I bought Hyundai Creta on April 2021, i used to fill fuel only at HP bunk. My car was due on second service, so i'd given for the second service. Post completion of second service, i took my car from the service center and drove it for only 40 kms, unfortunately my car was broke down, then arranged for TOW and they took my car to service center, the service center person isolated the fault at fuel pump. I would like to bring your attention to the malpractice of M/s Captial hyundai, which is affecting your brand value.
First of all they force customer to purchase the accessories package which includes anti rust coating and teflon coatings (4 nos each). I purchased creta in april 2021 from Marudhara hyundai Jhunjhunjhu Rajasthan. within 4-5 month the front tyre has started cracking from several parts.it has various deep spots on outside the landing area i visited Hyundai center they removed the tyre and saying we will send it to apollo service center.it has already 6-7 days the tyre is still at Hyundai center.my car is standing at service center but no one is listening...
