I am writing to express my concerns regarding the water filter I purchased from your company, which cost me ₹25, 000. Despite using an external filter to protect the main filter, within a year, a technician informed me that all filters are depleted and need replacement at my expense.
I understand that under an AMC, the filters would be replaced at the company's cost. However, during the warranty period, I am expected to cover these costs, which feels unfair. The filters should last longer, and this issue suggests a problem with the product's durability.
Moreover, the grievance team has been unresponsive, often sending default template messages and assigning technicians who close the requests without proper resolution, as if instructed by the customer.
I request that you either:
Replace the filters at the company’s cost, or
Refund the money for this product, as it has not met the expected quality standards.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court.
