My order was is pending for delivery since 28th october. Everytime i get a message that item is out for delivery and by the end of the day another message that delivery was attempted. This has happened not just once but 5 times. Their customer care is useless and will just provide you with standard answers. I have been waiting quite patiently for the item to be delivered but their agents never turn up to deliver the item infact just update fake delivery status that item delayed due to customer request. One order has already gone back and even the replacement order is yet to be delivered. The order is done from amazon

    I ordered a product in flipkart on 29th october and it was handed over to delhivery india pvt ltd for logistics. The tracking id of the package provided by delhivery is awb[protected]. The courier is from delhi to bangalore and started the transit on 29th october. 31st it reached bangalore and i got a message that the shipment is out for delivery. However by evening i got a message that it was undeliverable due to the reason i have rescheduled the delivery. The next day the same thing happened. Both the days i called the delivery guys number and it was switched off. No one has contacted me regarding delivery and i havent requested for any reschedule. I contacted the delhivery customer care and the response provided by this is pathetic. I was holding the call for nearly 30 mins to get the line connected to the customer care agent. At last yesterday i requested for self pickup however the address mentioned for thee self pickup is wrong and doesnt exist. This address was provided by the customer care agent as well as in the website. Till now i havent received the package.

    There was another courier bearing awb number[protected] which is also been shipped with delihivery. I got the message that the courier has been delivered to me however i havent received. Without delivering the package the staatus wasa updated to delivered and i donot know where is my package now.

    This service is very pathetic and i am planning to cancel my order itself.

      I ordered a product online from dr. Vaidya's on 06-10-19. I mentioned my 2 contact nos. Viz [protected] and [protected] in the address, both of which are working and operative. The type of adress was working office i. E. Monday to friday from 9am to 5pm. I got the confirmation email and text sms on [protected]. The expected time of delivery was shown as 12-10-19. I got an sms about the same on 2-3 days before the expected time that "you order is arriving today, by ecom express". Whole day i waited for the product and delivery boy to deliver it.in the evening i got another sms from ecom express that your product can't be delivered as the adress was unlocatable. This process repeated about 10 times but i didnt get any call from the delivery boy.
      Then i made a complaint about the same to the customer care of dr. Vaidya's. They promised to sove it within next 3-4 days.
      Still i got the same harrassment of the type of 2 sms daily, one stating that your product is arriving today and second your product can't be delivered, both sms received on my no the same day but still i didn't get any call from the courier boy or the agency.
      Then i again talked with dr. Vaidya's executive and described my problem in detail. He considered it and resend my product with another courier agency i. E. Delhivery.
      I got the same sms process again. But no solution yet and i have not received my product yet.
      So, i want that a serious course of action should be made against these courier agencies to harrass me and my valuable time. They do such things again and again.
      Now, the problem is here:
      Any online shopping process is as under :
      1. Ordering of the product
      2. Receiving confirmation email about the same and on mobile no. Via text sms
      3. Sms about the delivery from courier agency to which the order has been given by the online shopping site or company.
      4. Confirmation call by the delivery agency/ courier boy on the delivery day before going to deliver the product.
      5. If customer confirms the delivery on that day then courier boy takes the product for delivery to the customer.
      6. Calling the customer after reaching the adress mentioned.
      7. Getting delivered the product to the customer and get a signature about the same from the customer.
      8 customer recives an sms that his/her product is delivered.
      Now whole of the process mentioned above is skipped except the sms part because that is a system generated message.
      They all bunch of frauds altogether harass the publiuc and waste their valuable time without the fear of the laws and authority.
      Kindly solve the matter at the earliest, i have proof of all the things and accusations, i carried ourt above against ecom express and delhivery courioer services.

      My product was picked up incorrectly which was not supposed to pick up I have placed the complaint and did not get any reply on it called support many times no response big Fraud to me by delhivery.

          I have placed a return request from nykaa which was about to be picked up by delhivery. The delivery boy collected wrong product from my end and marked as pickup cancelled by customer when i escalated this i was being told that you will get your product back in next 2 days it's been 10 days now since i am struggling to get my product back. Worst service ever received from any courier partner. Worst delivery.

              I have order a powerbank from mi store on 25 Oct 2019 and it has reached my nearest logistics of delhivery courier on 28 oct my tracking no.[protected] but till now they didn't deliver my parcel yet.When i call to delivery boy and reached the courier they are denying me that the order is not in our office and I raised complain in delhivery website but they didn't take any action and just ignoring me

                I m ravi, there was my order from amazon which was delivered through delhivery courier services and expected to arrive by monday 28th november 2019, as in status it shows that it has already been received but since last 2 days it was not delivered as today on 30th november my order status shows that it is out for delivery, but yet i didn't dint received by order... Request look in matter and take strict action against it as this courier facility is one of the worst courier company in india...

                AWB[protected], also ur courier services don't have a proper customer care facility and giving wrong information and misguiding, that ur execuyhas attempted delivery tell u fact no body arrived. So stop giving wrong information.

                  It contains highly valuable return item but the delivery of this item is already delayed and there is no update regarding it after 16h october. I want this shipment to be delivered. What kind of service is this? After 16th october there is no status update at the delhivery tracking. It was supposed to be delivered. I. E: 21st october but still yet there is no update regarding it. It contains high value items. Who will take the responsibility for it? Delhivery is one of the worst courier service in india. From 16th itself i have been keep on listening that you guys are working on it but still its on the origin city and no update yet. Its contains 25k worth of return items that to be refunded. Delhivery is the most worthless # courier. No update, no escalation and no reply to my mails also.

                      Hi i ordered a aluminium ladder from amazon and it was shipped by delhivery with tracking no[protected].. The product has reached chennai hub on 16th morning which is hardly 40mons from my home.. I dont know for how many days it will be there?? Wen i tried to contact the person in hub he is answering rude and saying i[censored] want come and colect.. Dont know how amazon has partnered with delhivery.. If my product is not delivered today im gonna cancel the order.. And whenever i call customer care they keep repeating same dat it will be delivered in 24to 48 hrs..

                        The Shipment through Delhivery shows Out Delivery for past 3-4 days but no Delivery attempt was done from them. When I Reached out to the Delivery Boy whose number i got from their out for Delivery message, they are telling they have no orders to deliver the product.                           I booked significant medicines from 'healthmug' on 30/09/2019 vide order id : od[protected] and made payment through credit card, order value : rs. 552/-. Shipment company is delhivery vide consignment number is (Awb[protected].                             Since oct 12th my item is lying in hyderabad, hardly 2 kms from my house.,
                            No contact number exists, even to pickup delivery. Toll free number is ivrs and automated to be specific, web site doesnt have proper customer support.

                            I cannot understand why the item is being hovered around here and there, item was to be delivered yesterday according to delhivery whatsapp msgs (Whatsapp msg delivrey dates keep changing as per currrent date),

                            Keeping everything aside, delhivery doesnt have a proper customer care to take care of and answer the customers request, they have switched on the ivrs which keeps going and going... Never connecting to customer service.
                            If connected, i could have picked up the parcel from their centres, but i could not just contact them to convey the same.

                            I orderd i phone 7 plus but i get clone . i lost 17000 money pls help.i realy helpless my parents will scold me
                            It's been 4 days since my order reached its destination city and still I haven't received it. Instead it shows failed delivery. There was no delivery attempt made.pathetic service. I tried calling customer care but their number is always unreachable. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.                                 I ordered a tv from amazon and it was to be delivered by delhivery. It reached my city 5-6 days before delivery date and now the delivery date crossed but it is not delivered. I talked to amazon customer care more than 4 times still they cannot help. If you cannot deliver a thing then why are you running a company and giving trouble to the customers.

                                  Dear sir/mam,

                                  It is really pathetic service i have ever seen in my life nobody is care or concern that delivery which was expected to be done on 07th october 2019 still not done??? I have purchased for my sons birthday that is also gone your 24-48 hour is today going to be end in your website it was showing on 09th it is going to be delivered now automatically it is changed pathetic service seen in my life.

                                  I am really unhappy that since 05th october it is lying in dankuni and dankuni is not more than 45 km still not delivered it is going to be a week what service is this??? In 02-03 days international courier is delivered to any country and you can't deliver from dankuni pathetic service.
                                  How amazon such a brand has choosen delivery partner when a shipment within state you can't deliver how can you deliver in india ashamed of service
                                  Let's be ashamed at least deliver in your commitment previously showing in site 09th oct 2019 now your commitment that to deliver within 24-48 hour which is going to be end today evening. Below your commitment details ashamed with your service i have never seen such pathetic service in my life.

                                    I ordered a refrigerator from flipkart.
                                    On oct 5th, i get a text from flipkart that the package will be delivered on that day..
                                    Next i get a message from delhivery that they cannot reach me.
                                    So i immediately called back. The guy lied he couldn’t reach my number (But i could call him back on the same)
                                    He didn’t identified himself but asked me my address.
                                    After i said the address he said they do not have a pickup van for delivering the refrigerator. So it may be delayed and come in the evening or the next day.
                                    When it didn’t came till 18:30, i called back and asked if it was still going to be delivered on. They said it wasn’t picked up for delivery and so it will only be delivered tomorrow (6th oct).
                                    Then i get a text “customer rescheduled the delivery”
                                    Next day, i called them again and they said it will be delivered between 15:00-16:00
                                    When the package didn’t arrive till 17:30, i called them again but bo one would pick up the phone.
                                    I tried a few times but they won’t pick up my phone.
                                    On 7th oct, i sent an email to customer. [protected]@delhivery.com explaining the issue. I got a response on oct 8th from vipin assuring me that it will be delivered within 24 hours.
                                    But there was no contact or attempt to deliver.
                                    So i replied to vipin on 10th oct, after double the time they assured me and yet there is no response from delhivery customer care or local delivery people.
                                    Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Update on 17th October. The shipment is sitting with Delhivery for 12 days (since Oct 05, 2019) and they don’t even message or call with any updates. So far the only reason they have told me is that don’t have a van to ship it.

                                      I ordered Diesel watch but I received pair of fastrack watch so I would like to return as early as possible order date 5/10/2019 received on 11/10/2019/ tracking ID[protected] order ID 7905251.
                                      I make the order from the Instagram and even I received a call from the costumer care service from your company for conformation but I got the wrong watch.
                                      I[censored] don't do the necessary action I will complain to the senior police and to the lawyer about this online shopping.

                                        My two AJIO ordered items tracking id #[protected] were to be picked up by 28 Sep 2019, it's 10th Oct now and my items is still not picked up. I've been trying to reach them on their customer care number, but that number is always busy. I wrote them 3-4 mails regarding the delay in picking up my order. Everytime I get a standard " apology template" mail from their side.

                                        Actually, in total they have attempted 6-7 attempts to pick up my item, but all the attempts were failed. Everytime I'll get a message from their delivery executive that my AJIO items will be picked up the EOD. But everytime when I get a call from their delivery executive, he refuses to come. The reason they are sending out the delivery executive from a place that is 45-50 kms away from my place. I've already informed them about this mishandling through, but as I already told, they don't even the read the mail, they jusy reply you back with their standard template. It;s been 2 weeks now, they didn't even bothered to call me to get this issue close asap. All this could have been avoided, had they read my mail. I've been telling them to assign a delivery executive who is nearest to my area pin code.

                                        I'm absolutely sick and tired of chasing them. Please help me, I can't take it anymore.

                                        I'm attaching the img of my tracking id, you can see that they are sending a guy who works around pregnapur/bhuvangiri, which are 45-50 kms from my area pin code. And just FYI, my address is completely valid, it's not incomplete like it is said in the tracker.
