Addressing his first annual meeting since becoming CEO of Procter & Gamble Co., Bob McDonald outlined a growth strategy based on adding a billion new P&G consumers over the next five years.Noting that P&G’s annual U.S. sales average about $100 per person, McDonald said if it can increase sales in India just to Mexico’s level of $20 per person, it would boost overall sales by 50 percent. The company’s Indian sales currently average $3 and less than $1 per person, respectively.“So the potential is absolutely amazing,” McDonald said.P&G’s post-recession growth strategy will be to reach more consumers, in more parts of the world, more completely, McDonald said. That includes expansion of P&G’s product portfolio to add more price points – especially more low-cost products – so that “there’s no reason any consumer should have to buy any other brand,” he said. It also will entail more “horizontal innovations” within existing brands, such as recently introduced Bounce dryer bars and Tide detergent additives.A key initiative will be to simplify P&G organizationally so that it can be a $100 billion company that operates with the speed and agility of a $10 billion company, he said.During a question-and-answer session, in response to a question about P&G’s sustainability policy, McDonald said it has a goal of selling $50 billion of sustainable products such as concentrated detergents. Those sales are now at about $13 billion annually. The query gave A.G. Lafley, P&G’s chairman, a chance to plug P&G’s Pur water filters and Tide Coldwater detergent.Lafley, who stepped down as CEO this summer, received a hearty round of applause from shareholders for his leadership over the past nine years. He was outwardly surprised near the end of the meeting when his son Patrick Lafley stepped to a microphone in the audience. The younger Lafley recounted the long hours, the stresses of the job, and the threats to his family that his father endured over the years as Patrick was growing up.“Thank you, Dad. Good job,” he said.

    On 18 Jan 2013 at 7pm i ordered some food from my landline telephone for home delivery, the guy who attended the call and booked my order told that it will take 40 to 45 minutes to get my order. But, after 1 hour when i did not got my order and called again (On telephone No[protected] they said no order has been registered and can't take my order on the same day again.

    THIS KIND OF ACT IS UNFORTUNATE AND POOOOOOOOOOOOOOR SHOW FOR MC DONALD

    Mcdonald — delay in service

    i hav ordered for 2 VM-L-Mcveg nd 1 large fries on[protected], invocce [protected] by time 9:10pm ...but the service was not given even by 9:20....the people of the outlet wer busy talking but none attendend the customers..wen i questioned them they just told us sorry..so i had to cancle the order for twice he refused to do thn i had to arufe nd later he did nd returnd back the cash. it also happens regulary wen we visit.This happend @hyderabad airport

      Yesterday I went to Sahara ganj and order for a aalu cheese burger and Ice tea for me and my friend at 4:20pm. The girl give me a soggy burger and Ice tea in a medium coke cup. When I complain that burger is soggy and order for a next one without tomato aalu tikee burger. She prepared and threw in front of me and start murmuring. And when I went to confirm that is it without tomato she replied rudely "nahi 5-6 piece daal diye hai"and continue murmuring. When I told this to manager he refuse to interfere in this matter.I urge to you guys please give your workers proper training how to behave your customer. The favour of your quick response is appreciated.

        and had a communication with Ashmita (HO)she told me we recived your documents & its in process,after few months nobody given reply about this
        They lost my all documents and niether given any status /information regarding PF clearance process nor receiving call,at january 2012 they told that we have lost your Documents pls send again then i have informed this thing to may area manager (Valmik Sompura )they told how can they told you that because your all documents showing example as a exit clearance document and they given me the num of (Jaquline ,Pooja, Ashmita,Ashish Parab)the responsible person and i was tried so many times but they giving me only reply like we can't do anything in it [protected] pls call at (Aon Hewitt)butr the num i was tried its not giving any response then they told that pls launch complaint on [protected]@hewitt.com. i have logged complaint bu not find any solution finally i called mr adityadev pokhriyaand they told follow up on it & finally i got the reply from Mr Suresh G.B from Hewitt given me commitment that your pf clearance in process it will be cleard in End /Mid of DEC 2012 and at 26 th december they mail me that i have submited your document at Mcdonalds at Nov 2012 for sign & after signed it will be goes in under RPFC process But i havn't recieved signed Documents from Mcdonalds so your procedure will take again 3 to 4 Months ,

        My self Shahnaz Ansari, i was working in Anupam store Goregaon (east) Mumbai,
        i want to resign from my post as part time beanie.
        i am writing here because i want to share why i am leaving Macdonald.
        Things happened with me its not happening not only with me but everyone in store and in other store also
        first thing is i apply for leave for my brother's marriage and store manager approved that but on end time she reject my leave just because she called me on my leave day and i dint went. and she send warning latter after 15 days. in every macd branch they ask employee which day we want leave. but they dont follow the rule. they call us suddenly on our leave day without any info before a day and spoil our plan. we make plan with our family according our leave. they full fill employee feedback form there own self.
        according the macd rules after 5hr we get 1hr break but they dont give us. they give us break end of the shift and tell us just go and came back after having food. In full time shift they give us break after 5hr. they force use to having meal what they want not what in employees menu.
        there is lots of things if i wrote its will take whole day to write me.
        Store Manager's dont follow employee rules of macD, they do whatever they want.

        Kindly take action about this.

          I have been regular to McDonalds at Mumbai
          Visited to one of your stores at crossword mall Mumbai 400034
          I was very surprised to see the unprofesnol behavior o[censored]r staff at staff counter
          This was the cheapest behavior I have ever seen.

          First the cashier samrin crew id 110 she was not at all interested in guest standing
          In front of her she was busy with personal talks with the blue shirt guy I have to tell
          Her please attend me .and finally I ordered a veg family combo and she said Browne is not there
          I will serve u ice tea and puff is not ready it will take time.

          I like to say i[censored] doesn’t have Browne and puff why u started the family combo
          Very cheap service I ask her to return my money but she said I can’t do that.

          It was very unprofessional behaviors on McDonalds part like to say u have to
          Do something for staff attitude.

            My sister placed an order with almost everything coming nice except for my medium fries with piri piri spice. I'm surprised how Mc Donalds makes an effort to piss me every time. I placed my complaint and then here's what 3 people from "complaint department" have to say: 1. Your complain has been registered and u'll receive replacement. 2. There seems to be some issue but u'll receive ur replacement. 3. Your order has been dispatched & the person is on his way. Store person tells me my prev order. WTF!! I WAITED for like 2 hrs and even after complaining 3 times..If my replacement doesn't leaves you with one less consumer. I'll NEVER order from McDonalds ever again!! McDonalds in the suburbs needs some STRICT FOOD INSPECTION! I don't even give a about my order now.

              I was in Kolkata on 12.10.12 at visited your outlet at the Riverside Mall, Howrah, Kolkata at about 7 pm. I ordered the following to be packed:

              Mc Spicy Chicken Burger 2
              Filet of Fish 1
              French Fries small 1
              French fries big 1
              chicken nuggets 6 pcs 1
              Bill value: Rs. 565.00 aprox.

              Since I was catching a train I asked them to make it quick. Only one of your billing counters was working. I was delivered my order quite promptly - in two khakhi bags and they specifically called out all the items I had ordered for. When I opened the bag in the train - I found only one McSpicy Chicken Burger instead of the ordered two - and as such we had to share two burgers instead of three.

              This is did not seem like an actual mistake on their part - it was a calculated cheating. They knew I was catching a train and would not come back. I do not have my bill but you can check the invoices raised during that period. They should actually show the customer each item before packing it up.

              Secondly, the paper bags were so uncomfortable to carry - you need to have something with a handle - specially, this outlet is close to the train station and people may want to packed food from McD.

              Please look into it.

              The problem is I requested for large mcflurry oreo but
              they gave me only HALF or LESS than the container,
              when requested to please change it, they gave me the same container after 5 minutes.

                  Hi Team,

                  Today I went to one of your outlets in City Center 2, Rajarhat, Kolkata. Ordered 3 Mexican spice chicken and mcnuggets. They did not gave me any bill and asked to wait. Even they did not have any change and asked me to provide change of 65 rupees for a 365 rs bill. On inquiring they refused to take any kind of ATM card. After some 15-20 minutes of waiting one guy came and asked me what was my order and handed over a paper packet to me. I said my home is far away from that place and it will be uncomfortable for me to carry the packet in hand. but they refused and insist that I have to take this packet only.

                  It was my bad luck that my harassment did not ended here. On taking that packet to home I found 3 Mexican veg burger. So actually they cheated me by giving veg burgers instead of chicken burger. Can I get a explanation why this kind of cheating is done by your employees? I really want my money back. If you are going to give me any proper explanation on this then I will definitely tell my friends,family and colleagues that you are cheating us like this. Hope I don't have to go that much further.

                  After four days a guy called me and told that he would send some of their process related stuff(documents may be) to my home and asked my address. When I mailed him back with my address and some query he did not replied at all.I really dont know why they come up with such an irritating behavior. they dont even respond properly. useless !!

                    There is a mc donald's restaurant at Kothrud in Pune city Maharashtra, wherein I had gone with my friend and my son (4 yrs), there was a gentleman (appeared to) sitting next to our table, who suddenly started abusing my son, when I called for the store manager, he said to my surprise let go that not so gentleman, as he cant do anything because that man was drunk. My complain is " if there is a sign board saying ENTRY RISTRICTED then why is entry not ristricted?" How can anydoby just enter the restaurant like that..... had it been a begger then he would have stpped him , just because that man as wearing decent enough clothes he gets the right to enter even though he was drunk. Request you to please do somthing about it.

                      So the charm of Macdonalds is that it delivers such affordable food to many different places, but their call centre service is just deteriorating. I waited for 3 minutes (I know that sounds like really short time, but try it and then let me know) and had to listen to 3-4 rounds of their theme song after their promotion of their "new menu". I'm ok with the promotion, but why does one have to wait so long to only place the order?
                      When I tried calling again, I was made to wait again as they tried to figure out the amount of time the delivery would take. It has happened before that they clear out all the details with us but if they are going to hire such incompetent people for their phones then they will definitely start losing customers. I hope Macdonalds does something about it.

                      47 burgers is a lot of money i am spending on, all i asked was 10 toys. i got a flat refusal, when i asked to speak to the manager he actually hung up on me. i called again, another person spoke to me and he said that he was the floor manager and again i got a flat refusal! i asked him what the official motto of mcdonalds was, he had no clue and actually hung up on me again, i called againg another person responded, this time i took his name and designation, vijay chudasama - team leader delivery, again not a manager and also a flat refusal. the store is on cmh road, bangalore, india. customer satisfaction????

                        I am not sure by writing this some action would be taken against it or not however i would like to mention my experience that happened today at McDonals.

                        I have ordered a burger and while i opened the burger box i suddenly noticed that the top of the bun was full of fungus. i went to the staff to show it and without saying or addressing my concern they replaced the burger. i mentioned my concern about the brand name and by serving such food, they are playing with the health of their customers.

                        After couple of minutes of argument i accepted to take an another burger but wanted to check before i eat. It again had fungus all over the bun. It happend at McDonalds, outer circle, Connaught Place.

                        Hoping if something can be done against such incidents.

                          i had vis your outlet at prasad multiplex in secunderabad on 29 APR. my son had a chicken burger. ON asking for a glass of drinking water we were told that we dont keep normal drinking water and we can only provide u mineral water. however we insisted on normal aquaguard treated water and we get a reply that there exists no such facility. it is indeed shocking that an outlet of an int'l brand cant provide drinking water. may i pl request the MD of Mcdonald if he could give a satisfactory reply and also ensure that middle class people are provided drinking water in such eateries as is the norm in India. i am Lt Col Natarajan and my contact no is [protected] & [protected].                             My family and friends went to have lunch @ McDonalds in Chandni Chowk, except my wife all had lunch, i.e., Veg Burger, Salsa Wraps and French Fries, and couple of hours later they all had series of vomiting and diarrheoal bouts. My son was admitted for 3 days in Hospital and was treated.

                            Recently, I went to McDonald kalyaninagar,pune outlet to place a corporate order for availing their food coupons.I have been given their RM's number (whose name is Anand) and since then its been almost 10 days I am following up with him to receive the coupons which still I haven't received it yet.
                            Its hard to believe this kind of service from the most reputed brand like Mac D.The RM (Mr. Anand whose cell # is [protected]) seems to be not bothered about the customers inspite of mentioning that this will be a corporate order where the first transaction would be around Rs 3000 and more will follow in future too.Most of the time he didnt respond over phone saying he is busy and finally when I got him over phone he said it will be delivered within 2 days time which never happened.

                            I don't understand why the most reputed brands becomes the most pathetic ones when they serve out of India.I hope their India management team employees the right kind of staff otherwise there is no difference between Macd Burger or a road side wada pav.

                              I happen to visit, the saki naka branch in Mumbai today,

                              We were three o[censored]s, out of one person was a vegetarian on religious grounds. We ordered a Veggie burger, mind it Veggie, specified the attendant thrice abt "Veg" , and we took it away and while eating in d car she realised that much to her shock it was a chicken burger!
                              We went back to the outlet, on which the manager, Mr. Ejaz Ansari, gave us explanations & apology, he was very helpful though, but being helpful now wouldn't help as my friends religious sentiments won't be regained! Now what do you expect me to do? Sue Mcdonalds? Or what!

                                I ordered for a Mexican Veg Burger Meal today evening at your Basavangudi, Bangalore outlet for a take away. But when I came home and opened the package, I was shocked to see a Non Veg Burger. Your staff has taken the order correctly and charged the amount for a Veg Meal. But the delivery was not correct. I am a pure vegetarian and I am shocked to see this kind of non sense by Mc D, "an international food chain".

                                  This is informing you that we are facing the problem with Electricity department in the sense of Power fluctuvation.
                                  Like evening around 7.00PM we are getting low voltage such as 350V and Around 11 to 11.30Pm till morning around 8.AM we are getting high voltage such as 460V so we are unable to run the restaurant with this huge power fluctuation .

                                    I am a resident of New Delhi, India. Let me start with my feelings and intensity of hurting. I am very fond of good and quality food. I am a happy person and above all I AM PREGENT these days. Now you can imagine that how does it feel when you are served with unhygienic and bad quality of food.

                                    Yesterday on 21 Feb, 2012 we went to “M2K, Manglam Place, Sec 3, Rohini, New Delhi, India” at 18:49. My INV # [protected]. We ordered Meal of EVM Coke, McAloo Tikki and EVM McVeg* worth Rs. 148. I had a strong craving of McVeg that time but when the order was served I found that Burger was the worst McVeg I had ever served. There was no such mayonnaise and also the vegetables used in stuffing was seems to be stale. I cost me Rs. 70 for that and It was not at all worth it. You cannot make a guess that if somebody needs your food in hard times ( as one cannot eat much and unhygienic in early weeks of pregnancy).

                                    I am writing this to bring your notice about the quality of food served. I am very hurt and disappointed with the brand like McDonalds. You should feel shameful about my psychological and physical pain.
