Tulip earbuds

Hello
I had purchased a big pack of tulip ear buds from dmart versova on 15 th august.
The problem is one side of the cotton comes out from the stick and this is not with one bud but everytime we use we land up into the same problem. Once even it got stuck in my childs ear and had to visit an ent surgeon to remove it

Refuse to exchange shirt due to improper size

Never give change to customer

And that's what such stores are for. To buy in bulk for the home. It includes items like soaps, cosmetics, etc. Being in a big family, we require around 6-7 packs of Medimix soaps and around 3-4 bottles of cosmetics cream.
