Hi team,

I made auto debit option (7th of every month) for my uti mutual fund purchase on sip basis on icici bank account on kondhwa branch. Normally when i want to purchase mutual funds i will keep amount on my account other wise i willn't keep amount on 7th day of the month. On 7th mar'2020 i didn't kept amount, due to that month i don't want to buy mutual funds. Later i when i kept amount on my account. Icici bank debited rs.590 on 13th mar 2020 as a check bounce charges. Please let me know is it correct, purchase of mutual funds are my wish only right.

    My saving account has charges deducted 590/- sadly the company has not been receiving my call for clarification
    My EMI which usually gets paid on 3rd was paid by debit card and Auto debit on time. Atleast the bank should have courtesy to clarify the charges and not just deduct hard money for fun

      I am shivshankar prajapati. I am holding a salary account in icici bank. I noticed some charge in the amount, so i checked my icici bank statement and found continues deductions of rs 100 with the description of iprugtp-nca-sr*-si without any prior information.

      I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter or by sms.

      Please look in to this. Kindly help me in getting my money back to my account.

        I have never ask for the activation of one assist plan for my card. However it has been activated without my knowledge. I don’t want it and I want to deactivate it. I try calling the icici customer care number but it is of no help since it’s only pre recorded voice.

              I opened a savings account with ICICI during 2014 after completing my graduation and I have not requested for any demat account. They kept adding Annual maintenance charges and send one email once in a year which I didn't pay attention.

              I never logged into my demat account nor I know my demat account number nor I purchased any equity shares but now it became 3800 Rs which I should pay with out my mistake.

              This is really cheating people.Please help me on this.

                Hi,

                Why there is deduction from my account nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adblde

                This has happened mutiple times.

                I already lost 3000 rupees.

                Revert my money back and let me know why this is.

                I already raised this complaint a month ago.

                No proper response.

                I am going to apply banking ombudsman.

                  I got money debited this month from my icici saving account which is my salary account with remark "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~~ccc33cf". I am not sure why rs 11800 were debited from my account. I have been using this account from more than 5 years but this has happened last 6month

                    Instasip opened 2 months back but no visibility online/offline
                    Money is being deducted for sips since last 2 months and i cant access it online even after following up with my relationship manager, customer care, wealth management team. Icici bank is lingering on to the situation since then and has not provided any solutions and keeps asking the same details again and again. Every month 5k is being deducted from my savings account and the 3 sips are being funded but i have no visibility to my portfolio whatsover. I have also shared all the details related to my folio numbers and received no help from icici bank other than false assurances. I have also shared error messages while trying to access sip through net banking and mobile banking and icici bank hasnt been able to help me with that as well.

                        refund request for emi even after applying moratorium

                        I had applied for moratorium on jul 31 for the month of aug for one of my loan accounts (Lpagl[protected]). But the amount got debited. I had the money to pay for the other loan account (Lphyd[protected]) and that's why only the amount for that particular emi was there in my account. Sr[protected] has been raised but hasn't been resolved yet. Please help....

                        Hi:

                        My name is mrs. Satabdi bhatia and i have been running a ppf a/c under icici bank for more than 5 years. And due to some medical emergency of mine, i need to close and withdraw the entire amount from ppf a/c.

                        The relevant costs are included from initial, rigorous testing until the actual treatment!

                        For that, we have submitted a doctor's certificate where it's written: "her condition may be critical if the report shows..."

                        However. The bank authority asking doctor to write "the treatment comes under critical illness or life-threatening diseases."

                        Now the problem is that i cannot dictate any qualified medical practicioner to write as per bank's wishes! And bank is not listening and harassing me!

                        And now am in dilemma!

                        No idea what to do!

                          Hello - i am sriramachandra nidamanuri from hyderabad. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my icici account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-20) on 25th august 2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                          I want my money back as i haven’t used icici demat account till date and i have not requested for any demat account while opening the account. Please help and make sure refund/my money back.

                                Bond redemption amount

                                Sir/madam,
                                Myself b raviteja s/o. B devadanam, recently my father expired due to covid on 23.07.2020 and while checking his belongings for settlement of lic, bank account, bonds we found the icici bajaj scooter bonds. The said bond was invested in the year 29.01.1999 which is going to mature in 29.06.2023 for a period of 24 years 5 months. The bond was raised through 3i infotech.
                                I forwarded mail to 3i infotech for redemption...

                                I am srinuvasulu p. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till jul-20) dp charges on

                                03/09/2020. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                    I have amazon pay credit card and haven't received cashback as per my credit card statement from Feb to July.
                                    I have complained about this to amazon for like 10 times and ICICI for 10+ times, but still got resolution yet. ICICI team will close the tickets without providing the resolution.
