My wife had booked 4 days in 4 points sheraton hotel, dubai from goibibo from 9th to 13th sep 2017. Since she was taken ill her doctor advised not to travel from mumbai to dubai. I have made a payment to ignou on 17/09/2017 from my union bank of india a/c. [protected] for rs. 480 regarding payment of exam fees for my grand daughter in ignou portal.

The transaction failed but the payment was captured in my account as e pay to: ibibo web pvt ltd for rs. 480/- which reflects as debited to my bank account. My bank also send me massage regarding the payment.

Kindly look in to the matter...

• goibibo had the option to charge the customer a nominal void charge of just inr 350 and then rebook by paying the fare difference. This option wasn’t given until after the ‘void and rebook’ sla, precisely when i spoke to a representative at 1230am the night the booking was made

Ticket that i'm referring here is pnr-s98gtv. My son who is 2.5 years old couldn't travel along as he was sick, i have provided all the documents to the email addressed provided by goibio and also by indigo. I had triparty calls with goibio and indigo thrice almost for an hour.
I was told that the amount would credited and so far there wasn't any communication from either side.

Goibio delayed in response at every level. I have to call so many time and still not resolve the issue.
Rep said manager forgot to approve the refund and gocash amount.
Now they need more time.
Because of their delay to contact airlines, no call back, and fake promises flight priced has increased to 18000 from 7000.
I want them to pay for my ticket now as it was their fault to resolve the concern on time....

I made 2 tickets of air india for the sector delhi - london through goibibo website on 20/06/2017.
One with pnr hdhp7 (Return ticket del-lhr & lhr-del) and other with pnr jjczt (One way lhr-del).
In between the month of july government announced that udf will be refunded back for the tickets purchased before 7 july 2017.

I cancelled booking htl7jhyec which was of amount 43000+ and initially goibibo refunded 9700+ amount which is part of my initial cancellation for 1 day and post that i cancelled whole booking and their call center confirmed i'll get full refund through mail of amount 34080. The company send a mail on 31st july informing amount 34080 will be refunded in 5-14 working days but still they have not initiated refund. Whenever i called their helpdesk...

I tried to book a ticket from goibibo site and the money got deducted from my card and they said booking is under process and will confirm booking in 30 min. After 90 min an executive calls and says sorry sir tickets are full in that flight and asked me to pay the difference amount of the alternative flight i asked.. And finally as mine was business trip they canceled my booking and initiated refund. Because of them i paid almost 4k more.....

Hi,
I booked blue pearl hotel from goibibo for 12 august to 15 august. All i booked was standard room where it was nowhere mentioned that the room is not ac.

After reaching hotel i got to know that the room i have booked is without ac. Called goibibo but got no support and ultimately had to pay 1000rs extra for ac.

Kindly note: in goibibo, in hotel blue pearl it is not mentioned in any room that the room...

Hi,

I have not booked the ticket for Mumbai to Bhopal flight on 31 August 2017 for Jet Airways, 5:55 am. Instead I was booking it for 31 August 2017 19:40 pm for Air India flight from Mumbai to Bhopal. I have no clue why goibibo confirmed the ticket for 5:55 am.

Also, I raised a complaint for the same but did not receive a positive response.
