not receiving otp on my international number

I am staying for a longer period abroad
However not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries and failed transactions.
This is happening from two days. I had the last OTP received on Apr 12 after that I did not receive any OTP. Could you check why?...

account is locked

I want to unblock my account.
Dur to some unauthorised transactions, i had to block my hdfc bank account.
The customer care executive says to get it done at the nearest hdfc bank and the bank says to get it done by the customer care.
I have called the customer care several times and all they do is transfer them, put the call on hold and eventually the hung up without resolving the issue.
How am i supposed to...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased an apple product on 30th of December 2019 using HDFC Debit Card.
As per the scheme I was supposed to get the cashback within 120 days of purchase worth Rs. 5000/-
It’s almost been more than 150 days kindly address the issue as soon as possible.

regarding cash back on iphone 11

My main concern is I bought iPhone 11, on credit card with sceme of 6000 cash back, I dint received any cash back which was said to me in 120 days, you will get an EMI of 5650 but still you guys deducted 11650, I am really very disappointed by your service, I use to think you are the one with standards very first Time I used your service...

I bought iPhone from iPearl Ahemdabad it’s more than 120 days still they have not reverted any cash back, and they said 4th instalment will be of 5650 but still 11, 650 they have deducted...

hdfc credit card amazon fraud

Hi HDFC Bank Support Team,

Recently I got a message from HDFC saying that Rs. 199.00 was deducted from my account. This transaction happened without my knowledge.
Below is the message which I received.

"ALERT:Rs.199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx9970 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:19:12:31 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected]."

Could you please look into this issue and refund my money...

Since last mg time, i have update my contact details but till now my number is not updated in hdfc koregaon park pune branch. imposing bouncing charges in lockdown period

Dear sir,

I request you to please take necessary action as hdfc bank imposed me bouncing charges in lockdown period despite of taking moratorium. My home loan emi presented in hdfc and in april 2020 i applied the moratorium in sbfc where my loan is running but 590 two times charges deducted my hdfc.

Please help me in this

cashback not received

I made a purchase in the month of December 2019 of iphone 11 and during that time there was an offer going on if you make payment via hdfc card you will get a cashback of ₹6000 within 3months of purchase. And i have not received that yet. Check at earliest.Its been so late already and i ve tried to mail many a times but no reply...

I have bought my iphonexr with hdfc bank debit card on 25/10/2019 in mgf mall, imagine store, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. deduction of rs 129/- for amazon1258399

Address: Indian Bank, 15-15 Main Road Himayatnagar Hyderabad 500029

On 15th day of every month rs 129/- has been deducted towards amazon 1258399 for past 8 to 9 months where as i donot have amazon account. Further, i have not given any standing instruction to deduct rs 129/- every month from my credit card [protected]. So kindly arrange to stop deduction from my card ending 1065. Thank you.

iphone 11 cashback not received

I have purchased an iphone 11 128 GB from imagine store at mgf metropolitian mall, m g road, gurgaon on 03 Dec 2019 and i am eligible for the 6000 rupees cashback after 120 days from the last date of Transaction month.
It has been more than 120+ days now and i have not received any cashback.
Kindly credit my cashback asap....
