I booked a flight that needed to be rescheduled. When asking for options and cost, I was told that reschedule can only be done from the economy class I booked to business class because no economy class ticket was available. I checked their site and noticed that they had economy class tickets available for booking on their site. I asked the customer support personnel why she was not being able to give me economy class options, but she was persistent they were not available. I had requested that she escalate her call to her senior, but she refused to do that also. I travel very frequently nationally and internationally, where I have had to change my booking at times. I have never heard such absurd suggestions and conditions from anyone else. I do not believe this is an airline restriction also, but a problem with goibibo. I would definitely never ever use this site to book anything and will warn any known people of the same.

    #goibibo #cheat #fraud #holidayplanners #vacation #moneylooters I have done my hotel booking in the worst travel agency goibibo. "TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY" play a vital role in looting our money. Im sharing my pathetic experience so that u people beaware of this fraudulent site in future. Due to unavoidable serious issues I cancelled my booking and henceforth they are suppose to refund my 50% money back. But this worst online cheating site has refunded me just Rs 468/- Very much disappointed and frustrated with the answer given by their customer care (care?!!) My humble request is please please dont trust this site for any transactions and never expect ur money back in any case..!!

      Dear Sir/Mam This is for your kind information that we have booked super Deluxe Room in hotel Golden Paradise, Chandigarh for 15th November 2015 for three adults.On arrival to hotel, facilities were not up to expectation.We have following complaints : 1.The room has accommodation only for 2 person 2.we were told to accommodate third person on same bed on which hardly 2 person can sleep 3.On complaining to hotel authorities we were told to cancel the booking at 10:00 PM 4.after making hue and cry they told us that one of has to sleep on ground. 5.Even customer care of goibibo was of no help 6.Gizzer was non functional and we had to bath in chilled water 7.No mosquito repellant was provided Due to your company, all three of could not sleep whole night.We have to appear in examination under unnecessary stress and without any concentration.As a result of which our career stands jeopardized and we were at risk of various diseses. Now we demand: 1.Our money be refunded 2.On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same we have suffered mental trauma, which you are liable to compensate.Secondly you are now called upon to give compensation of Rs 50 00 000 (Rs Fifty Lakh only) for mental trauma, agony, financial stress and harassment . 3.Pay compensation for financial loss/injury/interest suffered due to your negligence in sum of Rs 50 00 000(Rs 50 Lakh) with 12% interest per annum within 15 days of receipt of this notice .Failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and the recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences.         have ben cheated by paying an amount of 96000/- .They are asking my password and user name and deducting the money very cleverely. First the culprit S.Kapadia called me and and he told that I will get an amount of 43000+ 26785 rs bonus, after paying some transaction amount of 15000/-, but till now upto saturday I had paid around 96000/- by giving the username and password. The other culprits are Jhanavi, Shinghania, Rahul, Bhatia from ING Vsya bank. They told that my money will be refunded soon and they are delaying day by day. The phone numbers from which I got the calls are: Kapadia- [protected]/ [protected], , Jhanavi- [protected], shinghania-[protected], rahul-[protected], bhatia- [protected]. These people are cheating me from the past twenty five days and i need to get very huge amount og 1, 66000/- from them. I want to give a police complaint but they are asking me to wait for tomorow upto 1 pm so that my money will be refunded back. I have been very badly cheated by ignorance and belief, please help me in this aspect and ask me to give back my money.           Hello Inconsistent IBIBO TEAM, I booked my round trip bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Dec 4th, After deducting the amount the website shows as Technical Error and I didn't get the tickets either in the Email or Mobile. I had to book another bus tickets as alternative for my travel . I raised 4 critical tickets to the support and team and PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY. This is happening for 2nd time to me and don't know how many like this customer has faced. If i dont get refund, I am thinking to looking for legal options. Because same issue shouldn't happen for CUSTOMERS WHO PAYS FOR EXPECTED SERVICE... -Ravi

            This is regarding rescheduling of my flight booking id- AMD7PIVDR. I had rescheduled my flight from 24th Dec to 16th Dec from Stockholm to New Delhi. For rescheduling the flight, I paid Rs. 11, 221/- using my credit card. There are two transactions for the same amount on 19th Nov. I have collected the details from the credit card deptt. HDFC and they are:- Authorization Code 000115 000277 ARN/TID 75136944324000006595315 70001599 Transaction Date 19-Nov-2014 19-Nov-2014 Transaction Amount in Rs. 11, 221.00 11, 221.00 Transaction Settled Date 20-Nov-2014 20-Nov-2014 I have already spoken with one of your customer support and he had confirmed that goibibo has received just a single payment and hence should ask the credit card deptt. for the reversal. Pls find my conversation with the HDFC credit card division. As they are asking me to talk with the merchant, hence this mail needs to be taken seriously. Request you to give a confirmation from your end validating that one of the above charge was unsuccessful and not received by your end to enable bank investigate further with the concerned member bank for resolution.                     Refund issue: Goibibo booking id : GOBUSd1f[protected] Operator PNR : BHXZJ2 Travels Name: Neelu Travels 1.Bus has been cancelled by the operator. I called him for the confirmation, he said that he is arranging for an alternative bus and I was informed to have a fresh booking against the alternative bus.I said, I am not going for a booking again and asked for refund. He said your refund would be processed by Goibibo.com 2.I have called goibibo n number of times for the refund. They are giving me all colourful replies and testing my patiance.Below are their answers. i.We did not get a confirmation from operator once we get we will process your refund ii.Operator says he arranged for an alternative bus, I again explained them that needs a fresh booking and I don't do that iii.We are trying to the operator through phone and he is not picking the call. Immediately I called the operator and he says, he will approve Goibibo to process your refund.We will try to connect to the operator and get back to after 20/30 mins, But they never turn up. iv. Server is down, we are unable to retrieve your details, we will get back to you in 30mins or by EOD when the system is up. They never turn up. v.Finally, I lost my patience and shouted called more than 4 times in a day and they confirmed me that operator is ready for the refund and it would be processed in 5-6 business days. vii. After a hopeful wait for 10days I contacted them again. They again said alternative bus was arranged.I was shocked, irritated and frustrated.I shouted at them and told to connect to their senior manager.She said Operator not picking call and will get back to you in 30mins.I don't believe their words and in the same way they don't turn up. viii.Losing all my hope on Goibibo, Contacted the operator asking whether you will process my refund through Goibibo or can you transfer to my account or should I come and collect the refund. He clearly said that, he is not supposed to do that and Redbus is his direct partner and he has sent a mail to them, and Redbus should process you refund through Goibibo. It is very clear that Goibibo/Redbus is not processing the refund and providing all irresponsible answers. Poor customer response: 1. Their toll free Customer care never works. 2.1 representative will say one-thing and the other will say one-thing 3.No continuity at all.The representative we spoke first will not update the things in their system and we should start from a, b, c, d, till z. 4. They will say we will get back to you in 20, 30mins or by EOD, but they will never turn up. 5.If we are asking them to drop an email regarding what we spoke they will say they is no such option. 6.No ticket number or complaint number for the complaint we are raising.Worst customer care ever experienced Someone please help me to get back the refund.

                      I ordered a birthday cake for midnight delevery on 26th nov'14 (Product id - 131028) of Rs. 1389 on 26TH Nov'14 through STATE BANK OF INDIA net banking in favor of "ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.". The transaction id for the same is IGOOGCYEH2 The same amount was debited from my account on State Bank A/c on 26th Nov'14. But I didnot get any reply from them.One message received in our phone that this above mention amount deducted from my account which transaction id IGOOGCYEH2.. But till now, I haven't received any response from them regarding the delivery of my product. Money has been deducted from my account but no product was provided by them.                           I made a booking for flight on goibibo which i cancelled. They have not refunded the partial refund of 12379 even after 45 days. I have called them not less than 20 times. I contacted the bank, they said that goibibo has still to do the traction for this partial refund. My booking Id is AMD2Z2GZS. This is fraud. Please resolve it or else i will have to file an FIR for fraud and cheating.

I have requested for a password reset for the goibibo sign in, i have not received that as well. 3.                                   Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. has deducted Rs 1080/- from my State Bank of India(SBI) account without my knowledge or permission. I believe this is an unethical practice. Money has been transferred to two Ref No./Check numbers, given as 3217 and 32173 with over 24 transactions. So I want full refund as soon as possible and complete stop of this type of acts on my bank account.                                       Have made payment on goibibo site with confirmed booking (ref booking id HTLV3UF83J and HTL3ZZMXP5 ) have already made payment but it seems they are still not sure about booking even after making full payment and getting confirmation.. in spite of multiple requests they have not yet reverted back on status ...they said they will give a better hotel...no reply since since last 2 months...after making payment
