On 10th december. I was supposed to travel from pune to bangalore via bus which was booked using go-ibibo. Bus operator was komitla. Bus was scheduled to reach pune at 4:20pm. I called go ibibo at 3:35pm in order to know about any delay. But was informed that the bus is on time and would reach boarding point by 4:20pm. At 5 pm after repetitive calls from my side to the operator as well as to the goibibo representative, i was informed that bus had an accident in between so, the service has been revoked by the operator. I had an exhaustive talk with go ibibo representative (Salman) right after this information and i insisted him to please provide me with any document that do confirm the cancellation was because of accident. One more reason why i doubt service provider intention is because i didn't receive any message regarding the bus number which people do receive an hour or 2 before your departure time.
I lodged a complain at "support @yatragenie.com"as well as on goibibo, insisting them to provide me with document that do certify the reason for cancellation was accident. Finally i received a reply from yatragenie that "we won't be able to provide you with any document i. E fir or photo of accident of bus". Whereas from goibibo after complaining it for 2 times i received message stating that"as per the investigation done with the operator, stated that operator has informed to the customer regarding the accident in the morning on the date of journey itself, operator doesn't have accident images and fir copy to share".
Now as per above story points that could be outlined are as follows:
1) why didn't operator informed me about the incident prior and had sent a message on my number at 5pm. (Received message after calling n number of times.)
2) if bus had an accident on it's way from mumbai to pune (Quoted as per conversation with goibibo representative - salman as well as with operator), then how come goibibo says that after investigation operator claims to have sent an intimation of cancellation right in the morning.
3) considering bus had an accident, owner or operator would claim for an insurance, and insurance can not be claimed without fir. Then why operator's as well as goibibo we're not able to provide me with fir copy.
4) what sort of investigation did goibibo performed right after the cancellation in order to understand why bus service was cancelled. Who would bear the liability. Is refund of money is the solution for this issue.

All the above incidents we're recorded at operator as well as go-ibibo's end telephonically as well as i have all trailing mails to prove above incident. Both could be used for verification purpose.

Meanwhile, As per our findings, Bus Operator only have to provide the FIR copy as per the confirmation of Bus accident from them, but there could be two possibilities, one they could have filed FIR and other they would have settled without it,

You are requested to share your expectation if Bus Operator has settled it without any FIR so that we can further cascade this accordingly.

If you'll read above allegation carefully you will find that as per bus operator he did informed me on the day of travel in the morning about the cancellation. Whereas how is it possible if bus had an accident on it's way to pune, which was scheduled to reach Pune by 4:20pm.complete fake.
I have already lodged a complain to sue both operator as well as e commerce companies i.e goibibo who indeed do casual investigation to know the deep root reason and than let consumer suffer.

    I booked hotel in hotel grand kashmir for four nights from 27 dec to 31 december.. Before booking i called up the hotel facilities to ask for the facility provided. They commited for 24 hour power supply, supply of room blower, dinner and breakfast.. But when i cheked in to the hotel i faced many problems in hotel like no power, no blower provided and also dinner and breakfast was cheap. The temperature was in minus when i visited there.

        not able to use gocash amount

        I have booked a hotel from goibibo and earn some gocash around 6k. When i am trying to use this gocash i got only 84 rs by saying this according to t&c you can use only 84 rs not full amount.

        It looks to me that goibibo was not fair about its promotional offers.

        During the booking i did not receive any link which tells about t & c.
        I am feeling cheated as amount shown in account user can not able to use...

        At the time of booking they dont provide proper information i book ticket from riga to delhi and delhi to riga and now i am in india so i want to residual my return flight but now they said its not changeable ticket at the time they didn't tell these kind of thing now they said its airline rule and airline said its your booking partner side issue..           Its really big cheating with customers by goibibo i did lot of bookings with ur company never face issue like this before on 24th i did cancel from my mobile got one time password even its show the refund amount as well and after few mins i checked grey colour showing refund under process now next day i checked it is showing booking confirmed then i called ur customer support after having conversation with them 4 to 5 times in day they only said wait wait we are raising refund for ur concern department will call u till date nothing happens this really very annoyed situation for me booking id htlg2b78k2 i want my money back the refund amount i also remember when i cancelled the booking as well 90 gocash and rest 4800 rs in bank but this is clear cheating you are thinking i am free to call u about same thing again and again

            I booked the international flights ticket on 8th november 2017 for del to melbourne (2 passenger) through goibibo web site of inr 107786.00 on refundable basis. Further due to error of goibibo, they charged inr 10000 for me to confirm my ticket. Further due to change in in program i request cancellation from goibibo as my ticket booked on refundable basis. Now till date i didn't received any refund from goibibo, however i made several requests on website to know my refund status but no update about my refund.

            Even after so many requests no assurance or dãte of refund provided by goibibo.

            Please suggest how i can get my refund which is approx 90000.

              1. Hotel rooms were booked through goibio website and full payment rs 16464/-.

              2. Confirmation of booking and payment receipt was received. Booking id : htlkwf93ay.

              3. But after reaching the designated hotel the rooms were not provided and no alternate arrangements were also made. My entire family with ladies, senior citizens and children were left to suffer. Due to peak season all hotels were either fully occupied or rents were hiked double or triple times.

              4. I had to find a mediocre hotel after paying an exorbitant amount.

              5. For this mental agony and harassment these agencies should be severely punished.

                On filing this complaint with trujet, i got the following reply.
                Thank you for your valuable feedback. We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience experienced by you as a result of the cancellation of flight. We had to unfortunately cancel the flight due to unforeseen operational reasons.in this regard we have processed full refund amount of rs. 2895/- as on 26th november 2017. However since the booking was done through goibibo, we request you to kindly contact them directly for the refund amount. Please find the transaction details for your reference.
                So request you to please refund the above said amount, at the earliest

                  I faced the same issue on August 5, 2019. I think we have to take this to consumer court.
                  Some large scale fraudulence is going behind the screen.
                  I had tried to pay my Airtel landline bill payment through ibibo web Pvt ltd, amount of 1295.64 rs. was debited from my account and Bill payment got failed. This happens on 25th March 2021 and I haven’t got refund yet. Let me know when and how can I get back my money. Ref. No.[protected].

                    I had cancelled flight ticket and even after 20 days, amount has not been credited to my account. When i call the customer care they say, it would require another 5-10 days to refund my money. Its totally their fault for not refunding the amount on time and putting the customer to suffer. Infact the agent failed to give proper reason for not crediting the amount in time. This is not the first time i am facing this kind of issue with goibibo. The agent also tries to cross sell the ibibo cash, instead of giving my money back. This is totally misleading the innocent customers. Please take action on this.

                      I gave you my hard earned money i.e 65OOO for which yoy guys havent give me an service

                        I have booked hotel on dated 16th dec 2017 to 17th dec 2017 in hotel sagar ratna ladghar, dapoli, maharashtra and they have provided me with different hotel 11 kms away from my actual location hotel name konkan beach home stay. We haven't done check in and they haven't refunded money back. I have requested them for many times still they have not helped us. I will provide you with the complaint mails. I have paid them around rs.2748/- including my goibibo cash, but they have provided me with invoice amount of rs.3540/- see the cheating they do. I need justice.

                          On 11th december 2017
                          I booked hotel good luck delhi from goibibo
                          When i tried booking hotel my payment deducted but booking not confirmed.
                          Again i tried to confirm the booking but again the amount got deducted.
                          Now, when i checked my bank statement it shows that my payment got deducted of rupees 2, 014 rs in total
                          1007 one time
                          And again 1007 so in total 2, 014 rs deducted
                          When i called goibibo customer care they said you will get the refund in 24 to 48 hours
                          Also i have shared bank statement with goibibo
                          But no response from their end.
                          Kindly please check goibibo people are doing fraud
                          They are not even responding on calls and very rude behavior with customers

                          My pnr is VRTS6U, the flight got cancelled and I got a mail from company to send bank details, ur executive told me just ignore the mail the money will b refunded to me in 5 to 14 working days, it's a month I have yet not received the money.

                            A booking was made for hotel president in vadodara, gujrat through goibibo on 4th dec 2017 for check-in date on 5th dec 2017 till 8th dec 2017 for a super deluxe room. (Booking id - htlz3hcxhr)
                            When we went to the hotel, the hotel staff said that the booking was cancelled from our side, while we never cancelled the booking otherwise we would not have gone to the hotel in the first place. The amount for the booking which was rs. 10, 356 was also deducted from the account.
                            When we called the goibibo executive, he said that one of their staff named vimal received a call from our side for cancellation. The question is, how can they cancel a booking without properly confirming who the caller is and whether he is authorized to cancel or not? Atleast they should cross check it. The executive also failed to provide any relevant cancellation details and any information about this vimal guy and from which number he recieved the call. This is so unprofessional of the goibibo customer care staff.
                            This is clearly a technical mistake from goibibo's side. And if they are clear on their side, they should provide us with the number the call came from so that we can verify it.
                            This carelessness of goibibo was very inconvenient to us both physically (As we had to go searching for another hotel that day) and monetarily (As the booking was not non-refundable and it was a total waste of money).

                            Yes, but you should at least check who is cancelling, we did not even receive any cancellation message. And give us the details of the guy who cancelled and the number from which booking was cancelled.

                              I booked 2 classic non ac room for 4 member who were on religiois tour to south india in all season guest house in trivendrum frpm 14/12/2017 to 17/12/2017.

                              On checking in on 14/12/2017 at 10:30 pm after travelling 60 ht train joirney from delhi to trivendrum, this hotel said that rooms are not available at forced to stay in a 3 bed single room.

                              We paid in advanced.. And we got cheated.. Take action as soon as possible and refundmy money otherwise i will sue goibibo in consumer forum.

                                If till tomorrow afternoon at 3pm if you didn’t clear my issue i:e final decision that you refunding my amount or you modifying my date frm 28dec 2017 to 3rd jan 2018 if it is not cleared till tomorrow 3pm afternoon then get ready to face legal notice from me. I have all the evidence of mail i am mailing u since 1 week and begging u for the reply. So tomorrow till 3pm then i will file a legal notice to goibibo becus ur executive fooled me they said to cancel the airlines tickets as i did i sended them the evidence of refund from airlines but still goibibo team is not refunding my amount or modifying my dates.

                                  I am in urgent need of help
                                  I have booked a hotel from go ibibo - in singapore (Robertson quay hotel) from 23rd nov - 29th nov and due to some error november month was selected instead of december
                                  I immediately need my refund or a stay arrangement as i cant afford to book a new hotel again

                                  I was going to singapore for some medical reason

                                  I also requested to the hotel directly and to goibibo managment also but al my effort were in vein
                                  I was even ready to pay 15-20 k extra but they were so rude to me

                                  They are not refunding my hard earn money which is rs 65000
                                  They even dint provide the service for which i paid 65k

                                  I need a refund in any case

                                  First of all I never got the solution from your company
                                  It is now Go ibibibo responsibility to give my hard earn money back.
                                  You guys have taken commission on this booking without even giving me the services
                                  Day and night I am calling your customer care but no body is responding on my concern.
                                  I was even ready to pay the differential amount but all my efforts were in vein
                                  I am even ready to take the partial amount because it matters a lot for me.

                                  Go ibibo have to pay my money back, even the five or seven star hotel around the world would have amended my dates of booking.

                                  I will fight till I am not getting any solution

For this purchase rs 144295 deduct my vijaya bank account. But bitcoin not reflect in my unocoin user i'd 21928. Bank says transaction is successful and unocoin support team says amount not receive. Because payment gateway is you so amount refund in my account at your end.

                                      This is regarding the booking i made for my mother, mrs shelly hans though goibibo on 4/13/17 for goa to bhubaneshwar, travel date 28/12/17.
                                      The experience i had after the booking was a nightmare, when i made the booking it displayed a connecting flight but on confirmation with the airline, they claimed that it's not a connecting flight but goibibo has tried to make it into a connecting flight on its own free will. It's not connecting, i'm suppose to check in and check out my luggage twice and what goibibo has done is that they have tried to make it connecting, where as they are two different flights, and this is clearly not what a connecting flight means. Goibibo group has accepted the same in me e-mail conversation. I mailed then but they just started wasting my time by assigning multiple (10-12) agents for one issue.
                                      They promised me and charged me 9000 for a connecting flight but delivered something completely different, and trust me my claim is not baseless, i have all the proof and basis for my claim. Ultimately when i had no choice i had to cancel my ticket and i am now getting a refund of only 1400rs out of the total amount paid, they have harrased me both mentally and economically. Please do something about them, i am helpless
