I have booked service for my Aquaguard Water purifier on September 12, 2024 (request No. CM[protected] and the appointment was scheduled for September 13, 2024. I have purchased AMC recently and they are supposed to change the filter during the service. I have called customer care people many times and they have always given fake promises and there is no resolution. I have written a couple of mails to the customer care and they were so irresponsible, they did not even replied to those mails. The technician who was assigned is Mr. Suresh G. V., and each time, when I tried to reach out to him, he promises that he will be visiting on the same day, but no resolution until this date (October 4, 2024). I want my AMC amount back immediately. Also, I am planning to throw this Eureka Forbes product and look for any better products with good customer service.
