I got a fraud by delivery boy on yesterday evening,
He had taken money with me and given a dirty old clothes which i haven't book from anywhere,
Can please check and update me and provide me a solution.

    Delivery boy not deleverd my product since yesterday. Product tracking id is FMPP[protected].
    Why is this happening to me.
    this behaviour is not tolerable

      On April 15th, I placed an order for a printer on Flipkart with an expected delivery window of April 21st to 25th. Despite the product arriving at my location before the 21st, I repeatedly received notifications throughout the delivery window indicating that the item would be delivered, only to be disappointed at the end of each day when it wasn't.

      Finally, on April 25th, I received a call from the courier informing me that they couldn't deliver the printer to my home and that I needed to collect it from their office. This was unacceptable to me, as I specifically chose the home delivery option when placing my order. If I wanted to collect it myself, I would have purchased it directly from a store instead of online.

      Despite contacting Flipkart multiple times, they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution. They informed me that their delivery partner claimed my location had narrow roads, preventing them from delivering the product. However, this excuse is unfounded, as parcels from various courier services, including Ekart logistics, are regularly delivered to my doorstep without any issues.

      I find it completely unacceptable that Flipkart and their delivery partner are resorting to false excuses to avoid fulfilling their responsibility. If they were aware that they couldn't deliver the product to my location, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place.

      Furthermore, the excuse given by the delivery agent, stating that the product is too large to deliver, is absurd. I expect my product to be delivered to my doorstep as promised.

      I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that my printer is delivered to my home as originally agreed upon.

        This is my shipment number MYSP[protected] the delivery boy had put the comments as there was no one to take the parcel which is false he didn't even try to contact us I think education is very important for EKART & THE DELIVERY BOY so that they can understand customer's valuable time.

          I received a package that I never ordered and it came home when I was not there. I did not receive any phone call from the delivery boy who quietly went and gave it to my father and charged him 1700 rupees. A dupatta was sent from theurbanfab.shop, I recommend blocking this as this is definitely a spam. I want to return and get the refund of this. This is absolutely unacceptable.

          I too faced same issue. Received an order costing Rs 1799 from theurbanfab.shop, which I never ordered.
          I also received a kurta via Ekart, my husband paid cash 1599/- without realising that it was not something I'd actually ordered. I don't want this item. I need a refund!
          I received a T shirt via Ekart, my mother paid cash 1500 /- without realising that it was not something I'd actually ordered. I don't want this item. I need a refund!

            I have ordered AMG Guitar Strings product from Flipkart on 13 April 2024. Order confirmed and Expected delivery date was 18 April 2024.
            Whenever I received a message out for delivery at time I waited for till evening and not received. So, I checked the delivery person number in flipkart and called to him (18th April 2024 4:17pm). Then he picked up call and asked delivery location, shared my location after he replied I am at another...

            On 21st April my order were to deliver but i don't who was the delivery guys not even called me once and even i was calling and he disconnecting continuously from the same day 21st April and without any notification you changed my order delivery date its very unprofessional and i need to suffer too much for the same because i ordered because i had some urgent office work but because of you guys i wasn't able to make it proper on time .

              Ekart logistics services sucks.
              The delivery person was so rude and irresponsible. He was not willing to wait nor is willing to deliver the product to the given address. He talks back when given the instructions where to go acting as if we own him. Either trained the employees properly or don't run this kind o[censored]seless service

                Today I return my order that I received earlier because it's was wrong one but even though I gAve I return the order to the delivery person because I request to return he call n take it but it's still showing not pickup in my message it's say sorry we couldn't pick up your product today tried it tomorrow

                  Hi, i am a regular flipkart plus member customer.From last month my grocery products are not being delivered by ekart agent.He is refusing doorstep delivery and cancelling my orders.This happened 4-5 times from march 2024.Recently he did the same.This is the bad service by delivery agent in my area.I am complaining repeatedly in customer care but no solution till now.

                    Date of Incident : 13 April 24

                    Ekart is not failed to deliver product at door step. i have call in delivery agent but they denied to deliver at address and said that collect from office.

                    so, on 14th April 24, one of the person from my side visited ekart office for the same. but on that day also they have refused and said that on Sunday we cannot outward product.

                    this is 2nd - 3rd time; same situation happened, they are not delivery product

                        Hi I m Dakshata Deepak Shinde I ordered dates my order I'd is NBCP[protected], Courier person call me and tell me to come where he was standing I tell him to come at my home address that I have add in at time of purchase he clearly denied me and tell me to cancel the order and said that he will not come to the address that have been mentioned on time of ordering very rude person he makes me cancel my order and cancel my order please look into this matter and take action against this

                          I had ordered product from Shopsy (flipkart) and it was supposed to deliver on 07 April. I received call on 7th April and i told i am not available due to holiday and will receive product tomorrow. i received message that product is delivered than i waited for 8, 9, 10 April but i never received my product.
                          on 10th April evening, i went to Ekart delivery center, they told me to wait for 30minutes as they are busy. i waited there but later on they told me that they will deliver product tomorrow.
                          today is 12th April, but i don't have anything.

                          Right now i want my money back, as product delayed so it might be damaged or tampered. i know product is not costly but it is my right to get it delivered as already paid the amount.

                                      Respected Sir, with due respect I want to say that my product with order id-FMPP[protected] of Dettol handwash and Colgate maxfresh respectively has to be delivered to me today. But till now it has not been delivered to me and a confirmation message I received now before a minute. Sir, since morning it was showing out for delivery I had received otp also but when I called the delivery agent he not picked the phone... then when I called the ekart manager of the hub nearest to me he replied that the product is in the office it will be delivered tomorrow. Sir, why I didn't contacted by the delivery agent and their superiors for the issue and when I am continuously calling since morning they are not picking the phone and why I will received the product tomorrow. Please, sir take some serious action against them because this type of happenings I faced 2-3 times earlier also and now it is too much and now it's not tolerable at all. Please sir, go through this issue and try to resolve my problem today itself because sir, ther must be some urgency of the product for the customer.
