This message pop up in my mobile, because my mobile is switch off at that time (I just go for school) but instead of saying this. You also went to my address. They never went my address as they if mobile is not ringing so we can’t put your parcel in our bag to waste their time. And also say that i[censored] say that you want to cancel on that case... Why we carry your parcel to your home...

So as soon as possible solve this problem. Because they do out of poilcy. As they never went to my home if i didn’t receive their call. They think why we should bring his/her parcel.

    Hi, i have ordered a tobi travel steamer. When i was using it the water was spilling over cloths and even after keeping it empty the water comes out and it is not functioning properly as the sides of the steamer iron is not properly closed. It is very disappointing product. I want to return this product and want my payment back as soon as possible (Rs.2098). Thank you.

      This has reference to my recent delivery done on 13.12.2018 at my residence by delhivery. I had placed an order in amazon for cordless earphone price rs 999 as cod. The person from delhivery visited my residence. Since my family member was not there they informed to hand it over at my neighbours after making the payment they called me that they had paid for rs 3000 for the parcel. It was found that it was not sent by amazon.
      In the evening i had received a call from sh. Amit from delhivery and i had narrated each and every thing to him and requested him to not to transfer the payment to the concerned regarding the parcel.
      The above mail was sent to delhivery on 14.12.2018, however as on date no action has been taken.

        I ordered a 49” mi tv online (Mi website). The order was placed on 19st of dec 2018 and was supposed to be delivered on 23rd dec2018 today is 1jan2019 but delhivery is not picking up my phone. Their number on the website is always busy. Also even today the status on delhivery website says that it’s scheduled to be delivered on 23dec2018. I feel like my money has been stuck and no one is responding. Delhivery has acted so irresponsibly and i’m not sure if they are even going to deliver my tv. My tv tracking number on delhivery is[[protected]].

          I ordered wright wr 800 condenser microphone (Blue-new) on amazon. They sent it through delhivery on 21th december.
          Delhivery sending it to wrong address. Again it come back to hub. Again they send. This process goes on continues for 6 days. Today is 28th december.
          I must have said to the seller to deliver it through speed post india. I have never seen this much of worst delivery service by any company. Delhivery you spoiling the name of what you put to your company.

            My self hasmukh hirabhai patel, had worked in delhivery / ssn logistics from the period march 2014 to jan 2015, i was working as assistant branch manager at rakhiyal office (Ahmedabad) and after that bapunagar office (Ahmedabad), till my tenure company neither gave me pf number nor gave me employee id, company deducting my pf but i yet to provided the pf number, i also visited the company office from my nearest place but hr clearly denying...

            I ordered iphone 6 s from amazon on 10th december so very initially i didn't knew anything about my courier services provider bt when i didn't see any updates about my product on amazon website then i called to customer care executive he told me that the courier service agent is delhivery courier.

            I need an explanation from both amazon and delhivery why ther is biggest delay in my order?? Its last location is in dhule?? If it arrives just 2-3 hrs distanmce from my town then why you guyz send towards me??

              So let me start from the beginning
              I requested the pickup for my parcel on saturday
              The delivery guy called my once but i was not able to pic the call so later i called him but he told me that the pickup time was over he cant come today (Saturday), he told he'll come tomorrow (Sunday) but he didnt came that day also then later on monday i called him up to ask if he will be able to pick up the parcel today but he told he cant as he is having his off so i asked if i can go to the office and give the parcel in the office he told yes i can so next day i went in the office and gave them the parcel, that was (Tuesday)
              Then i started tracking the packages and it was all well, today (Wednesday) i saw that the packages are out for delivery, and maybe the customer got the mesaage or email, so he called me up that he didnt expected the delivery today (Wednesday) so he didnt informed anyone in his neghbiourhood to collect the parcel amd he went out of city for a day so i told him that u can tell the courrier guy to bring the parcel next day (Thursday) and he'll do it, and then later maybe he got the call amd he informed the delivery guy to delay the shipment, i got a call from the customer that he informed the courrier guy to delay it by a day and he agreed,
              And i checked the tracking and it was also updated that the product is been delayed as requested by customer then later in the afternoon i got a call frm my customer he informed me that he got a message saying product delivered, and also an email, but he told me that he didnt collected the parcel, nor any of his neighbour and when i checked the tracking it showed delivered. But you guys from shiprocket are so dumb? That it is clearly shown that the customer requested a delay of 1 day and in 3hrs he collected the parcel cant u see something bad cooking?

              I requested to open a ticket requesting the pod

              I got the pod

              According to me the signatures are fake sir
              As my customer didnt attended at parcel and told the delivery guy to deliver the next day you can see it in the tracking details

              I got in touch with my customer
              My customer told me that he is out of city and he'll will be able to attend the parcel tomorrow[protected]

              Then how can he collect the parcel same day at 3:00 pm

              See i would like to say that you can check the pod (Proof of delivery)
              In that all the signature are different and in one parcel the is not a single signature

              Please contact the delivery office and ask them who did they deliver it to? And where did they delivered?
              If the guy went in the building then he might have entered his name in the register na or else if he met the customer somewhere then ask him where so that near that place anywhere on the road there must be a cctv
              So then if he came there then he must be there in the cctv

              Sir the parcel was not of small amount there were total 8 parcels costing 43, 000rs

              And my customer didnt recieved any thing as he was not in the city

              The delivery guy must have kept the parcel as the signatures in the pod are all different in all pods please look in my concern as soon as possible

              I didnt knew i'll have such a bad experience doing business with you all (Shiprocket)

              And delhivery is one of the worst shipping company they have such poor delivery guys
              They just steal our products

              I can surely say that the courrier guy has robbed the parcel
              Please take complete action against all of them
              Or else i'll have to take the help of the law

              I have attached the screenshot of the pods
              Which clearly shows that all of the sigantures done are different as u can see it clearly

              Even i[censored] do many signatures at a time there is only a slight difference between the signatures not this much big

              I can clearly say that the courrier guy or the delhivery company has eaten my parcel

                  I have returned a clubfactory product through delhivery on 20 november 2018 and today is 06 december 2018 but they have not delivered it till now. From last 10 days i am calling delhivery customer care and they say sir it will be delivered within 24 hours. They don't have any responsibility towards there work and customer this people are irresponsible and highly unofficial.                       This incident happened on 21st october 2018. Myself rajesh, had ordered a tv from the paytm on 15th october 2018. And received the tv from the paytm, after receiving the product, i have verified that the tv which was delivered to me was damaged. Hence, i had requested return pick up which was accepted on 20th october 2018 by paytm and also informing that the return pickup was given to the delhivery.

                      On 21st october 2018, two people came to our residence for the return pickup. The two people are not having any identity of the delhivery system. But claimed that they are the persons from the delhivery team, by displaying the return pick order number[awb number] of the delhivery on a hand written paper as a proof (That they are from the delhivery team). The return pick up number[awb number] was not received to me. But after checking with the delhivery team, the awb number got matched. Hence, the tv was returned to those people.

                      As i have returned, the product, i have waited for 2 to 3 days for the return information to get reflected in the paytm order page. But the status of the return information in the paytm was not updated. Hence, i have raised an issue with the paytm. But there were no proper resolution of the issue even after 15 days. So i have contacted delhivery team as i have the awb number of the return product and the delhivery team stated that they haven't received any information from the paytm that a product was missing. Then onwards, there were no response from both paytm and delhivery. And the paytm has resolved my issue stating that we have to submit cctv footage of the persons who have come to pick up the return item even after submitting the log book entry of the visitors.

                      Finally, on this issue, there was no proper response from the paytm team and delhivery team.

                      Attached the images related to the paytm confirmation, log book of our residence and the had written awb number of the delhivery system.

                              I have complaint regards one of your courier boy named irshad, from kerala manjeri city.
                              His details i know:
                              Name : IRSHAD
                              MOB: [protected]
                              Actually the product is reached in manjeri on this saturday(24/11/18) and they told me that cant deliver today and will be delivering next day. Then today (26/11/18) i called him, and when i asked "at what time my product will reach?" He started to shout on me and he is using very bad word and misbehaving when i said i need urgently my product today itself.
                              How can i send products again through delhivery. If they start to behave like...i will definitely file a case against him in consumer file..we are using delhivery because of its polite support of courier service. If they start to do like this you will definitely loose your customers..
                              I hope you will take necessary action.

                                I have made an online purchase, which has to be delivered by delhivery courier service with awb number[protected].
                                They didn't even called me once & sent me a message showing that i have requested a self collect service.

                                They blocked my number too, i went to the courier service office, they didn't respond gently.

                                Totally unsatisfied.

                                    Amazon has really bad choice as delivery partner i. E. Delhivery. Delhivery is worst courier service provider i have seen so far. I booked my package on package on 14th nov and i got a message on 20th nov that package has been delivered to home. Immediately i called amazon and delhivery courier service as package was not delivered to me and status was updated with delivered. Since last three days i was following up with delhivery about my package, they sent me a proof of delivery document in which name of collected person mentioned as "na", date and time of delivery mentioned as nov 20, 2018 4:08 pm and a fake sign was there. I asked them to provide me the address of office or contact number of delivery boy who delivered it so that i can contact him but they fail to provide any such information. Fact was that they don’t even have office in datia city and package was still in other city. After calling them again and again to delhivery courier service and then amazon, finally i got the package on 23rd nov 08:00 pm. When i asked delivery boy what happened with my package then he said he received my package yesterday night only that’s why he came today for delivery.

                                    Please take action against them so that in future they should not think to produce any fake delivery document as a proof.
