I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received since purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eureka Forbes on 10 January 2025. Despite booking a service on the same day, I have not received any response or service as of 20 January 2025.

I have been diligently following up with your customer service team on a daily basis, but my issue remains unresolved. I have been repeatedly assured that my issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but these promises have not been fulfilled. Additionally, I visited the Manikonda branch listed on your website, only to find that it has not been operational for the past one and a half years. Despite this, the assigned technician has not been changed, and the status of my service request has remained unchanged since 11 January 2025.

It has now been 10 days, and I am still without the service I paid for. As a result, I have been forced to purchase water from outside sources, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable given that I have already paid for AMC service.

I kindly request immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect a prompt response and resolution to my service request.

    I had recently made a purchase from the eureka forbes website for a filter cartage, I contacted the eureka support before making the purchase and confirmed if the product is compatible to my device post which I had made my purchase but after the technician visited he said the product is not compatible with my device aquaguard jazz RO UV MTDS AC, customer id [protected]. I have requested them to replace the product with the compatible component....

    Complaint raised on 26th dec 2024 .not yet resolved

    I have raised a complaint on 26 th Dec 2024 regarding my Aquaguard water purifier is not working. Till now the complaint is not resolved. I have sent many call/mails / request to customer care and mail [protected]@eurekaforbes.com..they replied that technician will come with in 24 hrs.. It's almost 15 days .I have not received any calls from any one..is this the way you are giving service to your customers?.

    I purchased a water softener aws 600 from Eureka Forbes in Washim, Maharashtra on 7/12/2024. The sales order is [protected] and customer code is [protected].However, the product was not installed properly by their team, rendering it unusable. Despite multiple follow-ups requesting either proper installation or a refund, no action has been taken for a month.I have all the mails and proper call recordings with thier customer care team.

    This delay and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I demand an immediate resolution, by providing a full refund. If no action is taken, I will escalate the matter further through legal and consumer protection channels.”

      NOT working aqaugards 7 dec-2024

      We purchased 200 water purifiers from EUREKA ENTERPRISES in Sector 49, Gurgaon, and PVC cards were lost in us, and till now nothing has been done after investigation. COMPLAINT NUMBER CM[protected] and this is on 9th December 2024. OWNERS RAJ PANDAY says that Shiv Mittal will himself do the service, Shiv Mittal says that we do not have any PCV CARD, our AQAGURADS want to be replaced, we are very worried.

      New product robotic vaccum smartclean pro not functioning correctly

      The Robotic Vaccum purchased 3 days back the mopping does not seem to function and the water quantity levels dont seem to work. Also few other features dont seem to work as prescribed like Restricted Area in the Map.

      After raising complaints no one seems to respond and cancel the complaints from backend.

      Service Center guys says Demo person should resolve this if he has not given detailed demo u need to reach...

      I have purchased order number #GKF1K8BJ85690365: Aquaguard Delight NXT RO+UV+UF+MC Aquasaver water purifier on[protected] but I haven't received the water purifier yet.
      I have made several complaints but there is no resolution.
      I have applied for refund but till date I have not received any update on the status of my refund process. I keep getting answer from the online customer support that they have transferred my case...

      Charged me for amc plan and no technician is visiting

      Hello,

      I had called customer care for an enquiry for filter change, and they succeed to hand me over and gold plan AMC mentioned same day I will get service with reference number CM[protected]and after 2 days I took many follow ups and there is no sign of getting service and customer care representative telling there is no option to cancel AMC and get refund back.

      Eureka Forbes is getting worst day by day...

      I renewed the AMC on 24th Nov 24, but no one has visited to install the filters. I raised several complaints, and every time they assure to escalate it for redressal but nothing happens. No one has attended it as yet

      They are even refusing to refund the AMC now.
