He said within a month you will get cng endorsement done on rc date of car delivery.

But now it's 6 month gone but no one giving resolution from koncept hyundai and hyundai india.

Now we have changed our mind and will not buy now.
We have requested for refund of the booking charges deducting the charges. But it has been more than 3 months and have not received it. When we try to contact the dealer they keep on postponing it.

This is not a complaint but it is request. I could not get the service of my vehicle within the stipulated period judged the guidelines i was in impression that the 24 months limit is still on and could not monitor the limit of kms and i run vehicle by 34000kms against the limit of 20000 kms.
Moreover, due to this corona problem everything gone out of mind.
