I had paid my shopping bill on 14.2.17 at 17:16:23 pm of rs. 968.20 and 17:14:13pm 968.20 two time amount is deducted from my bank account but i am already paid amount in cash. please refund my funds and please call me this number [protected]

    I was in a hurry and I think I paid excess 2000 as my bill was of 3560 and I gave the cashier 3 notes of 2000 each. So I did register a complain about the matter on 26/02/2017 and they said I will get a reply in 2 days. So I called them on 28/02/2017 and they replied that it's not showing properly and that they have not received any excess cash on that day. So i asked them the employee might have put it in his pocket without showing in the system, to that they answer was that can never happen and finally I asked that I want to check the footage and manager said we can't allow that. So how a customer oriented company cannot clear it's consumer doubts.

      Sir,
      I bought 2 half pants for my 3 month child but in invoice I was charged for 3 half pants.i was unaware about this thing untill I checked after reaching home as I purchased 22 items.very next day morning I approached to customer care at d mart at adajan surat. Your representative noted my query & told that they will know me upto today evening after two days they haven't replied me. When I called them they told that no any complaint registered on your name. How many times should I approached to them for my own money? No any satisfactory answered given. Memo detail cm no 06-0137 dtd 24th jan 17 time 07:15 PM . cashier:JC /06.kindly help or I have to approach towards customer complaint authority for this cheating.

        Mosquito bat

        I have recently bought a Chinese made Mosquitto Bat from D Mart, Koparkhairane show room. Brought home n kept it for charging 8 hours n realised that the bat doesn't kill the mosquitoes in spite of fully charged. Then I went to return the product. Unfortunately I have lost the bill but the product has D Mart sticker on it. But they refused to accept n return the money came r exchange the bat. As a customer I have lost RS.199/- and cheated...

        This branch in beeramguda has supplied multiple damaged pieces. They behave very rude to the customers too. Never respond to them in the right way. I have purchased 65 Go Aqua water bottles with selling price 79 per bottle. They were neatly packed in the carton. After reaching home to my surprise I found 18 of them in bad state. I have been calling them the next day and they started telling all nonsense...

        I know the D mart staff at Hinjewadi are rude behaving. Shopping in D mart and asking for help from the staff makes me feel like some low class shopping complex. I bought a coffee mug costing Rs. 79. And wanted it for a gift wrap. however the staff sitting for gift wrap counter. Were foul spoken. And made fun of wrapping a Rs.79 coffee mug.
        The standards of D Mart are seriously falling. Due to which I have no future intention to make purchase from this store. Not happy with ther treatment.

          My dad has gone to nanded city D mart and swipped the card and cash has not been received by him giving BS reasons that card already swipped.
          Please help us as they are unaware of the latest technology .

          request you to please hand over the cash to old citizens . Why do you make full to senior citizens . Logging the complaint doent means you have the authority to do any thing.

            This complain is regarding very shameful behaviour of so called D Mart Manager and baggage counter person. After billing and exiting from D Mart, I just reminded that I forgot to buy few things. So again I need to enter in D Mart but those arrogant peoples neither let me submit my baggage at baggage counter because it contains d mart items itself nor they were allowing me to enter me again with already purchased items. I requested so many times that let me enter and seal my packet or just seal n keep at baggage counter but nothing accepted. I was with 8 month baby in one hand and d mart items bag in other. They were explaining their useless and totally illogical policies . Atleast I have to return like that only.
            Now I just want to know that who made this useless policy that once we shopped from D Mart, so we can't enter again! Who gave them right to exploit customers in such a inhuman way! Is it possible for a lady with a 8 month baby to keep all purchased items at home and then come back again! Totally shamefull and unexpected behaviour.

              Today 6th December 2016, visited Dmart Dombivali east, I am seeing that the staff behavior in dmart is disrespectful (especially of ladies) I have seen several times when they pass sarcastical remarks or stare even the customers are seen almost pushing others even when there is no rush, nobody seems to supervise this.
              Will be highly obliged if the staff and customers as well are supervised.

                My Name is Pratik on 12/11/2026 I had purchased a trouser from D Mart Hadapsar Pune. which I found damaged bt due to sudden sickness i was unable to visit the store and on 3/12/2106 I approached the store raising my concern with the Staff but they refused to exchange or return saying we have a policy of seven days only. don't they have exceptions to such policies which are meant for customer exploitation.
                I request you all to Suggest d mart stop selling cheap products and focus on customer relationship.

                  Hi, last sunday (20/11/16) i went to dmart which located in near jayanagar 4th block. I bought few things in that actually i want to buy dove shampoo. But i took dove hair conditioner, in hurry i didn't see it properly and store was full of crowd. After i came to home i got to know that it is conditioner not a shampoo, and today (24/11/16) i went to store they were not taking it back. And here i have to mention one thing in the store didn't even display cosmetics are not returned or exchange. Store employee said very rudely and i said that i didn't even open for me its waste, at least if you return it some other customers will use its not loss to anyone. And for the store guy said its a silly issue and i asked about manger he said today he is on leave, like this issues we were not take it serious he said. My side mistake is not there because if cosmetics are not returned okay fine after billing only we got to know because its backside of the bill. How does it mean tell me. The worst employee are there in dmart only dnt know how to speak with customers all are very rude dnt know how to maintain dressing and dignity all are like, dnt want to tell that word also but i am expecting call from your side.

                    Biscuits sold by dmart like Unibic, krackjack, Britannia nutri choice. I have found insects in all the packets, I do have proof for the same and after complaining and requesting to ask the people to stop the buying, the manager says that has they did not receive any complaints by others they wouldn't be able to take any action.
                    It's my humble request please stop the sale or kids around will have some or the other stomach problems

                      I was going for shopping in d_mart hinjewadi pune, after taking all the goods, i was gone for the payment the mode of payment by me was epayment, at the time of payment, the cashier give me the sleep, bt i got the information that the deduction was made twice time, i called up the manager immediately. inspite of seeing the mischarge they said it happens, and they demanding me the banks details about transaction,

                        D Mart is big venture like Big Bazar, More, Food Bazar. Recently I returned an item which I had bought using credit card. To my surprise, they had deducted 2% as it was card charges. But the return amount slip that I signed had the actual return amount and not the deducted price. They maintain a separate register (manual entry) which record the deducted amount.
                        My complaint is D Mart is not way too small shop to deduct 2% card charges. Secondly they must upgrade their system to reflect the deducted price on the return slip. And also the staff must inform the customers while buying products using card that they will be charged 2% fee in case they return products.

                          I visited my nearest d mart store at panel navi Mumbai. I purchased seven items. Went for billing at the last counter. She refused to bill first saying that it is a counter of billing for up to 10 items when I counted the items and showed that it is less than 10 she billed it but argued me. It is to remind you that the counters were empty. I called the manager on duty. On that an employee namely mr. Sandeep sharma came to me and he said that he is the senior most employee of the mart . When I asked that why would you not bill a customer if his goods for billing is 12 to 14 in quantity and the billing of 10 or less article is empty while the other counters are empty. On saying so mr. Sharma shouted and repeatedly said that every thing is written on the display bord and it is the rule of the company. First I wish to know in the reply mail of yours at my email [protected]@yahoo.com whether you or your organisation are meant for consumer and his help or you have ordered your employees to harass the customers. If harassing is your motto no problem but if it is a consumer friendly organisation and you wish to be on the good book of consumers these behavior must be improved. Because there is no scarcity of super markets in the city. Hope u understand it better.
                          One thing is worth to mention that my last complaint regarding barcodes is still pending and has not been sorted out yet by the same store. Because I am a frequent visitor at the same store I am doing this complaint. Plz take care.

                            The powder is half 400gram bottle only 200 gram of the powder is in it I am shocked the bottle to see half it is still sealed.i want it replaced as soon as possible I didn't had this expectations from dmart such a big bottle and only half of the powder is filled this is how u cheat peolpe.hence forth we won't buy any stuffs from dmart customer service is also very low in dmart and then you people cheat customers in this way very bad I am too much disappointed with ur service.

                              I am a regular customer of d’mart, mulund. They have express checkout counter where the quantity is limited to 10. They have differenciated between quantity and items.
                              And the express check out says upto 10 quantity. If you buy 11 numbers
                              Of one item you are disqualified to use this checkout.
                              But alas! It does not happen. The cashiers apply their own rules as also the team managers, supervisors, managers etc.
                              I like to take advantage of the express check out, so i limit my purchases to 10 or less.

                              Today i bought some goods from their mulund store as under:

                              C m no. 03-0196 date 23/09/2016 time:03:56 pm

                              Both the two customers before me were having more
                              Than 10 quantity, so i told the cashier not to entertain
                              Customers with more than 10 quantity. The first one was
                              With his wife and started arguing. The customer just in front of me
                              (Who was also having more than 10 quantity) advised him to
                              Plit the items into two and do the checkout, to which the
                              Cashier, correctly and boldly, objected and requested the customer
                              To go to other counters. The customer caught hold of a supervisor
                              Or manager by name shri ganesh chorghe and started arguing. I
                              Requested the cashier to do my checkout when the other customer
                              Agreed to take out excess quantity and asked for checking out.
                              I was checked out after him and as directed by shri ganesh chorghe
                              The cashier must have checked out the other customer (Couple) who
                              Had more than 10 quantity.

                              I request d’mart to verify if double checkout was accorded to this couple
                              Who had more than 10 quantity as this defeats the very rule laid down
                              By d’mart.

                              Altrenatively i suggest to scrap their rules.

                              They may like to verify if there are other rules also which are also flouted
                              By their own people, so that they may consider scrapping them too!

                              They have an act formula which is a tall claim and the above are against act.

                              I had made 4 complaints in the past directly to d’mart.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I would like to draw your attention about my experience at Kharghar D Mart. I bought three shirts (each costing Rs 399) about more than a month back. I took trial of same company(JAFF) shirt of same size as provided by store lady. Out of these, two shirts fitting was found perfect however when I opened third shirt before two weeks, it was quite tight on sleeves. therefore I went to D-Mart customer care and told the customer care person about this and I told that I do not have bill but tags are still attached to my shirts so you can trace back. But that person was quite rude and told that since I do not have bill shirt can neither exchanged or refunded. Therefore I registered a complaint in complaint register. After a week, Asstt manager Mr Suraj called me and told to come to store and meet him, he will arrange for exchange of shirt. I said I will come on comming Sunday. On last Sunday when I went to D Mart customer care with that shirt and enquired about him, he did not show courtesy to even meet me. Customer care person talked to him over intercom and told me to wait. I waited for about an hour standing on the window. When I asked in between what is happening, he said we are checking, finally after about an hour he told me that he could not track the tag of shirt in system therefore he can't do anything. Then again I asked for Mr Suraj, he said he is busy. Then I could not have patience and came back.
                                I fail to understand when Mr Suraj called why he did not meet me? When I bought shirt from there why they kept me standing for an hour, does this take one hour to trace the bar code in system? This is quite humiliating, indirectly they told me that I am lied.
                                Now for sure I will not buy any garments from DMart as they are not of quality and even staff is not courteous.

                                  Dear sir/ma'am,

                                  I was visited to d'mart (dhokali naka - thane west store) on 03rd august for purchasing some essentials post i used my master debit card for billing purpose but somehow i forgot to take it back. after realizing that i forgotten my debit card at d'mart i immediately rushed back to d'mart (within 24hrs) but they destroyed my debit card.
                                  After some arguments they told me to go and registered the complaint against us.
                                  Now my bank charged me rs. 230, this must be reimbursed to me through d'mart

                                    I am going to take this matter to public sites if i do not get a proper reply/ reason from d mart by the noon of 10th aug. We are genuine customers and we really know how to take actions. Gone are the days when the store people can cheat customers and fool them.

                                    After waiting for half n hour we are not able to get trolley.This is happening all the time especially in weekend.
