Order rejected without my knowledge and I’ve already sent location to eKart on WhatsApp on the same day they asked for it

Even I provides full address details delivery boy not coming to my address for delivery.he call and tell me to come far 1-2 km to take my parcel and when I go there and asked why don't you come to my address he misbehaved me and didn't gave my parcel and told me to not order anything, if I order anything he will not deliver this...

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ekart Logistics regarding their consistently poor delivery service over the past year. Despite placing numerous orders through Flipkart, Ekart Logistics has repeatedly failed to deliver on time, sometimes not attempting delivery at all and falsely updating their system to indicate my unavailability. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

Moreover, Ekart Logistics has made it exceptionally difficult to locate their contact details. They have omitted any such information on their website, and the few contact numbers I managed to find were out of service.

This pattern of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Ekart Logistics' commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge immediate attention to this matter and expect prompt resolution of these issues.

I am prepared to escalate this complaint further if necessary to ensure that these ongoing issues are addressed and prevented from recurring in the future

I ordered an item from individual seller via ekart logistics, I was tracking the shipment multiple times daily, but today suddenly they cancel my order and shows RTO : order_rejected, they haven't even called or noticed me, I have paid 17000 to the seller already and the shipment is don't know where, now it won't reach to me and I am confused what to do with this....

I ordered a product from flipkart and I saw on the delivery tracking it reached the nearest hub but then it was rescheduled for 2 days later.

while placing the order it was under "Express delivery" and it was showing that it would be delivered the next day but I am still waiting and it's not getting delivered...

My parcel has been lying in the courier office for many days. but why has it not been delivered to me yet. I want to go from this address. Please get it delivered this morning itself or return it so that I can get my money back.

Have ordered a watch from Tata cliq..I didn't liked the watch due to that I have returned the original product..EKART Was the returning pater to return to the merchant..

After delivery boy checking the product I have shared the OTP to him..here the delivery person changed the original product I returned to a dummy watch it is not under the condition as well..

I am fighting with tata cliq team from the last one..after that one of CS management team has mentioned that merchant received wrong product that I have returned original product but merchant received wrong product so in between only delivery person has option to change the product...

My order picked up but the courier boy but status not updated yet to portal. He told he will update the status that at the courier place only by taking the photos later. He picked the item from me. Done a fraud, now I won't get my refund and also atleast the satisfied product is also was not with me. To report this problem of pick up on Flipkart. Flipkart had the worst customer support. No proper support was provided to the customer on the App. And also when the item was returned and no return courier tracking I'd of return item is not is shared to customer side

Ekart has not delivered my product when they were out for delivery they didn't picked up my call neither did they contacted me it's really frustrating there's no customer care or anything too. Please sort this out ekart

Respect sir the delivery hub do a very bad thing against me . They call me and cut the fon 4 to 5 times and when I call back them they do not receive and they show that they could not touch with me . But they themselves do not touch with me . So pleasee help me and delivered my Flipkart product with FMPP[protected] And order I'd OD[protected] . TRACKING ID IS FMPP[protected] .
