internet banking is always down

Tell me when internet banking works on dena bank. This is one of the most hopeless ecom applications ever built.

Most of the times despite on good broadband internet, the server times out or auto loggs off for long login period or it simply goes into internet server error.

See the attached screenshot. You can see the internet server error. Several times i have written to helpdesk but no one responds....

regarding branch manager

Sir my acct was credit by 3000. I receive an sms that my acct is credit by 3000. But when i go to bank for debit tha money the casier say that there in no credit in your acct. I have tranjection reference no and tell them to check with tha tranjection no. Then the branch manager said that "its not our job, ham kitno ka check karte rahege." this incident is regarding dena bank badhal jaipur rajasthan. So plz do tha needful....

my money was extra debited 2000 rupees

Hi sir,

Three days before i trys to withdrawal 1000 amount in sbi atm, but that time atm had only 2000 rupees (I did this action two times).. So, then i enter 2000 amount, then i withdrawal only 2000 ruppes only. But my account was reduced to extra 2000 rupees.. That is unwanted reduced, i taken only 2000 ruppes but my account reduced 4000 ruppes. So, please immediately refunded my 2000 ruppes amount.. Already 4 days gone.....

illegal transactions done by bank

Bank erroneously transferred someones money into my account. Rs 50, 000/-
We did not report it as expecting a similar amount from other resource.
Bank transfers this amount from my other account in same branch without my info.

awaiting my sdr u/c 80 c for more than 2 months

From navlakha branch, indore, nobody is available on phone, nobody cares to reply e-mails, none replies letters, and this is happening for about six months! As a result i had to get some accounts transferred. By god's grace and goodwill gesture of the local branch i am getting a helping hand.
I am writing this in desperation. Will i get the sdr in near future?

atm rupay card not working for online transaction

My atm/debit card is not working since last week. I am unable to so online payment. And the message is showm that your card is frozen or blocked. Bank didnt inform me why they blocked my card. Rs.1500/ debited to my saving bank account on 30/06/2017 by atm transaction. My saving bank account no. Is[protected], and we did not received the cash.

Atm did not disburse the amount white amount is debited in my above mentioned saving account. After several complain to branch and regional office at thane i have not received any response at all... Thus the amount is not credited in my account since last 7 months...

transaction failed money deducted but not refunded

On 6th october, 2017 i paid my electricity bill through internet banking but my 1st transaction failed so i made a 2nd payment which was successful but amount of the failed transaction was deducted from my account and yet not refunded.
