I am a customer with ICICIpulife, holding some policies, for smart kids and for Lifetime super. Through the web access I was not able to access all the policies. Therefore, I have registered for the same twice, (Req. ID. CRD43215, CRD43216, once I did not note the request ID). Then thrice I have contacted through mail. Twice they have given me the new pass words, but still the condition is the same. The two policies...
