On 24.03.2020 at nigh 11:00 o'clock, almost 24 trasanction amounting rs. 4706/- was done by some google *octro. I have not done these transactions. Just then i received a call from hdfc bank asking whether i did these trasanction or not. I said no. I card got blocked instantly.

For refund of my debited amount i called several time to customer care of hdfc bank. They say recovery team will contanct within 2 days but no body...

This is reference to policy no: 17645708 and 17634462. I wish to inform you that i had purchased both two policies (First[protected] hdfc life super saving plan 20/05/2015) and (Second[protected] hdfc sl progrowth super ii 26/05/2015), which both have lock in period of 2 years from date of issued as per your employee. Same has been expired on 26/05/2018. I was unable to pay the premium, contacted the your chandigarh office and send many emails...

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 1st february, 2020 in apple store logix mall, noida, sector -32. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked to store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I was supposed to receive the cashback of 6000 inr for porchasing iphone 11. I purchased the item on[protected] and as per the policy of bank cashback was supposed to be credited within 120 days from the last day of transactional month. Its been 125 days now and still i haven’t received the cashback. This is not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed bank....

Hi, i'm abdur rahaman, i couldn't receive my credit card is ending with 0908 because at the time of delivery of card the delivery address was remain closed due to lockdown and my credit card was returned but now the same address is open and i am available there. So, please tell me that what can i do to get my credit card again. Please solve this query as early as possible....

Hello hdfc team,
I have applied for emi moratorium for loan a/c[protected] and for loan a/c[protected] on[protected]. For the months june to august.

But you have rejected my extension for moratorium why...

As per guidelines of rbi emi moratorium it is extended from 3 months to 6 months it is clearly mentioned by rbi.

Please do needful immediately

I have bought my iphone11 as on 29th jan 2020 by using hdfc credit credit, at the time of purchase there was an offer of cash back amount to rs 5800/- with in 120 days from the date of purchase. I didn’t receive anything time date.

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer...

Hello myself ashish bohra. I have bought a product (Iphone xr) from your card on january 31, 2020 from which has an offer of ₹5000 cashback on your reputed debit and credit card with a time period of 120 days. The time limit has exceeded and still there is no cashback recieved.
