I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service regarding my recent order of the LORENZ MK-4071R Slim Case Analog Watch placed on October 18, 2024. My expected delivery date was October 23, but I still have not received the parcel due to repeated issues with the delivery process.
Initially, on October 23, the delivery person refused to deliver the package to my office address, even though my office is only 1 km away from my home. After cutting the call abruptly, he assured me the parcel would be delivered to my office the following day.
Today, another delivery person called and I informed him of the same office delivery request. He agreed, but soon after, I received a message that the parcel was undelivered. I contacted him again, but he ended the call while I was still speaking.
This lack of professionalism and miscommunication from your delivery team has caused unnecessary frustration and delay. I kindly request immediate action to ensure the parcel is delivered to my office address as soon as possible and to address the unprofessional behavior of the delivery personnel.
Please confirm when I can expect my parcel to be delivered and ensure that there are no further issues.
