To whomsoever it may concern

I have visited Dmart, Ghansoli on 12 Feb 2016 evening around 7:30 PM and my bill came was of Rs. 2654.23 out of which i see i have been charged Haldi Mini S twice while i have only bought one. I revisited the outlet on 13 Feb 2016 to get the refund for the same for which they kept me waiting for 30 - 40 mins saying they are checking the CCTV cam. At last they say the video is not clear and we wont be able to refund to right now. They asked to come back later. The amount is just Rs 35. They wasted my time and travelling cost etc.. and again they want me to visit so again i have spend money to reach and also spend my time on Rs 35.
It the mistake of the lady at the counter for which why should i suffer.

      It has been 2 years i have been purchasing groceries through Food card Prepared.Today when i went to shop and i have Purchased for Rs3000.00 and i have given my Prepaid Food Card. The Counter Lady Rejected my card stating she needs PIN for that. When we can call to HDFC Customer Care they told there is no PIN for that as it is Prepaid card. When i told the same things to Supervisor he has behaving very rude to me. He told no we will accept this card and he asking me to show the bills for 2 years which i have purchased. In Front of everyone he humiliated me he said go and speak with anyone i dont care.

      This is kind of Behaviour serious not acceptable from Store Supervisor. Kindly take action on this.

        I had gone to DMart Malakpet on 27th January 2016 and bought 6 bottles of Vijaya Flavoured Milk. I was charged 2 different rates for the product having the same batch no 126 and date of manufacture which is 10/1/16. I was charged Rupees 18.80/- for 1 bottle and Rupees 20/- for the remaining 5 bottles. When I complained to the management that I should be charged the discounted price of Rs. 18.80/- for the other remaining 5 bottles as you cant...

          While shopping along with my family at Electronic city D-Mart, we forgot to swipe for billing the footwear of my daughter, as she was wearing it. Once we come out of billing chamber, they shouted on us like anything, instead of saying sorry for missing it, the managers were telling, it is done purposely. Any missing incidence is also to be reported to police. While purchasing in outside markets, 'n' no. of things, sometimes shop keepers (specially for vegetables) will also give us one less or more thing. Most of the time, we reclaim this things from them, when we next/same back visit. In the same D-Mart principle we do means, we have to call for police against the shop keeper for its human mistake. It shows the illiteracy of the people, who is doing so. It brings their own brand down, not customers. Customer is always a king and he doesn't beg for Rs. 50 or 100 things like this. Also, it is true that, they have to ensure that no product to be come out without billing. But in case of some missing, they should learn to properly communicate/co-ordinate with customers. Giving long lectures and telling you done purposely after realization also, will doesn’t makes feel good. In ration shops, also this type of worst communication will not happen. They are giving the things at very low prices doesn't means that, they should treat the customers also, with very low value.

          Talked properly to have the future good relations. Not to nail much on this kind of rare incidents. They mentioned for the good customer co-ordinations and we as customers ensuring their process is also happening properly without impacting any thing.

              Hi I have Bajaj iron, which I bought from d mart on 05/05/2014. It's under warranty. Today when I came to store, one of your executive said pls come between 10 am to 9 pm. Other wise we can not take it. Let me know when store is opend then there is no use to sing this song that come on time. And he said u can call to Bajaj Customer Care. I m working people. Its not possible to come at your time. Let me know which kind of servicing you r delevring? When we are regular customer. Pls let me know Hoping u people will rply

                I brought a VIP- sky bag at D-Mart Hinjewadi branch a year ago, it has 3 years of international warranty. When I went into service center I got to know that warranty card has not stamped and signed by D-Mart. D-Mart should take care of this, before selling their product. One more thing when I went for stamp in Chinchwad branch, they said it was brought from Hinjewadi so must go there. The question is, Is D-Mart not properly centered so that one can go any where in INDIA for service? This is really frustrating service for D-Mart

                  I made a transaction of 516.70 rs on 15 aug 2015 by debit card but the machine at the counter not generated any slip but i got the deduction message from my bank though the counter boy and the cash manager (Named "raj") fource me to do the another transaction by saying that amount will be refunded within hour if not then call your bank and raise a complaint, i go through the process call bank email them as per their process and after 5 days (On 22 aug) i got mail from my bank that both the payments are successfully made to dmart account. That means dmart receives the double payment, between this period dmart account section got the payment twice in their account by the didn't call or try to contact. I went to dmart on 22 aug and enquire for the same and give a written compaint to dmart office also. But i got no reply and no cash back in my account up to 9-10 sept, i again go to dmart and talk to branch store manages (Named mr. Siddique). He told me that he will personally take a look in it but again on 22 sept i got call from dmart account department (Person named "raju") saying that they made the transaction on 11 sept and told me to again contact to my bank and ask for the transaction and he didn't give me any transaction no, is it possible that anyone made transaction on 11 sept and since 22 sept it will not get credited to customer account?

                  Today i had a very bad experince at ramanthapur D-Mart hyd store .
                  i went for shopping when i took the shaving blades packet something leaked from that packed & felldown on my costly shirt ₹2, 300/- . same i complaint to store manager Mr.Durga Prasad but he spoke to me very lightly manner did'nt take any action when i ask him to help me out in this regard . i am middle class family person that shirt i purchased two days ago, For your reference see the pic of shirt color changed .


                  note: i am expecting D-Mart to replace my shirt or pay me ₹2, 300/- on urgent basis. One request please train store manager in such away that he should understand the pain of customers.

                    Security department treated us as thief. They did not checked others like they checked us.

                    We were at d-mart - seawoods, from around 7 pm to 10:30 pm after completing our payment at the exit door three people came and checked us, but they did not checked other like they did to us.

                    They asked me and my brother take all things from our pockets and checked us, but they were not doing this to everyone.

                    Then they took my mom to ladies section and check her, but they were not doing this to everyone.

                    When we asked them about this they said it is a random checked, they responded us so rudely.

                    They found nothing from us, then to they didn't asked sorry. We felt so bad literally it was like they insulted us in publicly.

                    Kindly take action on this.

                      On 31st august at around 9:40 i purchased articles from bommasandra store, bangalore worth rupees 648.90 i offered my debit card for swipe.Twice the card was swiped by the billing person incharge and twice the same was told as declined. But the amount got debited twice from my union bank account no 3011xxxxxxxx515 but they told we did not receive any and the same will be auto refunded in 3 days and at the end i had go to an atm get cash and do the billing again cin : u51900mh2000plc126473; c.M.                         I had purchased a big pack of tulip ear buds from dmart versova on 15 th august.
                        The problem is one side of the cotton comes out from the stick and this is not with one bud but everytime we use we land up into the same problem. Once even it got stuck in my childs ear and had to visit an ent surgeon to remove it
                        Though the other side is intact and never comes out.
                        I request u to pl place my complain to the concern party.

                              Dear sir, I went to D Mart lb nagar Hyderabad on 21june evening 8:30 my card was swiped 1st time and they said transaction failled so I gave my card 2nd time he said it was sucessfull but the amount got debited from my account 2times when I asked him he replied stating sue to network problem amount got debitted 2times it will be credited back to your account after 2days. I called to my bank to confirm the same they replied me stating it was credited sucessfull to marchant account, again I called back to D Mart they said they will check and get back but they not replied I called next day to confirm there was no reply . I told that guy clearly that I'll complaint on this to *RBI they replied me stating it was credited in there account they will credit back after 2days but till now the amount is not credited and there was no responce pls help me Regard Chetan [protected].

                                I have done shopping from D mart makarpura dated 26/6/2015. Shopping included gents garments also I.e. 2 trousers n 2 shirts. At store in garment section notice was highlighted about shirt packing not to be removed for size checking. During billing on cash counter I have enquired about exchange policy for garments and cashier explained me that it can be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase if any issue with size or quality. It was observed at home that one shift is under sized and hence I went to store for replacement on 29/6/2015. At customer service desk I was told that goods once sold will be returned only can't be exchanged. And during return process 2% amount will be deducted if bill payment was done from card. I asked the person that I am notIinterested to return at all but I want exchange. he rudely said that exchange can not be possible. I further asked him to present the cashier who has explained me exchange policy but surprisingly the guy has not called that cashier at all n rudely said that she is on leave. Hence I further asked that guy to give me complain book and I qas writing my complain. In between he was telling me " sir 8 rs hi to kam mil rahe hai uske liye kya problem hai!!!" This is the reply what I got from so called super store chain!!! further I left my shift at their desk without taking single rupee and told them keep it with you I even don't bother about remaining 98% amount. Still those stiff minded people had not changed and kept my shirt without paying me single rupee...please find attached my complaint also...be aware while shopping from so called super store. ... D mart is more then cheater

                                  I have purchased a product on may 31, 2015 and bill amount was 1010. I gave them 1100 but they refused to give 90 rupees change instead of that they order(not requested) me to purchase a product worth 90 rupees. When I don't accept that they started shouting at me. Those are doing a business with a change also. Even though they have a change with them. I complaint the manager also but they are least bother about it. They do this for every customer. They behave very rudely. Please take necessary action

                                    Hi All, Few days i been to D-Mart center in hyderabad. As i was regular customer of D-mart pune. I was feeling thirsty thought of drink of cold drink or water. But they people at were so in human that they didn't allow me to drink for 20-25 minutes unless and until all there stupid formalities were done like billing and putting a stamp at out gate than also they allow me to drink they make me walk all the outside, As they don't an opener they made me to wait for another 20 minutes. This is totally hopeless rules & even you don't find these kind of behaviour in govt office's also. Thanks & Regards., Jaya

                                    My complaints is not yet resolved. Even my friends the concern official who is the in charge of the department. They remain silent. Even he gave his visiting card to get a call back. But till date we didn't receive any call back.
