there manager but not

                                      One of my friend had visited your shop to buy some things.

                                      Though many of the things which he bought had mrp xxx (Inclusive of all taxes) written on the labels, still he was charged gst over and top of the mrp price.

                                      Is it right to charge him gst, are you not guilty of cheating and defrauding your customers.

                                      This is just one case, there must be lakhs of customers who have bought stuff from you over the period of 1 month.

                                      Please let me know the real picture.
