Dear Ekart Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Flipkart order [ekart Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]], which was scheduled to be delivered today, October 6, 2024.
The product was received at your Sonepat hub on October 4, 2024, and I was informed that delivery would take place today. However, when I contacted the assigned delivery executive, they initially informed me that the product would be delivered by 5 PM today. Later, they requested that I collect the laptop directly from the Sonepat hub, which is highly inconvenient for me.
Now, the delivery executive is not answering my calls, and I urgently need the laptop for office work tomorrow. Unfortunately, there will be no one available to receive the delivery tomorrow, and postponing it will cause significant disruption and mental stress.
I kindly request that the product be delivered to my address today, as promised, as I am unable to collect it from the hub and cannot accept a delay. Please treat this matter as urgent.
