We are a trademark registered and apparel brand.We are seller in different e-commerce websites. We are seller in amazon, flipkart, snapdeal, paytm, shopclues and our own website.
We dispatch several shipment everyday.
Delhivery pickup man don't arrive on due dates repeatedly.Even he arrives sometimes after 4 to 7 days for pick up.Many websites make us penalty for this.But Delhivery courier remarks we don't handed over shipments...

Hopeless service of delhivery delivery. I ordered sofa (Waybill no.[protected] from amazon and expected date was 11th november. I am continuously chasing delhivery delivery, every time they say your products has reached to your city but it will take 24-48 hours more to deliver at place due to some internal problem. If product has reached to my city what could be problem in delivering the product in 6-7 km distance range. Amazon is not...

I was supposed to receive the courier on 12 nov. As i was not available your branch person informed me that my door is locked so he will inform his person to deliver on next day. On 13 the nov my wife was whole day at home, no one came. So i called him. He told me he will check and let me know. After 10 mon he called me stating that my no. Was not reachable and his person didn't find my address so hewas unable to deliver the sample. I questioned...

I have placed an order on flipkart and I received the item by delhivery and due to defect in item I also placed return request for above but delhivery services have not picked up item in schedule date as a result
My return request from seller is cancelled due to expiry of return date...
Very worst service by delhivery...
I suffered a loss of Rs 2472 due to their fault......

Delhivery boy without dial a call, they have place status as "customer call placed" and "consignee unavailable". How they can update the status like that? Not sure. Also i compliant the same to customer care as well but i didn't get any proper response from them as well. Really very very worst service.. They all are cheating the group.. Don't use these useless courier services...

Ordered a soundbar form jbl on nov 2nd. Expected delivery was on 5th november. Awb :[protected]. Till now the product is not delivered. Tried reaching the customer care, but line is always busy. Tried sending emails, but no responses from delhivery side. When contacted jbl customer care, they are saying that the product has been returned? How can the product be returned without even being delivered?...

I ordered a mattress from the amazon website and the delivery date for the product was 02nd nov. I called on 1st nov to make sure the product would be delivered. Customer service at amazon said it would and assured me.
I waited till 3rd midday and then called the amazon customer care again since the product was not received. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours more since product is in transit. I once again waited. On 5th I called...

Tried calling n mailing all the people linked! This was the last warning, i will sue u soon & see u at court! And yes don't u think u can run away with my money! I was given poc (Point of contact) for any query arise when shipment going for delivery and all other query related to courier.

Mostly in delhivery, courier boys are doing fake delivery attempts and return order (Not deliver to customer). Customer doing many complaints to us for delivery and we send it to my poc (Point of contact) for solution...

My AWB No:[protected].The product is lying idle in their shop from last 3 days since 27th October. They are not delivering my order. Customer care is unreachable as well as email support is not responding.The product has reached its final destination hub which is only 2-3 kms from my home. But they are not delivering it. What a sad situation it is for me....

Delhivery was supposed to pick up a damaged product for return so that i could get a refund from seller website nykaa. Return was initiated on 21st october. But, even after 9 days there is no pick-up. Courier tracking shows remarks as 'consignee unavailable' for 26th october which is absolute rubbish. 26th october i was at home all day and nobody called or came for pickup. There is no communication from delhivery regarding this....

I have ordered mi tv on 18th, the product is shipped on the same day to hyderabad_alwal_l (Telangana) and it took a week to reach hyderabad_tolichwk_l, and the product is still not delivered. Everytime we call, the executive says they have scanning issues.
My parents are waiting for this shipment, stopping their trip to mumbai from 24th onwards.
Now the website shows the product reached destination city-br...

The delivery was suppose to be done on 22.10.2018, i had to raise complains everyday for three days den i got msg that it will be delivered today but delivery boy refused to come to my house rather asked me to come one km aaway to collect the shipment when i said no, he just left and did not receive calls

He was arrogant and said do what ever you want ill not deliver....

I bought a tricycle from paytm and my return pickup was supposed to happen on 18 oct 2018 by delhivery but still nobody has come for pickup and when i called they said it will be picked up by 24th oct 2018 by 8pm.. But when i checked using my awb tracking number on delhivery site it says in the remarks column that the consignee was not available on 18th oct as well as on 24th oct where as nobody came...
