I had ordered some products from decathlon india on 2nd september, 2019. I was supposed to receive the products on 11th september. When i checked the tracking link provided to me on the day, i saw that the product had reached my city on 8th september and had been lying in a warehouse since then.
On raising a complaint with decathlon india, i was told that i would receive the product within 48 hours, and put in a request to deliver it to me and not leave it at the empty security booth where anybody could pick up the parcel.
The same evening the link updated saying - "customer refused to accept/order cancelled". I initially tried the helpline number on the delhivery website but nobody came to the line to help which is why i called decathlon - who were helpless still. I asked them to refund the money as this has turned into a familiar experience. Their customer care said that they would try one more time before returning my money.
Today, i received another email from decathlon saying that they have requested delhivery to try delivering again only for the tracking link to be updated saying - "not attempted by delivery executive"; and, after being on hold with delhivery customer care for 15 mintues, one of their representatives finally said that they will look into it.
I know the blowback of this complaint will be that their delivery representatives will never deliver any of my products after this - as has happened with an earlier complaint of mine against ecom express.
I just hope they take notice, because this has been an utter waste of time and my patience.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received both my shipments - from two different web portals - on the same day, i.e., 17th September, 2019. It was only after emails and telephone calls to both Decathlon India and Delhivery, along with this complaint, that I received all of the parcels. Thank you to both Decathlon India and Delhivery for responding to this, but I do hope this does not happen again.

Updated by M Jelkie Sorry to be pessimistic, but numerous emails and phone calls haven't solved this issue, and I do not expect this to solve it either. I would only like to put in a request that this does not happen again in the future, as sadly enough I am expecting a few other things to be delivered by your services.
