My GST NO NOT RECORDED on my bill even specifically requested

I have purchased certain items for my office use from D-mart, Mulund West, Mulund Goregaon Link Road on 02nd July 2017 vide Invoice No.34-0086.
As the GST was to be levied, I had requested the Cash counter (No.AP-34) to add my GST no in the bill. She didn't understood so rightly called Supervisor, who said NO such system is there. My complaint is unless D-mart (or any seller) records my GST, how can I get the credit for GST included...

Complain is about GST charged 18% on bill which are MRP goods and it should not been charged as MRP inclusive of taxes but still charged 18%.if the goods are charged at 18% it means it gets costlier than goods which are sold by normal retailer then why should one buy from Dmart
I update my account number in pf kyc .but not approved by pf ofc and dmart

    I purchased a toy tofay at 8.30 pm which was opened immediately after go to home, but it has one wheel damaged i.e. the wheel broken, immediately I reported the same to d.mart Tirupati air by pass road but they said rudely as u have to all be verified before purchasing, how we verify they don't allow to open the toy cover to check before buy in the mart then how we check, I lost Rs.150/-

      I made purchase at d mart satara road branch on 27.05.2017 against visa debit card no. [protected] of dena bank valid from 01/16 to 01/21
      For rs.1890.36. On swiping the card there was error and slip showed that txn failed sale declined. However my account was debited twice by rs.1890.36
      Therefore i made complaint to dena bank. They have informed that there is no credit pending. I therefore i request d mart to check their bank account and check that whether there is double credit on 27.05.2017. If so arrange to refund an amt. Of rs.1890.36 for failed transaction.

        In past gopal namkeen locally manufactured was available in the crystal mall stores rajkot. Since last 2 months it is not available and other products are added which is costlier than gopal. Complained to stores manager but nothing is done. I asked for higher authorities name but stores manager replied ther is no one above me. I have come across in foram also stores mangaer is everything nobody above him. Really strange management governance. I have not come across such type of management.

          Hello mr bini john. Heard your the manager head of ramurthinagar dmart store. I am really very unhappy n disappointed by the service the store people are providing. Should dmart grow or you want to shut down by having these kind of people? Today while shopping we wanted to buy peanuts. To check the quality i took 4 peanuts n started to eat, the lady in the billing place told we are not suppose to eat. I told k i stood. I had 2 in hand it...

          Hi,

          Most of the delicate and perishable products are not handled with proper care leading to most of the items being crushed/crumbled/broken/not fit for consumption and leaves a bad experience as a consumer. I stay next to d-mart and have seen how the handlers throw around the boxes containing the products every day. Most of the biscuits, packet of chips or other such edibles have been crushed entirely or from a particular and hence we as customers have to constantly check which one is least damaged and can be purchased. Would request you to sensitise all the employees that the products should be handled with care and not thrown around as if it were garbage.

            My bill cm no 08-0253 dt 07.06.17 rs.6475.33 at satara road pune was paid through debit card. At first boi card showed error on the billing counter, so i gave sbi card for bill payment. But the bill amt was deducted from both the cards. I have rcd such msgs from both the banks. So pl arrange to refund excess amt paid to you and inform me accordingly.

              Hi I am Panchamgam Sreedhar. On 27th may'2017 I had made purchase at D Mart kompally worth INR 990.00. I made the payment using Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card which was debited from my account. But as per the staff due to server failure the receipt came in as Transaction reversal. I was made to pay again using another debit card which I did. I was assured that amount will be credited back to my account which did not happen yet. I called kompally branch to register my complaint but it's been two days and I am yet to receive any mail confirmation regarding my complaint. I was told that they have quota system for generating complaints to bank for fund reversal in daily basis. This makes me think D MART transaction reversal often happens to the extent that they have come up with daily quota system.

                Hi;i am complaining about karad branch on[protected] at 03:01 p. M one of the staff was asking [throught using his body langauge]about my moblie number when i notice that this same man was following me first also that time i had neglect him but this time it was very bad experienced to face this kind of stiuation from the same man i had complaint to manager but he had not fill up the complete form and even he didnot show cctv footage
                We are the customer we trust on brand[d-marth] and it's policiy but it was really feeling bad to share this kind of feedback which took place your [d-marth]base
                I hope you understand my concern
                Hoping for right step should take in case of female matter

                  I Mitesh suthar working at collector office vadodara and very old customer of ​D Mart, Before few days ago i have visited ​ AKOTa D Mart, vadodara space you people occupied to too large and more than enough but I fac​ed issue that on luggage counter your people don​'​t allow to keep Helmet so need to carry with Mall this is like one punishment to customer

                  why you people doing like this?

                  if you people can put bag then what is problem with helmet?

                  ​As you are aware that your mostly 80% customer coming for shopping with Two wheeler and one more thing you people aware about that sunday having full rush of traffic if customer having four wheeler, he/she like to use two wheeler instead of Four wheeler and now a days you people are aware that helmet is essential for safety purpose

                    At bapunar dmart I want to pay for single item at under 10items purchase counter but only board is available cash counter for less than 10 but all people pay all have more than 10items. I am raise complain to manager but he is not given satisfied answer and told me it is our policy. More people here so I will not give you service. Ur third grade service I don't like.that about wrong board and wrong service.

                      We have been purchasing goods from DMART for almost a decade now over different parts across Mumbai. And have had satisfactory experiences most of the time.

                      As always even this time we purchased a few goods from your store at Viva Township Nalasopara-East, Thane Mumbai on 19/03/2017. Have attached the copy of the cash memo for reference.

                      This time for a bitter surprise the Minute Maid apple juice that we purchased had a muddy residue / fungal growth in the tetra pack. The pack is neither expired nor puffed or leaked.

                      My father suffers from cardiovascular dieseases and has been advised to have apple juice, Hence mostly carries this pack in his bag along and drinks the juice directly from the pack without pouring it into a glass. When he found the taste odd he poured it in a glass and noticed the muddy residue.

                      It is very unfortunate that a trusted brand like COCA COLA is so irresponsible with the quality of their product and DMART on the other hand keeping such products at their store. This is not only a threat to the consumers health but also to the brand like DMART.

                      I would highly recommend the concerned authorities in charge to look into this matter and get back to us as to who is to be blamed in case of any hazard caused to my family by consuming this product.

                        This is mahesh from bhuj complaint about mr. Jaydeep at bhuj kutch gujarat d mart.
                        Date : 7th aril time 8.10.
                        He misbehave with my wife and doubt on 1 item which we carry for replacement.
                        Very rude behavior and we were upset.
                        Mr. Shailendra, the manager was very respectful but that counter fellow mr. Jaydeep was very rude and he was suspected us.

                          Yesterday I went to D-Mart with my wife, but I was force to stop in entrance. The reason was I had a bag and one hand bag. They refused to take hand bag at security center. I am going there from last 4 years, but they never refused to take the hand bag. So, why this time? The manager said that this is the rule because things can be misplaced. But it can be misplaced from the bag too and I never saw this rule from last 4 years. They make their own rules. I am seriously very disappointed and furious. I had to purchase some necessity things, but due to these foolish rules i could not enter in D-Mart. Please resolve it, so customer couldn't face these problems.

                          Date of Incedent :- 25 April 2017.

                          The interaction with the D Mart staff today is the worst thing I had ever experienced. After completing my shopping and paying the bill when I bring trolley outside the gate of Bhopal D Mart ( Hoshangabad Road), the D Mart officer shouted on me to not ride the trolley 5 meters away from the gate to my car... He starts pushing me, when I asked him to call his boss, then Mr Kalichand Sharma (boss) came with two three guards and start misbehaving...all 6-7 people started to fight ... make me feel really unsafe... then I ask the return counter to return everything of what I shop ... The return officer ask one guard to help me to put the stuff into my car... very unprofessional, unethical and bully way used by the staff... wish to seek an apology from DMart official for this worst shopping experience.

                            Dear Sir/Madam

                            I am Avinash Pandey; I bought a Bajaj electric induction on date 25.03.17 from D Mart Aundh Pune. And on the same day, my brother also bought the same product, so now the issue is I have two same product which is of no use to me. So I went to D Mart Aundh Pune to return the product as per D Mart policy, but the concerned person refused to do so. Also, i requested that don't give me a refund I will buy other products from the store again he refused for that. The reason he gave me was we have filled the warranty card, so the product can't get replaced and returned. However, one more serious mistake by him the date mentioned on the guarantee card is 25.3.16, but the dated bill is 25.3.17.

                            Then i called the customer care of dmart explaining the same on the no [protected] they said yes we will take it back and you will get the refund.

                            Then again i went to d mart with product but they refused and said call us tomorrow. now when i am calling them mailing then they are giving no response. neither they are telling it will be refunded or not nothing. not a single explanation on the issue. even the customer care is not picking the call. please help. for proof i am attaching the bills and call record copy.

                            My amount is debited two times..in last Month[protected]. Only one amount is refunded other amount is not refunded..I am continuously try to communicate D mart people there is no proper response
                            Please solve this issue.
                            Issue sorted out. Today visited the Dmart accounts department and ensured that the duplicate amount is with the bank. Talked to the bank people, and got the refund.

                              When we try to contact Dmart customer care, no proper response .

                                The web page provided by the company for lodging complaints is not working and this web page is eye wash to the people.

                                Free items noted on packing is not delivering by the staff while purchasing at the Kakinada stores. That there is a laps in administration.
                                Details of grievances authority is not made available with their web.The company authorities should display grievances authority address and phone number for effective services.

                                  My kid had choclate in hand after billing and exit gate staff stopped. I gave my bill to check and said not there and words used abused me and my kid of 5 yrs. When i checked bill its there.when question also no polite response.. not even apology... bcoz of them iam forced to slap her... felt very painful... findng no mistake from our side and bcoz of these cheap staff... my little one had bad effect or exp.. i thought of to return all.. and come back. So disrespect.. towards customer... though no response... and no help in finding req things... we r compromising... but this one... unable to forget the pain.. of my little one...i went to sanathnagar.. dmart in hyderabad on 8th march .. this happened around 6.45 pm.. i am giving all these details.. to point the staff in exit gate... using footages..

                                    I had a very bad experience today with the changing rooms for the ladies, the room manager let me in a room with a bad door and inspite of telling her she paid no attention, while I was changing I had a man open the door because of this, clearly she was not on her position during her duty.

                                    At least fix the doors of the changing room if you're employees can't perform their duty well. I request you to take not of this, because it's really stupid. And men shouldn't be allowed near women's changing room, please don't take it easy. This happened today between 8 to 8:30pm on the 1 at floor at the malady dmart date: 4 the march 2017
