Its been 90 days of purchased iphone 11, hdfc bank has 6000 cashback on purchase of iphone 11 but i have not received any cashback...

HDFC Bank iphone 11 cashback not received

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 03/01/2020 in Panipat haryana. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in seller, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I phone cashback not received

Hi I have purchased an i phone 11 in january but till date my cashback is not credited . Which was to be credited within 120 days .I have been trying to call the customer care but its shutdown from last 3 months now and nowhere to reach for this complaint.

I have already mailed the support id but its been over a month no response is been given.
Kindly let me when will I receive it.

I had purchased an iPhone 11 on 10th February, 2020 and it’s been over 120 days of the purchase and I haven’t received ₹6000 which I was entitled to as per their scheme....

MCTF ATM Transaction

Sir 10000 deduct (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from my account on 10-june-2020. Info: mctf atw 10/06/2020 from my account.
I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 10000rs. On 10/06/2020. At that time 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
How is this possible.br...

cashback not received

I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 5th january 2020. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible...

otp not received in email

Have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i dont have the debit card.

2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dont know why is it happening. Why hdfc bank is incapable in this matter in the present modern world!...

Misuse of my credit card

with reference to above my credit card is misused between 26/05/2020 and 09/06/2020. I came to know about it only on 9/06/2020 evening when I received a message that a transaction of Rs 4000/- has been done on PAyTM by using my card details. When i enquired on the given tollfree no they informed me that transaction were done regularly by using my card details but during this period i neither received any OTP or message mentioning...

cashback related issues

Had purchased iphone 11 pro from croma store on 29th feb 2020 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme, just lemme know how best i can go ahead to resolve this issue....

delay in hdfc bank fastag delivery

I applied for hdfc bank fastag on 21 may 2020 and my wallet got created on 28th may 2020 but still i am waiting for my fastag delivery.

I choose hdfc bank fastag because of my trust in hdfc brand but unfortunately as a customer i am loosing faith in the brand because of this tremendous delay.

I tried to call 6-7 times on your customer care but every time either i am getting excuses like system not working or...

It is very much painful to explain that my fastag replacement request had been not completed in 3 months later i said to surrender and refund the amount it is almost 4 months of surrender fastag but refund i have not received

cash back not received

I have purchased iphone 11 from poorvika mobiles, kanthanchanvadi, chennai on 31/01/2020 using my hdfc bank credit card. I have been notified about an offer of 6000 inr cash back after 120 days of last day of transaction month. Now, the date have been crossed, but no cash back have been added into my account. Requesting relevant person to have a look into this and do the needful....
