I went to the restaurant which is in vapi. Full address is Gunjan crossroad, Vapi, 396191. I ordered couple of things but i wanted a coke or fanta but they only had diet coke and minutemaid. Non Refund of online payment

Hi, On March 1st 2014 I tried placing an order through Mcdelivery India'sIndia's online portal. An amount of Rs.508 was debited from my Axis bank account but order was not successful for unknown reason. The payment gateway used by Mcdonalds India was DirecPay. I called McDonald's India phone service to inform about the transaction & claim refund. I was told to wait for 7 working days & the amount will get refunded automatically....

Right price not shown in advertisement

As far as I know the maximum retail price (which is inclusive of the VAT) of an item is supposed to be shown in an advertisement. In this case Mcdonald's advertisements are very misleading. They show a burger costing only Rs.25 in the ad whereas if you buy the same burger at any Mcdonald eatery or franchisee it will cost you around Rs. 34. On being asked the man behind the counter will say that the extra money is the VAT. Thia is a wrong...

Cheating in Take Away

I had been to McDonald’s, PRASAD IMAX, Hyderabad counter on 13.09.2013, ordered for 1 Mac chicken, 1 Spicy chicken and 2 Masala grill chicken burgers. First of all there was immense delay in the delivery and after unpacking I found the chicken patty in the Spicy chicken burger to be burnt and not edible. On 18 Jan 2013 at 7pm i ordered some food from my landline telephone for home delivery, the guy who attended the call and booked my order told that it will take 40 to 45 minutes to get my order.
