Seriously do you think people have funds to pay loans? What does moratorium mean when one is literally struggling to bring food on the table. I’m a member of your bank and i have no job hence no funds to pay my loans and credit cards. Cash back offer

I bought iphone 11 on 5 feb 2020. I havent received the cash back till now.

I have purchased iphone 11 via hdfc cashback scheme. They promised to disburse the cashback within 120 days.

But 120 days have passed and no cashback was received....

Credit card statements compromise

Hdfc is guilty of sending my credit card statements and submitting them in the hands of a third party despite beingf aware of my address change.

They then proceeded to charge me pealty and interest for not paying credit card dues, despite their fault in not giving me thee credit card statements.

On complaint, they sent me the credit cart proof of delviery which shows that hdfc submitted my personal details and...

Cash back not received

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 03/01/2020 As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

HDFC Bank credit card undelivered

I had applied for a credit card though hdfc bank few months ago, meanwhile hdfc couldn't send me the card due to covod - 19 lockdowm. The delivery address was my office address,

Last month hdfc had send it to me through blue dart courier to my office, the awb no. For my card was - [protected]

It has not been delivered to me as due to the coronavirus outbreak my office is still closed. Kindly look into this matter...

Deduction of money without my knowledge

Late fees and financial charges wrongly charged

emi deducted twice, no response from bank

I have a personal loan with hdfc, loan act # 7803614 where i have been charged emi for april 2020 twice and i have been requesting bank to credit back the over payment of rs 17, 447.00 but no help.

Its been almost 3 months that my money has been laying to bank and i am loosing interest on it.

Cashback not received

Hi,

I have a hdfc credit card and had purchaed a jio broadband subscriptions worth 6000 rs where the offer stated that i would recieve a 10% cashback if i used hdfc credit card.. I had purchased the subscription in dec 2019, but still have not recieved the cashback of 600 rs.. Its been 180 days since..

Please solve it immediately as rs 600 is also very valuable to me as i am paying loans to hdfc credit card.....

hdfc credit card charges - fraud or something phishy?

I always used to pay the minimum balance due of my hdfc credit card.

For the month of jun 2020, my minimum amount due is too high though i have not used my credit card at all for last three four months and i found the below charges under transactions in my statement for the month of may 2020:
