apple iphone 11 (128gb) cashback still not received

I had purchased apple iphone 11 (128gb) on 11/01/2020 using hdfc bank debit card and was eligible for a cash back of inr 6000/-. As per offer, cashback amount was supposed to be credited within 120 days from purchase but i haven't yet received it. Kindly help to resolve this issue....

Not received cashback of rs 6000 on iphone 11

I have purchased an Iphone 11 on 28th january 2020 using hdfc debit card on hdfc bank’s offer 6000rs cashback using its debit card.

According to bank’s condition, cashback must be deposited in tha account within 120 days from the date of purchase, but i haven’t received cashback even after 120 days.

For the reference, i m attaching the receipt of payment.

Please resolve my query as soon as...

Facing issues in moratorium

Address: a92 chanakaya place street no 16 ,25 feet road janakpuri 110059

I have multiple loans with hdfc bank including one auto loan, one personal loan, one insta loan on my credit card and i have one joint account with my mother in hdfc on which i have a jumbo loan. I have applied moratorium for all 4 loans in april for the same i have received a confirmation from hdfc bank on my registered email id (April 3)

Cash back not received

I have bought iphone 11 on 23 jan 20 using hdfc bank credit card. Till now i have not received any cash back even after 120 days.
I tried to talk to hdfc credit card customer care but no one is attending the call. I also tried to talk with bank representatives but they are not able to help me. Please do the needful.

fraud transaction

Hi there,

I today purchased an item from ebay using from hdfc forex card... Unfortunately the seller account was compromised so i would not be receiving the item i paid money for...

The transaction is currently in pending state... Please help it not getting settled or file a chargeback...

Reply asap... £400 at stake....
