Worst roadside assistance service (RSA) ever.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm using a brand new Hyundai Venue DCT 1.0 Turbo car since 2 months. on 20th June 2022 there is an incident happened with my car. such as the three tires of my car were stolen. I ask the roadside assistance service for towing the car at around 9: am and narrate all about the incidents.But, no one is willing to solve my problem. instead of that they pressurize me to arrange all the tires or literally said they...

ECM failure in i10

I have purchased Hyundai i10 in 2009 at Tirupati in the name of my daughter bearing reg number AP 03 AK 2357.As on today it ran on road nearly 47000 Kms.
But recently my car stopped on the way to Banglore.When got checked by it’s Machenic, he said that it was due to ECM
Problem.

RC smart card not received

I have purchased a Hyundai i20 on dated 27.07.2001. but until now did not get my original RC book which is supposed to be delivered me after 45 days. When I contacted the showroom I have been told that they are not issuing RC book smart card. Only soft copy downloaded from website has been provided. I request you kindly help me getting RC book in original smart card.

I need car invoice

I purchased Hyundai i20 car in Ludhiana(Punjab) in 2013, now I moved to my native Karnataka (Bellary district) and I like to change the car registration from Punjab to Karnataka, I got NOC from Punjab but in Karnataka they are asking car invoice also.

I don’t remember whether I received car invoice at the time of purchase or not, but right now I don’t have it.

Not providing parts on time

No delivery of my new car

Getting no information about my booked car

Creta Complain

This is to draw your attention towards my creta having registration number BR01EB0613 & VIN number MALC381ULJM498248 PURCHASE DATE 02/01/2019 covered only 74000 Km. Now my vehicle is in authorized service center after break down. They have reported that engine & turbo has broken down . Now the question is how in such a short period it has happened, inspite of the fact that services have been done in Hyundai authorized service center only....

Hyundai i20 Nline fuel pump issue

Suddenly my i20 nline doesn't start so roadside assistance towed the vehicle to nearest service station. Service center told me that your vehicle fuel pump is not working. How come this issue came in new car. I invested lots of money in this car and within 2 months of purchase, fuel pump got damaged. This is very bad service by hyundai. I20 NLine N8 DCT Delayed-Pavan Hyundai Kanakapura

Hi Hyundai Grievance Team,

I have booked an i20 NLine N8 DCT Polar White on April 2nd 2022 at Pavan Hyundai Kanakapura branch Bangalore. I was assured and promised that the car will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Its been 11 weeks and dealership has still not received the VIN allotment. As a customer is this is very disappointing. This raises questions either on the dealership or on the logistics department of the factory....

Paint peeling issue in my i20 car

I am facing the problem related to paint, as the paint of of my i20 started peeling. Paint is Peeling off on a on my 5 Year old Hyundai i20 car. As per the information available it appears to be a manufacturing defect by the company.
