I have pay electricity bill on amazon but it was unsuccessful they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received message on amazon that - my refund on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3925 for rs. 1234.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account in a month

Good morning respected faulty. The hdfc bank has put hold my fund of rs17.70 as mirirevenue hold through gefu. I want to know why my fund to be hold through gefu and before it hdfc debit my fund of 563rs from my account. I want to know particular reason to debit my funds.

I had issued a credit card request one month back and next day documents had been collected from me. Since then every week some or the other additional documents are required by them. It seems they just can't get it right the first time. It is annoying and irritating as the purpose for which i required the credit card was quite urgent but hdfc has no respect for that....

I was sold an hdfc regalia first credit card on the pretext that it was a lifetime free card by an phone agent (Ms. Sathya). She insisted that i won't have to register for smartpay or any such thing, that i automatically qualified for the lifetime free offer. After i received the card i came to know that it wasn't and that i should register for smartpay to convert it to a lifetime free card. I escalated the issue but the escalation team neither...

I had done transaction in Aug 2019 at Allen Solly Aundh Pune . There was an offer going on for 10% cashback. But i have not received till date . Your customer care is useless as it wont give option to contact your operator .

It is a long one and happened in 2017 but please bear with me.

With due respect, i would like to tell you that hdfc bank has taken a toll over my financial health as well as mental health owing to a series of issues with the bank and misbehavior by the hdfc bank officials from various departments.

As usual, i initiated 2 transactions from my credit card to load payment to my payzapp account. Unfortunately, the amount is debited from my credit card but not loaded into my payzapp account. How many days it will take to refund the same? Also, there is no instructions in such cases and this is not at all user-friendly.
Please do the needful and refund the amount urgently.

Irctc e ticked booked and made payment through bhim sbi upi payment, amount deducted and ticket not booked

Hdfc bank received the amount rs 528.68/- on 16/10/19 from sbi through bhim sbi upi payment and was successful for irctc e - ticket booking and ticket is not booked for me due to hdfc bank delay.

So i request you to refund the amount as early as possible

I would strongly recommend this unique customer experience from hdfc bank whoever is in search of getting a fasttag :)

I went through two iterations to get the fastag and and the outstanding service from hdfc bank goes as below.

2. I got an application acknowledge email saying i will get the fast tag...

There are no active credit cards for my account. However, the bank has made rs.524 as ' hold on funds' and deducted that amount from my salary account.

We need to know the reason why they have deducted the amount, though the credit card is in an inactive status and not generated the pin as well as no transaction from the same card. I have visited the credit card branch in richmond road and contacted customer care also, but...
