This company is the worst service provider
And their delivery boys are highly nasty
Product is already late by 4 days than the due date
Then the delivery boy who suppose to deliver the product is not responding to my calls
Nd i received the sms that product has been delivered while i havent recieved it
Such a poor service i cud experience
Shame shame on their name

        I have purchase a drools dog food on the date of 25 jan 2019 at paytm order no is [protected]. Shipment is near the delivery hub at wankaner. I called delhivery office (Customer care) more than 19 time in between 5/02/2019
        But not give the delivery. Ground team is provide a wrong answer all time... Delhivery and its all team are wrong at all time they give me commitment regarding the shipment but not full fill the one of them.

          I received a mobile parcel through COD process.The phone is not working for the second day itself.The dealer is not responding properly and then he blocks me.I paid 14000 rs to the delhivery courier agent.Now I can't able to reach any of the m.Please help me to resolve this issue.

                This is worst courier company. I don't recommended this courier service to anyone. Their staff don't know how to deal with customers. They did not receive call at all i tried 100 time but no one receive call fake courier company. The status of my parcel show that my parcel was in haryana on 25th january 2019 but i want to aware everyone that it is very bad or you can said that the worst courier service.

                    I had ordered a pair of foot wear (Allen solly beige ballerinas) from allen solly website. I had not got any delivery information or calls on the same. But when i checked the allen solly website, it says its been delivered when its actually not.

                    I went ahead and checked the delhivery website and tracked my shipment with id : awb no.[protected]Delhivery)

                    And was so shocked to see a delivered status was 'delivered' as i did not receive a call nor actually took the product. There are several cctc cameras around which could easily help understand it was a fake delivery.

                    Request delivery team to take action and ensure my delivery happens as promised.

                    There is zero response over the helpline number. I spent so many days trying to reach out to you over call.

                    Kindly help resolve at the earliest.

                      Order was received today but the size which we opted was xl but while opening the packet the size was m not only that the colour was also different and the structure also... The slim lift came was like shorts but we choosed like panty...

                        My product to be delivered on 27jan 2019 i waited for it whole day long
                        As no contact number of the delivery person available
                        Delivery person contacted me at 18: 40 i insisted to deliver soon as i need it urgent as it was to be given to someone as gift.
                        Delivery person said to deliver it 20-22 mins, i said ok but try fast.
                        At 20:30 i contacted him again n he started making excuses n said u said dont come n all fake excuses
                        Ultimately the delivery man came at 21:05 i denied to take this as it is of no use
                        Now after tracking my order again i find that it is said by me to delay delivery now it is to be delivered on 28 jan 2019
                        How unprofessional attitude is this

                          The delhivery courier company is cheating people with advertising a fake online clothing material company named "nattashi".
                          They are offering various designer clothes on internet & after booking all material delivery is by this courier only (I have some of tracking details).
                          They are not supporting on call whoever booked on nattashi. The address of courier company branch mentioned at silvassa location is also fake, there is medical shop on same location.

                            I order honor play from amazon india on 20-jan-2019 (Expected delivery date was[protected] to my address which is in vadodara (Gujarat) track id[protected]. My package picked by delhivery on[protected] from indore (Mp) send on[protected] from indore (Mp). Next day i. E.[protected].53am) it reached to bilaspur (Haryana) and on the same day (Time 10.29am) they send the package a (Gain. Interestingly on the next night[protected].37pm) in reached kolkata (Wb) and dispatched to next location on[protected].45am).

                            I call amazon many times to see in this matter but they say they are unable to track the parcel since its third party delivery platform.

                            First they said that any how deliver the package on[protected] now say that wait till[protected] after that they (Amazon india) refund may amount back (However not cancel my order till now).

                              I have ordered many items in the month of december and delivery date was between 12th to 17th january and today it is already the 23rd of jan. I have complained about it already and it was said within 48 hours they will deliver it but its already the 4th day. Many of my friends have been facing problem with delhivery. They sometimes do not even make calls or send messages or even try to deliver and they send the item back to origin without informing the owner.

                                  I book a product from amazon, which was delivered by your courier service. On 14th jan 2019 it was reached at the nearest center (Habra) to the delivery address. I got 2 missed call at afternoon on the same day and certainly, a message came to my mobile "our executive ([protected]) was unable to deliver your amazonindia package with delhivery awb[protected] as we were unable to reach you. After 5 to 6 attempt, someone received my call and confirm for next day delivery. When i asked about the missed call and msg, he just dropped the call again. Since then, there has no communication from your site, even no one try to present to the delivery address till today. I am completely fed up about the service provided by you. Even i complain twice on your website, but no response.

                                    Your service at soreng, west sikkim india is not delivering any product at given address and he ask everyone to come at his office and receive... Please if you cant deliver order then dont take them.. Other couriers have good delivery system then yours. We dont pay delivery charges just to go and recieve our parcel by ourself. Take this into notice and change your delivery boy at this place.

                                      The product is order in male shirt but product is delivered in female kurta im not happy in this product. The product quality is low and im not happy this product and services. This is not good i didn't got it that until the product please product is refend thats it and please refund the cash by this product deliver that time

As i received the wrong product on 04/1/19 that is returned by someone and return letter also present in the inside package as i paid the amount of rs.1750 to the delhivery boy so please refund the amount and pick the order as soon as possible.

So I am requesting please refund the amount or else please make a contact master hub and help me I am unable to contact here.
