Have taken AMC for the period from 13/04/2024 to 12/04/2025 and paid Rs 2199 for the same. Machine not working from 12/06/2024 but till today not working till the time of writing this mail. Technician saying part not available to machine cannot be repaired. If machine cannot be repaired please refund me Rs 2199 taken for AMC

    Urgent Replace Regarding Faulty RO Membrane

    Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Service,

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of the Aquaguard RO water purifier that I purchased from your company. and i have renew with AMC. after AMC renewal RO membrane chocked within 1 month and after i have raised the issue no response from company so i raised issue frequently after 30 days company replace my RO membrane on 8 may 2024. after replacing this RO membrane Within 40 days, the RO membrane has become severely choked and water flow is reduced and it takes time about 2 hour to full its 6ltr tank and exit flow as it normal, rendering the entire system ineffective.

    Today service engineer visited and check all the parts, said RO membrane become chocked and water flow is reduced. So we are suffering very badly.

    Expectations:

    I expect immediate resolution of this issue.
    Either replace the faulty RO membrane or provide a full refund for the product.

    Action Required:
    Ensure that the replacement part is of high quality and functions correctly.
    I urge you to take this matter seriously and address it urgently. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by the poor service and the subpar product quality. I trust that Eureka Forbes will uphold its reputation and resolve this issue promptly.

      Hi Please note that i have purchased AMC from eureka Forbes on 28 May 2024. I have booked my service on same day. no response till 3rd June 2024 Again, i requested for service visit on 3rd June 2024. till now i have sent so many mail mails and call to them they only give me fake promises that your issue will resolved in 24hrs. and in their web site status comes as person assigned however status not changed from 3rd June 2024 registered number for eureka forbes as : [protected] name : dipika sondarwa Regards, Bhavesh

        In spite of having AMC valid till 23.02.2026, Eureka Forbes Service Centre are not attending. I have share AMC Invoice with Customer Care-[protected], Helpline with many Technician (Mr Vijay Kamra-[protected], Mr Sachin-[protected] and also with Technician who visited on 08.06.2024). Technician in his visit for servicing he cleaned only candle and said that UV light is not working and to be replaced and hence Water Purifier cannot be started. From 08.06.2024 till now I have called number of times to Customer Care Service Care and Helpline for attending Service Request No CM[protected] and WO[protected]. No one has attended still. Further they said that AMC is not there hence no one will come. For fault of not updating by Technician in Eureka Forbes system I am being harassed and without Water Purifier. Eureka Forbes has shown UNPROFESSIONAL attitude in attending Customer.

          Have done a blunder mistake by purchasing a water purifier from such an irresponsible, non customer friendly company.
          I am fed up with their customer care executives as they always make me fool by saying that our team will visit today itself and your complaint has been put on high priority and always regret for the delay. Today i am decided to approach consumer court for their irresponsible attitude towards the customers.

            We have bought an Aquaguard after doing so much market research and believing in the brand, but we have been DISAPPOINTED heavily.
            Purchased an aquaguard nova water filter which is giving trouble every week.
            1st complaint raised on 06th May and technician visited and he changed some component in machine and went.. machine worked only till 19th May.
            2nd complaint raised on 20th May and same technician visited and fixed the machine ... ALSO HE REQUESTED US TO CANCEL THE COMPLAINT WHICH WE HAVE RAISED SINCE THE ISSUE REAPPEARED WITHIN 30 DAYS, SINCE HE STATED THAT IT WILL AFFECT HIS PAY. WE AGREED TO CANCEL THE COMPLAINT AND DONE SO.
            3RD complaint is raised today 2nd June issue we are facing is excessive noise in machine, waste water not flowing out freely as earlier, water TDS is near to 150 which was 55 to 60 when we installed this machine.
            Please provide us a proper resolution or provide us a replacement machine. A buyer should not be penalised with an defective machine.

            AGAIN WE HAVE RECEIVED A VERY WORST SERVICE BY AQUA GUARD, FOR THE BELOW COMPLAINT WE HAVE RECEIVED A CALL from executive and started convincing us in call stating "There is no problem in machine, without checking it in person".

            After coming home, he changed the RO membrane and white colour valve as in the image below.

            Within 3 months of purchase the membrane layer went absolute. while changing the RO membrane part was not replaced with the same type of component or spare. Original RO membrane has some wire attached to it as while the replaced one was white colour and it does not have any wire attached to it. He pulled out the wire from the old one and it was made dummy. That dummy was just suspended in machine idle, if there is no need for such setting then why does it was introduced in machine during initial installation?

            All the hose clips which are found in image 1 were not replaced in the machine, he pulled out everything during reinstallation clips was refixed.

            When we checked the reason for the repetitive issue he stated water in our apartment has some problem, when the sales executive visited our apartment during the sales process, he said Aguaguard nova will be a perfect machine after checking the TDS levels.

            Kitchen was left very messi after the service, water was poured in all places of the kitchen top and also on the floor. refer below image.

            Requesting the appropriate team to respond fast with a replacement machine as this machine was a defective piece and more than all the originality of the machine was spoiled by your executives. if the replacement is not possible please refund the money.

            Note: above all the executive came for service with out screwdriver and i gave him star and minus screwdriver 😃.

              I have aquaguard sure delight nxt ro+uv model in genuine warenty period, i have lodge a complaint to aquaguard that my aquaguard is giving unusaul water test, technicial vesited house told you have to pay price for tds adjuster.Then your aquaguard will be redy, after sevral mail company agredd to fit the extra item with no cost. After fited tds is maintaind but water test is as it before again regesiter to water test is unusual, then aquaguard...

              Robo vaccum cleaner

                  After paying amc amount by online through eureka Forbes app the local dealer did not sending technician to resolve the issue. The dealer says that by paying onilne he will not send the technician immediately and may be it will take 01 month to resolve the issue. Even after repeated complaints also issue not resolved.

                    I Biksham rao santhapuri, bought a product of Eureka Forbes sold by Bajaj electronics named
                    LVAC VOICE PRO VACCUM CLEANING ROBOT on 18/10/2023 invoice no : 1219/23/S-18199
                    For the amount of ₹24000,
                    I raised a complaint on 22/03/2024, complaint id CM[protected] their technician attended on 15/04/2024 and said that need to replace the parts inside. I said ok, but still they not resolved to problem of their product and they are closing the complaints which raised by me and no one responding

                      Non-Service of Water Purifier under AMC

                      I have an active AMC of 3 years from Eureka Forbes for their purifier but hey are not attending despite 10 reminders on phone calls, WhatsApp as well as emails and despite raising it to their grievance officers....

                      I paid Rs 599 for one time maintenance of our water purifier on Feb 18, 2024.

                      I followed up with few calls to send in the representative, I was assured in all calls that someone will visit shortly.

                      However, no one visited so far after so many days.

                      It is really a disgusting service on your part, I demand immediate solution to my problem.

                        I wanted to share this harrowing experience I am having with Eureka Forbes Ltd aquaguard water purifiers.

                        I recently requested for a service of my water purifier and change of filter candles as they were due by calling the customer care of Eureka Forbes. As usual they made me opt for an AMC plan for faster and better service. I went ahead and subscribed for the GOLD AMC they were offering.

                        Post this I first raised the service request (SR) on April 8th 2024 [CM[protected]] through their App and had to escalate it atleast twice by calling the customer care as they were not even assigning my case to any technician. Eventually after repeated calls wonder what happened and I saw my SR was moved to closed status.
                        I had to call the customer care again and raise another SR [CM[protected]] on April 16th 2024. This time they assigned it to some technician. But then the technician said I had to wait for 4-5 days as they did not have inventory for the new filters. Though frustrating I decided to wait patiently.

                        Now its been more than 2 weeks and I still dont have anyone visiting my place and helping me to change the filters.

                        I have been repeatedly dropping emails, calling customer care but everytime I receive the same standard template responses back from them.

                        Not only I have been duped of the AMC money but I literally feel harassed now with the kind of treatment I have received after repeated customer care calls and emails.

                        I really regret my decision to buy a Eureka Forbes Ltd product and on top of it subscribe to their AMC plan. Really pathetic service. Scamsters!!!

                          I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue with my water purifier tap and the unsatisfactory service experience I have encountered.

                          Despite being covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), my water purifier tap has ceased to function properly. Despite multiple complaints, the service person assigned to address this issue has not taken the necessary steps to replace the tap as per the terms of the contract.

                          As a loyal customer who values the quality and reliability o[censored]reka Forbes products and services, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention and resolution to this matter. I rely on my water purifier for safe and clean drinking water, and the current situation is causing inconvenience and frustration.

                          I kindly request your immediate intervention to rectify this issue. I expect the tap to be replaced promptly, as per the terms of the AMC agreement. Additionally, I urge you to review your service procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.

                            I bought aquaguard water purifier 5 yrs back on 2017. now am hving live AMC worth4, 499. valid till dec 24. i raised service request in december 23 after putting AMC, they made me waited 3 months for replacement of motor. now again PCB board problem in purifier. on 15 april24 i raised service request but it still didnt resolved. they even took any further action to solve issue.
                            everytime they r giving poor service. it making me so frustration .

                              Hello, we have an active AMC on our RO+ UV filter (cust id: [protected]). The AMC was renewed recently. About one and a half weeks back the water filter stoppped working, so we raised a complaint with Eureka forbes customer care (complaint id: CM[protected]. A technician visited but was unable to resolve the issue. Customer care repeatedly says thet a technician will visit us but now almost 2 weeks since we raised this issue, it has not been resolved with no clarity from the company or customer care.

                              We are seriously considering legal options given the non performance of AMC and that we have almost 2 more years to go in the AMC.
                              Requesting company management to pls refund AMC value for remainder of the AMC.

                                We bought a new Aquaguard RO water purifier (11 february 2024), upon installation, we observed that the water flow from the tap was very slow.
                                We raised the request on 20th feb 2024 (Service Request no.
                                CM[protected], and soon we came to know, that the tap needed to be changed. The technician assured me that he would return with the new tap which he didnt, soon he stopped picking our calls, he gave us office number as well, they assured us that they have received the mail of new tap and soon the person will come for replacement, which never happened. Every person has been giving us false promise and lying to our face. we then started calling customer care, we reached various service heads who listened to our plight and the very conveniently disconnected he call. This has been happening ever since. Once a service head by the name Ankit assured us that the technician will come the next day, we left all out chores and waited for that man, who never showed up. we again tried reaching Ankit, now he said we will get a call within 48 hours, (WO[protected], which we never received. We dropped a mail as well, on 21st March, but received an automated mail (Ticket no.[protected] and nothing else that too on 23rd March. We have then on 7th April asked them to take their RO back (CM[protected] since it is practically impossible to continue using this RO in such state, and yet to receive a response. It is high time now, I demand compensation for the immense mental harassment that they have caused and take their defective RO back and give me my refund as well. Never expected such pathetic service from such a big company. they are cheating and lying to us on our face, this is completely unacceptable.
